Can't remember what I got the first time, but it was incredibly bland. 4 months later I gave it another shot. Different dish, even more pathetic than the first. Garlic chicken had no garlic flavor at all, no tang, no spice, the only vegetables were tiny little diced carrots and peas. I was very disappointed. Not inedible, but not worth eating, either.

This place has the BEST potstickers, hands down !! Made fresh from scratch daily, by the owner, no frozen nonsense !!

Went to a birthday party there today. We booked the banquet room and the waitress got upset at some of our family members for sitting at certain tables. (They were all reserved for us) Then when we went to drink our complimentary water, the glasses were just caked with filth. My husband scraped some of it off with his finger nail. The waitress came to take our orders and messed up on them. (I can understand why, considering we had 20 something people there) If you eat there, don't drink their water from their glasses.

From the outside its a bit sketchy, but the inside is a bit nicer, However the food is a bit dry & not what I was expecting, (not in a good way!) it's kinda bland & the waitress obviously doesn't like her job, asked for some sauce & it was like "why are you bothering me?" I don't recommend it at all.

The egg foo young has been overcooked the last few times and has a off taste. The big chunks of the supposed mini corns have been tough and weird. The sauces seem bland, only corn starchy. No spicy tomato juice or tobacco in the bar for bloody Mary's. I was told to use siracha. Not the same. Come on, you make great money in this dive neighborhood, step it up a bit. Why can't SE have a decent Chinese restaurant

god damn it, woman. i specifically asked you two things: one, what vegetables are in the lo mein, and two, can i make extra sure there are no mushrooms in the fucking lo mein. GUESS WHAT THE FUCK I FOUND IN MY LO MEIN WHEN I GOT HOME?!? i hope your children piss on your grave.

Keeping it short because I really don't have much to say. Came here on a personal recommendation. Had high expectations, so figured I'd get a platter to try different things out. Fried chicken, sweet and sour ribs, and pork, finished with pork fried rice. Ribs - Absolutely dreadful. No flavor, rubbery, left an awful sensation and taste in my mouth. Pork - Bland, dry, tasted like it was frozen. It was also very tough and unpleasant. Fried chicken - Doused in a sauce, but crust was a little bland and so was the chicken. Moist, but also a saving grace. Not enough to recommend. Fried rice was typical, but very good. Overall, would never recommend to anyone with taste buds. Tragic, really. Almost insulting.

Not even good. Service was pretty slow... My girlfriend got sweet and sour chicken and they just cook basic chicken tenders and plop a blob of sweet n sour on the top of them. Rice seemed old. Meh. The bar attached to is like video poker heaven for those gamblers.. Drinks are strong. Nothing to tweet about.

Came in for a drink and was able to get it as soon as I asked for it plus, the service was friendly and the overall vibe of the lounge was extremely pleasant

This is the closest restaurant to me and I think I go an average of twice a week. Why? Because it's awesome, that's why! The food here is super cheap and super tasty. Popping in for dinner after work is always a treat since there are so many options for so cheap. I usually get almond or sesame chicken with crab puffs and they're always spot on. The chicken fried rice, though? Amazing. Huge portions so have some now and reheat some the next day and it's awesome. Pretty fantastic.

Some of the shittiest American-Chinese food I've ever had. Almost gave it 2 stars but the miserable & surly server sealed the 1 star...

First let me say, this used to be a great restaurant with awesome food. That hasn't been the case for the last couple years. The service is terrible, the food is usually served cold and tasteless, and my last attempted visit, I couldn't even go in after finding a dead rat in the parking lot. I was even told by the girl at the counter I was not allowed to pay my bill with my debit card, because it was the banks temp card that didn't have my name on it. This place has defiantly gone down hill fast, it's a shame.

The staff were all friendly, however - I ordered sweet and sour chicken. It was very sticky and tangy. I was no satisfied with my dish

The food is great, but the service is really bad. Our server was really rude, and when she brought us our drinks and egg drop soup (which is delicious by the way) she set them down really hard, spilling some.

The restaurant side was closed and I ordered from the bar. The inside was outdated and wasn't very clean. The food was reasonably priced but it was not tasty. Everything tasted the same. The rice was crunchy, the Mar far chicken was hard. I will never eat there again.

I've only ever had an issue with the food once, and that was the last time I went and it was only 1 small part of 2 pieces of the chicken. So I can't bitch. Yes when I got through to the back end of some of the best fried rice I've ever had, I started to gag, but that's only because of the pork lo mein which is something I'm not able to eat anyway, and my dumb self messed with it and dug the rice into it. The Pork Fried rice, the BBQ Pork, Orange chicken, General Tsao(and I'm PICKY on my general), Sweet and Sour chicken(my favorite thing here), Sesame Chicken. OMFG Everytime I come here it's like heaven when I bite into that chicken. Service is fine though the lady seems like she's cranky once in awhile, but she never snaps at you, or anything and genuinely tries. I can't speak to their takeout, never done it takeout style here before. Reasonable prices, HUGE plates. Piled high.

I got chicken chow mein and broccoli beef. They were both really lacking on flavor. The service was fast and if you like your food on the bland side, then it would probably be fine, but it seemed to be missing any kind of sauce or spices. If you want good Chinese, I would recommend Chinese Happiness in Gresham or China Star in SE Portland.

Tried this place a few months back hoping it would be some what edible being that it is so close to my house. It was sadly subpar :( I just can't find a decent Chinese restaurant near my house. Food was bland and well.. Just didn't taste good. Don't waste your money on this place.

I had put off going here as from the outside it looked to be pricey. However in looking over th menus the prices about what you would expect anywhere. The food was very tasty, and spiced just enough for flavor but not enough to overwhelm a mild palate. If yo like hot amd spicy, than the food woudl be too mild for you. The vegetables tasted great and not over cooked. The service was friendly and attentive. I only gave them four stars because I had only tried on item However if other items on the menuy are as good, I may update it to five stars.

Really not a fan of this place. Went for karaoke, the KJ was awesome and everything else was OK. Its not a bad place or anything I just don't have any intention of going back and would suggest somewhere else if a friend wanted to go to grab a beer.

Fast, friendly, affordable Chinese food. They offer a wide variety of authentic Chinese fare. Our favorite part of the menu is the build-your-own dinner option. Where else can you get GREAT Chinese food for cheap and still have leftovers for tomorrow? PLUS they have karaoke!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
