In all serious these were the grossest wings I've ever had. The sauce was the WORST. It is seriously VERY NASTY! Not to mention this place doesn't offer parmesan cheese....UMMM THAT'S NOT GOOD! Pizza is regular dominos pizza...gets the job done, but do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy their chicken wings!!!

2nd time I've ordered from; one delivery and one pick up and I have to say I'm super satisfied with the service I've received! Delivery driver was quick and professional and didn't even mind that I had to take the elevator down from my dorm room Second order was tonight; and I was politely greeted when I entered and was quickly checked out. Even got a nice have a good night on the way out

Cody's review was pretty spot on. The product is a-ok and the only true "cheap" pizza in the downtown/northwest Portland area. I've always had a decent pie at a great price. This time I was helped by a different guy than the crowd I usually see. He tried to be more professional about the matter. People watching? Usually PSU students hanging out on the lobby bench.

Hey look it's Dominos! But it actually is quite good. The Philly cheese steak gives you something besides your pizza to eat. For your pizza pay the extra for the hand made. Tastes yummy, fried doughy, and just good. I get the chocolate lava crunch cake for dessert. Let's look at the competition: hipsters with either zero customer service or an obsequious attitude in hopes of getting a tip for counter service. I'm so sick of these people dangling my change over the tip cup. Look if I'm ordering pizza I don't want to deal with people: particularly *those*people. Which brings me to the Dominos killer app! It works great! I don't even have to talk to anyone to order! You can watch your order's progress on the app and it's there hot and delicious in about half an hour. If you you are tired of hipster attitude here in Portland (and who isn't?) go back to Dominos. The on on SW 4th has yet to let me down.

I am legitimately worried about this business. They are the keystone of "customer service qualifications" With every employee greeting you- but none of them with the wherewithal to notice you have already been greeted, or to actually care/inquire about your needs. You will find employees "out-talking" about other customers, uninvited, and mouthing off to eachother. (In this particular instance I learned about who's 23 year old child was sleeping with a 17 year old-legally- and whose job it was NOT to cut the pizza) whatever happened to the earnest sixteen year old happy to take your order?

I've been going to this domino's since 2008. They've gotten better every year. There was a bit of a slump where they kept squishing my pizza to the box, but they are really good about making things better. Also, today I got a BBQ pizza, excellent!! It's really good!!! I highly recommend it.

WHAT DID I EVEN JUST TALK TO!? This was one of the most horrendous customer service experienced I have EVER had. And I work retail! It went like this: ordered pizza online had it delievered the pizza had NONE of the toppings I ordered and I was charged for the toppings anyway called the place back and was told by the "SUPERVISOR": "My manager says if it's an order that was messed up by the online system we don't have to do anything about it" "This is a corporate issue" and, "You're going to punish us because you didn't know how to fill out the online form?" The woman was so rude and obviously so miserable with her life. Why are we supporting these horrible corporations? LOCAL-ALL THE WAY EVERYDAY.

Meh. I'll be honest. If there's a problem with your order (and there will be) they're great about fixing it/giving credit. But it doesn't really help you with your current dinner. Customer Service? 5/5. Getting it right the first time? 2/5.

I know this seems ridiculous to review a chain restaurant, more less a Domino's Pizza but I have to say, these guys surpassed my expectations. They were straight to the point, educated about the specials, timely with my order and friendly and businesslike when I received my pizza. Not bad for a Domino's...

A little bit of home, away from home. Domino's isn't bad at all. The new formulation is better than vintage Domino's, which was cardboard. Now this is some of Ann Arbor's finest mass-market pizza. The thing to get, though, is the cheesy bread with marinara dipping sauce. That's way better than the pizza. They deliver later than most places in the SW, and the delivery guys are all really nice. I never thought I'd order a Domino's pizza in such a food city, but I have no regrets. Pro tip: order online.

Surprisingly not bad for crappy cheap pizza. Orders are correct and pizza is hot, which is more than can be said for some other places like Hot Lips.

I haven't had chain pizza in years, but when the boss sprung for lunch I grabbed a slice of this and eww gross yuck. Too much sauce, too doughy crust and everything had entirely too much sugar in it (sauce/dough). I love me some pizza, and threw my slice out after 2 bites. It literally tasted like sugar and ass.

BEWARE!!!!! If you are gluten intolerant and order a G/F pizza from Dominos, it may not actually be G/F. They have twice delivered pizzas that were to be G/F when, in fact, regular pizza dough was used. You pay a premium for the G/F pizza and then end up being sick. Thanks a lot, Dominos!

The online ordering option is out of this world. I like the pictures of cows on the piza box and they have pretty name but why no boy cows? 4/5 stars I will definitely come back here to authentic Italy cuisine!

It's fast food pizza... Not much else to say. They are open pretty late for delivery (in comparison to other places in the area) so that's a major bonus.

Literally just hung up the phone with domino's, talked to a gentlemen who hates his job. I have always been a pizza hut person but tried domino's because a friend who is coming over for some football insisted and begged we have domino's. biggest mistake. i'm sure the pizza will be fine, but who wants to go through a jerk on the phone to get it? He rushed me, was rude and didnt care for my special instructions on how to get into my complicated building. He insisted that his driver was competent enough to figure it out, but its not a matter competency its a matter that my building is sooo confusing to get into! Guess I should be getting my shoes and jacket on to go and stand out in the rain and wait for the driver who has no idea the guy on the phone is the reason we're playing cat and mouse in my complex with 8 entrances! Just for that, go to pizza hut for delivery and at least a pleasant call center.

I get chain pizza once every so often, the pizza itself from this location is usually fine, but not last night. Each of my complaints on their own would not be enough for me to publicly bad mouth, but all together I feel this 'yelp' is warranted! 1. The time quoted was 30-40 minutes, actually took over 60 minutes. 2. The delivery driver seemed drunk, rubbed his face and was swaying, set my pizza on the floor! Sure it is in a box, but COME ON! 3. I was delivered the wrong toppings and the pizza was burnt (see photo #2). 4. I called to see if I could get the right pizza, assuming that I got someone else's and that someone else got mine, the person that answered the phone laughed at my disappointment and made excuses. I was told that they would probably be getting another complaint phone call then! When I tried to figure out how I was going to then get the correct pizza, I was told that the the ovens were "technically off", aren't they either on or off? Also was told, that it probably didn't matter to me, but they were really busy. If that counts as a reason for messing up at each turn, maybe they should say so before you pay them so you can decide against getting a substandard product. Or at least lower your expectations from the get-go. Just a bad experience all around.

Domino's seems to have the only gluten free pizza that doesn't make my family gut-wrenchingly ill. So the service is a little lackluster and the downtown manages to charge way more than anyone else, but I'm so happy to be able to eat their pizza!
