Pretty terrible customer service. I like ordering on the app because I find it more convenient. I've used the app many times. One time when I used it the driver couldn't find the specific building I was I'm at the University of Portland. Common problem I thought. He called me to find out what building I was in and was pretty nice about it. However, when he got to the door he scolded me for not imputing my address correctly with my dorm. The last time i ordered from them I accidentally missed two calls from them. I called them back and the person at the store scolded me for not picking up my phone. I tried to explain that I had bad service where I was but he treated me like I was a complete idiot and had maliciously ignored his calls. When I tried to apologize to him and the driver they did not have it. Not to mention his voicemail was very rude. This complete disrespect towards customers was uncalled for and terrible service. Needless to say I will not be coming to this Dominoes for pizza again and will take my business elsewhere.

I didn't mean to review this, but cannot erase it from my phone. Having eaten here before I guess I would say... They delivers on what they promise...It's a Dominos, people. It can only be so good.

Domino's pizza is Domino's pizza is Domino's pizza. If you're looking for cookie cutter pizza and are willing to go pick it up, the 5.99, large pepperoni pizza can't really be beat. If you've had Domino's before, you know what you're getting. I for one like it. It's easy, cheap, and tastes good (to me). Also, you can't really beat walking a few blocks to go and get your pizza, which I can. Of course it doesn't compare to Mississippi Pizza, Schmizza, or Hot Lips, but none of those places are within walking distance of my house, and none of those sell a pizza for 6 bucks. Rating is definitely based on price and logistical ease of use.

Called in a take out order 22 min before they closed. I felt terrible for doing so but they made it seem completely ok. I wish I had names to add to the review but I didn't catch any. Thank you Doninos employees on Sunday night shift. You guys rock and are so accommodating and kind. Very impressed! This isn't the first time I have had a hail marry food order. You guys are the ONLY place in town that openly accommodates such a last minute delivery. We are thankful. Great job! **promise to never call so late again**

Terrible delivery service! I'm staying in a hotel a whole 4 miles away from this dominos and they say they can't deliver to me?? Can't? or just to lazy to go the extra mile (literally) to please a customer?! Another disappointing business that will soon go bankrupt. Thanks for nothing Dominos, you really showed your true colors today. *******OH AND FYI, I CALLED PIZZA HUT (ALSO 4 MILES AWAY), THEY BROUGHT ME $40 WORTH OF FOOD AND I GAVE THE DRIVER $20 TIP, NO JOKE********

Fast and perfect. Orders are always speedy and correct, and staff is kind and courteous. Even during the big snow storm, dominos delivered out to the University.

Sometimes the pizza is overcooked and dry but other times it's very good. I guess it just depends on the day. They are not very consistent.

I'm not going to blow smoke up your ass and say it's the best pizza in town (we both know it's not), but it's cheap, fast, and good (and gotten a whole lot better recently). Corporate clearly got the message that Domino's was a joke - like, bigger than Avoid the Noid joke. So, they cleaned up their act and the taste, flavor, and quality shows. For 20 bucks I got two tasty pies and some cinnastix. Which means I got good pizza to go with my beer, and breakfast and lunch for the next day. Not bad. I carried out, as this particular 'no's doesn't delivery to my ironically nearby address, but inside, the store was clean, well-lit, and abuzz with a flurry of men making pizzas, kibitzing amongst themselves, and hustling in and out to deliver pies. They also have a digital reader board, letting you know where you're at in the queue. Unfortunately, they effed up on mine (kid at front said it wasn't ready, reader board said it was, and lo and behold, it was...) and older dude saw I'd been waiting a while, asked for the name, found the order and apologized profusely. I appreciated that. If I had kids, Domino's would probably be a staple, given price, quality, and quickness. Until then, it'll have to wait for occasional cravings.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. order a few pizza. They messed our order up so we called. They offered us a free one next time we order. Just to associate it with our phone number. Well when we called back and asked them for our free pizza in addition to a few more we wanted to buy they told us we had no free credit and he must not have entered it in the system. So why is that my fault? It's not! They should have made it right or at least gave us some coupons or something. But no. Also the manager was SO rude! Never ordering here again

It's good, the drivers are polite and never try to bolt with 8 bucks in my change. However, they never draw pictures on the box and won't thank you for reminding them the pizza is being delivered to your house, not the trailer in the front yard. pfft
