Not recommended before 1pm; High schoolers show up for slices in droves. Although I guess if you wanted a slice you would have to be part of the crowd, because the slices are pretty much gone post high school rush, and I've never really seen them replenished. By the time I get there, just one or two crusty slices is left spinning under a heat lamp. This is why we always end up buying a whole pizza. A small would be for one, maybe two people with light appetites. My guy and I always get a medium, 8 slices. We usually have no problem eating it all, sometimes saving a slice or two. The crust is on the thin side, as this is supposedly NY style zah...it's good. But kinda far from NY, I'd say more like Cali cuisine. They have some good veggie combos with 'gourmet' veggies like artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes. Sometimes I just like a good cheese pizza too. Bellagio's qualifies. I always want it to be better than it actually is for the price (16.99 for a medium) and sometimes it gives me mild stomach aches (something about the garlic they use?) but we do return to it because of it's in a convenient area for us. The atmosphere is relaxed as well, earning Bellagio's a very solid A-OK.

I've tried their pizza a couple of times now and enjoyed it both times. They are a little on the pricey side compared to other pizza shops - but it's worth it for the most part. Both times I've ordered a large pizza with pepperoni and black olives - plenty of toppings and the crust is great. I've also had the break sticks and cinnamon dessert breadsticks - both were really good. The only issue I have is that it take FOREVER to get your food. Both times that I've ordered it's taken at least an hour to get the pizza's.

We received a coupon for a 10 dollar large one topping pizza. We really wanted pizza and it was cheap so we thought why not try something new? We ordered a large cheese pizza half with bacon and cheese sticks. We waited over an hour for our order to be delivered. When we called the place, some guy gave us a half ass excuse, that they had the wrong number (even though we confirmed it!), and said the driver was on another run. I am a pretty patient person... But waiting an hour and a half for a pizza is not cool. Not to mention is was ice cold when it arrived. Sweet. Cold generic pizza that was definitely not worth the wait. We ended up having to reheat it in the oven and it became a greasy, rock hard mess. I'd would rather have gotten a frozen pizza and called it a night.

I love how I'm able to order online. Their pizza choices are pretty good with some good vegetarian options. The Mother Earth is probably my favorite. Delivery is quick, and honestly I prefer this place over Old Town any day.

Didn't realize how different the quality was between locations. Nimbus - fabulous - the one off the traffic circle, not so good. Greasy, old salad, just didn't taste free.

My husband & I were unfortunately those jerks that came in 5 minutes before closing. The service was still excellent & one employee insisted we get cups for water to make sure we are staying hydrated (it has been around 100 degrees out recently). We really appreciated how the staff cared about our experience & well-being even though we were so close to their closing time. Give them all raises!!! :)

It's not DiGiorno, it's Bellagio's! I doubt you'll even taste the difference! It's the crust. It has a unique fluffiness that you can only otherwise find in a frozen pizza. So if that's what you're looking for... by all means! Call Bellagios. Delivery was quicker than estimated, so that was a nice surprise. But then again, I could have popped one in the oven for the same amount of time... Considering there are other pizza places in the area with comparable prices (!) AND satisfying flavor and consistency, I won't be ordering from Bellagio's again.

I've never been here, since moving to the area I thought I'd check it out! I came in around 10:30, granted it was 30 mins until close and I apologized for being an inconvenience. The cashier came to the counter as soon as we Walked in stating aggressively "what do you want?" I was taken back by this, and apologized because I wasn't familiar with the menu. She didn't help or offer assistance, fortunately for them, the pizza is delicious. It's a convenient spot and maybe I'll give it another try in the near future.

It appears that my breakup with you Bellagio was just temporary. We were just taking a break from each other and I was seeing other pizzas. But you wooed me Bellagio and it seems that I still had feelings for you. I relented and I'm coming back to you and I'm giving you a second chance. We had a real heart to heart talk about my needs and what you will do to satisfy me. You suggested noting my account so that whenever I call you, my order and all my quirky requests are already in your system. Perhaps I am a little high maintenance, but still, ours was a relationship worth saving. Like any relationship, we have had a few ups and downs over the past 5 years. Since our talk, I'm looking forward to a bright future together filled with beautiful pizzas. 2014 - Review # 54

Somewhat decent pizza by the pie or the slice. I've been to the Goose Hollow location many times before because of its proximity to work. They have a fairly priced lunch special where you can get 2 slices and a drink for $6. If I'm really hungry I can leave feeling satisfied but most of the time it doesn't hit the spot. There's definitely better pizza around downtown. Sprinkle on a hefty serving of parmesan and crushed red pepper then roll up your slices and eat them like a taquito. It will make things more interesting.

    (3)
  • Hungrylone W.

The pizza here is good, but not the best. Really nice ingredients, good size, great flavor. The pizza was also a bit doughy tho. I probably wouldn't eat here again, but I have nothing bad to say about the place, it just wasn't my favorite.

    (3)
  • Downtown G.

I've ordered from the Bellagios on Barbur many times in the past when I lived in that neighborhood, but now I live downtown and I'm trying all the downtown pizza locations as I'm always working and never have time to cook unfortunately. First shot at the downtown location. Turned out that I can't order online with the daily special and they can't add anything to the pizza on special. It's not like there are pre-made pre-packaged items that can't be modified, the fact that they won't add a topping to a pizza on special says a business doesn't want to be flexible and doesn't really care if that's what a customer wants. It's not hard to throw on some mushrooms. Too many businesses these days just don't care. Inflexibility is a sure sign of that. Unless this pizza is super fantastic delicious, I probably won't order again. There are a million other choices. Customer service should be a higher priority.

  • Jason F.

The crust is a bit chewy, but otherwise it's great. It tastes exactly like what you'd get if you walked into a random pizza place on the east coast.

    (4)
  • Mira M.

I love Bellagios! Definitely my favorite delivery pizza. The ingredients taste fresh and they have great flavor combinations. My favorite pizza, hands-down, is the garlic chicken on a creamy alfredo base with feta, red onions, mushrooms, and fresh tomatoes - except I get extra sauce and swap out the mushrooms for fresh spinach (I hate mushrooms). So good!

  • Madison W.

Nothing special. Almost identical to Domino's in taste of toppings and dough. It wasnt even hot or melty or fresh. Just looked like day old pizza

  • Lauren B.

One star for the SHITTIEST service. Wtf. I have worked in the food industry for a long time so I understand things can't always be perfect. But when I wait for an hour and a half for my food because of a mistake on the restaurants end, I would expect to get more than a "well I'll give u three dollars off your next order" from the manager. Uhhh $3? And his condescending attitude didn't help the situation either. And now I'm just hangry. Never again.

    (1)
  • Kevin S.

As a long time customer of Bellagio's, it is disappointing to see how terrible the service has become. The current manager, Derek, is a Delta Bravo, and let me explain why. After sending the wrong pizza to my house, he actually tried to convince me that I had ordered the pizza that was sent. I thought I was losing my mind talking to him, so I asked to speak with the manager. Turns out he WAS the manager! Oh, the irony. The pizza is decent, but having to deal with a rude condescending "manager" isn't worth the ensuing rise in blood pressure.

    (1)
  • S C.

No flavor. Ordered pepperoni and after two slices, threw the rest of an entire pie away. Absolutely no flavor, not in the sauce, toppings, crust. It was like stuffing your face with cheap white bread. Not cheap, either.

  • Lolo F.

Second time in a row to have ordered delivery and the pizza is cold. Be surprised if your delivery arrives with hot food.

    (2)
  • Leanna R.

So... I asked for fresh slices of pepperoni and they told me it would be about 7 min so I decided to go to Starbucks to grab a drink... I come back and my slices are sitting on the table.. I asked if they were the fresh slices I asked for and the guy who took my order said yes... I'm looking at the slices and they DID NOT look like they just came out of the oven. In fact they looked exactly liked the slices I eyed in the pizza warmer before I asked for fresh slices. So I asked another person to get me new slices and they insisted they were the ones that just came out of the oven. Sorry, I know what old pizza looks like I used to work at a pizza place. Now waiting AGAIN for fresh slices.

They signed me up for a rewards scam that now has people calling me from all over the U.S. EVERYDAY. On top of that they dont even know how to use it and think that you are scamming them when you bring in a text that says you have earned something. Would not recommend as they treat loyal customers like garbage and there pizza is not good and over priced. Sad cause the staff is friendly, wish I could give negative stars.

  • Kerri L.

I've ordered Bellagio's pizza for years and always gotten tasty pizza on time with excellent and friendly service. However, I somehow missed that they had thin crust (or maybe it's a recent addition to the menu) pizza, so I ordered from the build-your-own pizza option with childhood-favorite ingredients. YUM. I don't think I'll ever order pizza again from Bellagio's without the thin crust. Thanks for all the great pizza (and other treats) over the years!

    (4)
  • Patty Z.

I got the gluten free crust and it was tasty and I love that they delivered to my hotel. My only complaint is that they provided no plastic ware for my salad which was also delicious!

    (4)
  • Elaine P.

The chicken wings are a bit rubbery. They are promoted as being "oven roasted" but methinks they mean microwave "oven." The only reason I ordered it was so that it would satisfy the $20 minimum for delivery. The pizza is OK, nothing to write home to mother about. The best part was the speed of service. I was munching those wings and things less than 25 minutes from placing the order.

    (3)
  • Hatch S.

Good pizza although a little under cooked. Staff are awesome! Very friendly but not in an intrusive way. Nice selection of topping options.

    (4)
  • Laura R.

Consistently good, reasonably-priced pizza in the not-gourmet-but-way-better-than-pizza-hut category of pizza places. They don't put as much effort into the store fronts as Pizzacato or Mellow Mushroom, but the product is comparable. I love the Mother Earth and the Oasis.

This is one of my favorite pizza places...great little joint! Always really great quality and they deliver it fast!

  • Brandon C.

There's probably a pizza place on every other corner that I walk by. And sure, this one is the closest to me as it's literally right around the corner from my place, but that's not the only reason it's the one I always go back to. I've tried others nearby and they were hit or miss, but Bellagios has never disappointed me. I always order to go and the service is great, everyone inside will stop and welcome you when you walk in, and my order is always ready when they said it would be by. I've had the Pepperoni Plus, Bellagio Combo, BBQ Chicken, and Aloha. It's not the best in the world, but definitely satisfies me enough that I don't take my chances elsewhere often.

  • Stephanie Y.

Don't order online from them! They let you pick a time for your pizza to be available (an hour at least), but they'll call you 20 minutes after your order to say they'll be 45 minutes late. And in this call, I wasn't asked if this was alright with me, because I would've cancelled my order. They just ask if you need plates and napkins to go with the super late order. Best part? They also made someone call me that doesn't have a clue about what's going on. So instead of a call to inform me of what's going on, it was a call where I'm like, "Wait, it's going to be 45 minutes late?" And this girl has to talk to whoever's supervising her on this call. And then she has to ask this other lady why the order is late and blah, blah, blah. She might be in training, but don't hand the phone off to someone that doesn't even sound like she knows where she's at. You're wasting my time. I mean, I guess I have and extra 45 minutes to waste since your site is lie, but I'd rather not listen to this girl. So their online ordering isn't right. It'll let you pick a time, but it won't be there anywhere near that time. And instead of letting you know this right away so you can make a better order elsewhere, they wait until you don't really have other options because the wait time starting a completely new order somewhere else will be the same. Plus, you're trapped once you make the order since they won't offer you a chance to cancel. You just get paper plates for your inconvenience, which most places offer anyways. Congrats on being awful, Bellagios!

Gluten free pizza. YES! The best gluten free crust I have ever had. What I love about Bellagios is that you basically build your own pizza. You chose the sauce and toppings. I mean, if you don't like the taste of it, you kinda have to blame yourself. I think their thin crust is the best, in the gluten free. I have also ordered a regular thin crust for guests, and that also seems to be a winner. The 2.00 delivery charge is annoying. I live within 6 blocks of the place,,,I know I could get my lazy ass up to go pick up my pizza, but why can't you deliver for free within a certain radius??

    (4)
  • George M.

what can I say... it's a pizza joint. they're always very polite at this location and I can always count on their "butcher block" pizza being an artery-clogging delight. at my age I have to limit my visits for obvious reasons

    (3)
  • Molly H.

Great delivery pizza. Don't listen to the pizza snobs. If you are obnoxiously picky about your pizza, you probably shouldn't be ordering delivery anyway. But, let's be honest: almost all pizza is pretty tasty, even crappy pizza, and Bellagio's is far from crappy. We order somewhat regularly from the Goose Hollow location and it's very fast, the people are friendly, and the pizza is good. I always stick with their menu options instead of making my own, and have never been disappointed. The pizzas are usually loaded with toppings, so even though it's a bit more spendy than your average pizza delivery joint, it's still a good deal because the pies are more filling. Faves: Butcher Block (meatastic), Aloha (crispy canadian bacon), Oasis (veggie bonanza, with artichokes!!)

    (4)
  • Rebecca R.

Easy online ordering, you can add tip to the bill before submitting the order so no having to add it later unless you want to. The pizza itself is good and nice distribution of toppings. We typically get the Butcher Block pizza and although it is not the best we ever had I will continue to order from them because it is good. One star off for not being able to use the coupons for online ordering (no coupon code to enter) so one has to call in the order.

    (4)
  • S R.

Ordered a pair of gluten-free pizzas. One arrived without cheese. They sent out a replacement an hour later. Even worse? For the following 48 hours, my wife and I were SO. SICK. in the way we both are only from eating wheat. So $50 for slow delivery, an incorrect order and we paid extra for pizzas that were definitely not gluten free. Skip Bellagios, go for Pizzicato instead!

    (1)
  • Curtis C.

Some friends and I ordered several pizzas to finish off the night after some serious drinking. We got a custom with mushroom pepperoni and garlic. AWESOME. One of our friends got a veggie on the gluten free crust. The g-free crust was killer and had great texture. Bread sticks and sauce were perfect munchies. The pizza was just as good the next morning after warming up under the broiler. Yum

When I moved here from the East Coast I knew I'd have more gluten free options. This coast (now known as the Best Coast) is full of crazy hippies. I can work with that. Where I came from gluten free was a "crazy" notion. There was maybe 1 type of bread in stores and it cost like 12.00! It was nasty. But pizza? Yeah, good effin luck! Then I moved to The Best Coast & into Bellaggio's 'hood. I got their gluten free the first night I lived here. I hadn't had pizza in YEARS. (That whole gluten issue) I got a extra cheese & pepperoni and fell in love. The crust is full of herbs & yummy stuffs? I can see 'em & taste 'em so they're in there. The sauce is just sweet enough. Its cooked to crispy completion.. its happyness I swear it. After not having "real" pizza in ages, this place makes me giddy for pizza night again!

There is only one scenario in which you ought to order a pizza from Bellagios. Allow me to explain: You're miserable. You've just been kicked to the curb by your significant other; you've just been booted from your thankless dishwashing job; your cat has just spewed the contents of its bowels onto your Macbook's keyboard. Your fridge is empty and you can't zip up your fat-pants; you dare not leave the house. Besides, it's raining. Suddenly, that $3-off coupon for Bellagios that appeared in your mailbox sounds like a fantastic idea. You can even place your order online -- no need to voice your "extra-large pepperoni-sausage-and-onion pizza, please" request aloud. Minutes later, you exchange a wad of ones for a greasy cardboard box, slam the door, and settle down with your greasy shame. Several days later, you'll spot the leftover slices congealing on the countertop, sweep the crumbs from your coffee table, and peel a lost piece of pepperoni off of the couch cushion, and wonder how you've managed to sink this low. Alas. This is not the scenario in which I sampled Bellagios' fare. No, we were in good spirits, with our dignity intact, and thus, I was thoroughly repulsed by the undercooked crust and rubber cheeze that sandwiched a layer of what might have been Chef Boyardee's spaghetti sauce. Um. Ew. This is food for your life of quiet desperation, and which you dare not devour by the light of the day.

I got a pizza half of which was completely smashed against the side oof the box, just smushy mess. Further it took 90 minutes to deliver becuase I gave them the address of the doctor's office building 100 feet away from the good sam hospital patient buidling which evidently caused the delivery person such confusion he stood sround while my smashed up pizza became stone cold. upon speaking with the manager she infored me that the wrong address was my fualt and that the smashed up pizza probably resulted from the delivery pizza person rushing around trying to get it to me. Her solution: she offereed me a quater credit towrds a whole pizza. AVIOD.

One of the pretty good pizza places around Portland. It's not as consistent as I would hope, but it's usually pretty good. When they do it right, it's really good. When they don't do it right, it's not bad. It's a bit expensive, but what pizza place isn't anymore?

This a good pizza place. Fresh ingredients, super convenient on-line delivery options, thick pizza sauce (a bit tangy for my taste), garlicky garlic sauce, great herby crust, and decent desert options (that's a plus in my book). Great stop if you want quick deliver and good pizza.

  • John L.

I would probably give it a 3.5 but I've given too many 5's this weekend. We had other plans but they were closed Sunday evening and had to settle. I was pleasantly surprised. I tried the beef and onion, white sauce with chicken and they were both pretty good. The girls had veggie without cheese (not really a pizza in my book) but they all seemed to really like it.

  • Ajia T.

Perhaps it was serendipity that we bought a house just a few blocks from a different Bellagios pizza location...but probably not. Their pizza is our local fave. Granted, that's likely because we don't live next to Apizza or Old Town. For take-out or delivery in our 'hood, it's always delicious.

I'm not a pizza fan, but I know good food. Their pizza is just ok. The last time we ordered lunch here, the chicken pizza was more like a veggie pizza... without the veggies. It was basically dough with a shot of white sauce (dirty bird! get your head out of the gutter!) and a spinkling or this and that. Not much of a pizza. However - their grinders are pretty good. I've had their Ranch Chicken Grinder and the Italian Grinder and both are pretty good. Nice, hot, messy sandwich.

Yes, meh, yes. Let me disclaim: I take pizza way too seriously. Were my girlfriend to sleep with another man I would be less angry than I am when my delivered pie is underwhelming. And underwhelmed I am, four times in a row, by Bellagios Goose Hollow. After each undercooked, overly doughy, meat-lite pizza (my last pie had four slices that had ONE piece of pepperoni) I swore I would give them only one more chance. It is a stone's throw from my apartment, I like their delivery folks, and their staff is very phone-friendly; I wanted, badly, for them to correct their mistakes. After each disappointing pizza, I called, they reassured, they failed. Hello Pizza Oasis!

I feel neutral about this pizza. It's usually not as good as I expect, which makes me wonder why I expect better. The crust is pretty good, and fairly thick. The toppings are decent, but not amazing. The garlic as a topping is terrible, and I'm not sure why. I've had garlic on pizza before and liked it. Maybe they throw it on there raw and it doesn't cook all the way? I don't know - but I wouldn't recommend trying it. The major downside of the pizza is the cheese. It's just not good cheese. I don't know what's wrong with it, but it's not good, and it seems like there is a lot of it... which would be okay except it's not good cheese. Still, I repeatedly order their pizza. Why? Because I can order online and it's pretty inexpensive. That's about it. Inexpensive food brought to my door with no human contact necessary beforehand. I almost gave them two stars, but realized that if I really felt that way I wouldn't keep ordering it, so something must keep me coming back. I think it's the online ordering, and that the pizza isn't that bad. Just not very good.

Great pizza and we love being able to order online. Only thing missing is anchovies.

You can't go wrong with their vegetarian pizzas. The garlic sauce is amazing - mother earth goddess is my favorite pizza ever. Their crust is perfect, I don't know how they do it. My only complaint is that I moved into a neighborhood that they don't deliver to, so instead of eating their pizza every other week I'm eating it every 3 months or so. Guess I can't really complain about the weight loss, though.

Since moving a few blocks away, we have frequented this place a few times. There is a lack of restaurants in the Goose Hollow Residential area and its great to have a pizza joint just down the street. Pizzas are usually done in 15-20 minutes and Bellagios makes good pizza!

About Taco Bell

Taco Bell is a haven for Mexican delicacies such as tacos, quesadillas, burritos, nachos, and other specialty items. Owned by Yum! Brands, Inc. Taco Bell is one of the fastest growing American chains of fast food restaurants. The restaurant operates from 7,072 different locations which are mostly run by independent franchisees and licensees.

The background story of Taco Bell is interesting and inspiring for budding entrepreneurs. The fast-food brand is the brainchild of Glen Bell, who started his first food venture as a hot dog seller in San Bernardino, California. The year was 1948. After witnessing long queues outside a Mexican restaurant called Mitla Café across the street, Bell saw the opportunity and demand for hard-shelled Tacos. He reverse-engineered the recipe and later started selling Tacos and called the venture Taco-Tia.

Later, the name changed from Taco-Tia to El Taco. Eventually, Glen Bell sold the company to his partner and opened the first Taco Bell in Downey in 1962. By 1964, the restaurant also got its first franchise in Torrance. The 100th Taco Bell restaurant was opened by 1965. PepsiCo acquired Taco Bell from Glen Bell in 1978 and the restaurant brand is currently a subsidiary of Yum! Brands which looks after the restaurant business of PepsiCo.
