I would give this place 4.5 - 5 Stars for the food alone! Very good pizza and i highly recommend the cheesesticks. It's not the fastest place but if you're not in a rush it's worth it. Employees aren't the most peppy, but i care more about the food. I feel it deserves more than its 3 star average.

Fantastic pizza! The Real Deal is a meat lover's dream. The pesto chicken with artichoke hearts is something different and delicious. The barbecue chicken pizza is one of the best I've tasted anywhere. Crusts have a crispy outside with great chew to it plus you get to choose thick or thin. The thin crust can be a little flimsy when received via delivery though. Multiple locations make it convenient to get your Bellagios fix wherever you are. Quality ingredients and reliable delivery only add to the amazing flavors offered at Bellagios.

So came in today to see if anything has changed and we'll let's be honest they have really good pizza. But sadly today will be the last day I come back. The employees look like they are pissed off at the world and every table is covered in food and pizza from previous customers the only person to say hi to me was a delivery guy as he walked in. The lady who helped me must have been the manager cause she kept yelling at a guy to take his break. The food is awesome! But really the customer service here is way way below par. This could really hurt business and I won't be back till I hear it's changed.

Took over an hour for delivery that was 45 min or less LARGE Looks like a medium over priced Pizza was cheep crust was thick and heavy A lot in common with pizza Hut except price.

Mediocre pizza, luke warm. Delivery took 2 hours. Driver had an attitude. NEVAR AGAIN!

I purchased 2 extra large Pizza's for my son's Birthday from this establishment on Friday. It was a take out delivery. I was told to pick it up in 20 minutes and I waited 30 to go there. The place was packed, It was not ready for over 45 minutes, the place was so busy. No air conditioning while waiting, but it was SO WORTH THE WAIT! The pizza was absolutely delicious and perfect flavor. I consider myself a pizza expert, and this place has it down! Big kudo's to all of the staff and the top notch best pizza ever! Thank you!

We have family visiting, and wanted to just relax in the hotel this evening and order pizza. Never had Bellagios, so we ordered an extra large Bellagio Combo. Delicious! Crunchy enough. Enough sauce. Plenty of green peppers and black olives! And prompt, courteous delivery. We'll be ordering again!

Not bad but delivery took about an hour, which is just too long for me since then it arrives lukewarm which I dislike. But the online order process is very easy to use and they did show in the time frame they anticipated. The pizza is decent, basically reminded me of Round Table at a more fair price.

Good pizza and the staff are all very nice. I tried the Bellagio zone calzone the second visit and it was great! I enjoyed it more than the pizza. The staff was great once again.

The box says "real California cheese" I mean come on you guys. This isn't some bullshit Idaho cheese or anything. I decided Dominos was too safe. I knew what to expect price wise, taste wise. It would be a guaranteed good time but I needed to branch out. Therefore I got the pepperoni with mushrooms, add pinapple. Oh yeah and throw some cheesecake in there too if a slice is only two bucks. I'm game. When you're sick at home, this is an easy option. Delivery was quick and the girl was cute.

  • James F.

Large toppings much like flying pie. Almost ridiculously large. Crust is great. Flavor is great. Definitely not the NY style I prefer. It's a plus that they deliver. Bang for your buck because of the gigantic toppings.

Called in a delivery order for 2 calzones and a small order of cheese sticks. Had a bad signal so my phone was having issues, but the girl on the phone remained patient and friendly the entire time... And didn't hang up. So for the food the cheese sticks were SO good! Tons of fresh chopped garlic, and plenty of chopped jalapeños. We enjoyed the Bellagio Zone, and the Chicken Bacon Ranch Zone, both were HUMONGOUS and super tasty. We will definitely be ordering from here next movie night on the couch.

Horrible!!! My pizza arrived cold and with a gluten free crust like cardboard. The salad was so wilted and warm that I didn't eat it.

  • Anthony W.

The pizza here is very good. I usually order by Phone and then pick up, but I recently travelled there and ordered and got to watch the staff make my pizza. I was disturbed to see that everyone except one individual was wearing a head cover. This one individual had long hair that fell over his face as he leaned over the pizza he was working on. Also, most of the workers had on gloves and this individual did not. The only reason that I accepted my pizza was that he didn't work on it. It would be good policy if there was a rule that pizza making employees must wear a hair net or a hat I didn't tell my wife until just now because she would have been skeezed out.

Great pizza, and great sandwiches. Not really a fan of the "cheesy bread" which is actually just bread with some parm sprinkled on top, but oh well. Everything else I've gotten from them makes up for it.

The Mother Earth is to die for! Quick service, delivery my only complaint is that I've experienced inconsistant quality...

  • Jennifer B.

the people who answer the phone are horrible. the pizza is pretty good. i'm sure working in a pizza place isn't the best job in the world, but does that mean you have to be such a jerk to people who call?

  • Robert B.

This is our staple pizza place. I prefer a crispier crust, at times the Bellagio crust can be soggy on the bottom, depending on your topping choices. But its predictably good and for that I give it 4 stars. I think Abby's is my favorite, but its too far.. Newburg? You kiddin me? *sigh*

I used to go to Pizzicato when I wanted GF pizza. Don't get me wrong...it is good in a gourmet toppings, pricey, small servings kind of way. But, being that I am still in the infantile stages of my GF- and dairy free-doms, I still crave the legit versions of things. Pizza was my fav before I begin transitioning to this life, which began in Chicago of all places. (I won't even bother to go into how freaking delicious the most simple cheese pizza is there.) And so I still crave the cheesy, garlicky, crispy crusty, eat the whole darn thing by yourself in secret-y pies from the past. Then...I found Bellagio's, which is my new favorite for GF pizza. I ordered the "Real Deal" with peppers instead of olives, and my bf ordered the "Garlic Chicken" pizza with GF crust. The bread is everything when it comes to GF products, as many have a powdery after taste or a weird chew. Bellagio's crust had neither. It was a good kinda thin and crispy that you get at any great pizza joint. The fresh toppings went to the end of the crust. I am picky about my pepperoni (for several years I would only eat veggie pizza b/c So Cal pepperoni sucked), and Bellagio's passed the peppery test. It was nicely sliced with a bit of spice. The sausage was also very flavorful. I also asked for light cheese, and it worked well with the pizza I ordered. The Garlic Chicken pizza was very good also. We ordered it with a red sauce instead of the white, and the crust held up nicely under the heavy toppings. I am so impressed with this place! I'm glad they are a chain, so I won't have to drive so far to get a pizza. I am looking forward to ordering a cheese-less, GF pizza next time, since the menu notes that they can make any pizza in a cheese-less version. I think I'll add garlic and olive oil instead of the cheese to make up for the flavor. We'll see...

This is a decent pizza place and they have a good calzone. Sauce is somewhat bland in my opinion. Good service though. Got sick later that day...not 100% certain, but about 99....

    (2)
  • Megan H.

Twice it took over 90 minutes... twice...within a month...When it shows up its cold and burnt? Really.? Then excuses saying why we waited and a promise to credit our account, which never happens. Never again sorry, they used to have the best pizza and customers service.

I order online and pick up a pizza on my way home from work. It's always ready when I get there and always delicious.

  • Alex P.

Pizza is pretty good here, well made, and not very greasy. They also have lots of different combos and relatively fresh veggies and whatnot on the slices. Glorious breadsticks that remind me of Ontillo's crazy bread back home, (the PA). So good, very addictive. The only downside of this place is that its pretty expensive for a pizza joint, but probably still worth it, until I find somewhere better for cheaper.

After my experience this afternoon, I will never order from this Bellagios again. All I wanted was a spinach salad, small veggie pizza, and cherry coke for lunch. I placed my order online, asked for the garlic, onions and artichoke hearts to be left off of the Very Veggie pizza. I even have a PDF copy of my order confirming that I did not imagine that I ordered it this way. In fact, I asked for no onions in my salad. That was easy enough for them! However, my pizza was mismade and since they were out of Cherry Coke, they brought a one litre of regular Coke. I did not want that flavor. If they had simply called and asked if I wanted another flavor, I would not have been irked. I had my phone right at my side even, I am very easy to reach. Instead, they chose to be unprofessional and rude of the phone when I asked for my soda to be removed from my order, and again when I called to ask for my pizza to be remade. So rude and unprofessional to even curse at me and threaten to hang up when I gave my card number for my refund instead.

Whenever we feel like ordering a pizza, we head for placing an order with Bellagios. It' s just a lot less greasy and heavy on the stomach. We got the Margherita pizza - Fresh Basil, Mozzarella, Cooked Roma Tomatoes on Garlic and Olive Oil Base +I like that this is an olive oil base. A lot healthier alternative than your typical pizza. Bellagio Combo - Mozzarella, Salami, Pepperoni, Mushrooms, Black Olives, Green Pepper +Probably the best for the meat lovers out there. I'm not a fan of black olives but I usually take them off. Aloha-Mozzarella, Canadian Bacon, and Pineapple +Love the pineapple chunks in this favorite of mine! Tip: use their coupons whenever possible! They're pretty generous at the counter if you left yours at home or forgot about it. There's a $2 delivery fee otherwise just pick it up yourself. Thumbs up for Bellagio pizza. :) I'll be ordering you the next time I'm in Portland.

The calzone's have some of the finest crust I have ever had. I plan on trying The Mother Earth next.

Let me be clear: I would normally have reviewed this place as 4 or 5 stars. Their pizza is phenomenal. I am only giving them 3 this time because I ordered my pizza 1 hour and 45 minutes ago. It still has not shown up, and when I spoke to the manager, "Cassandra", she suggested I was lying about being here when the pizza was scheduled to be delivered. Seriously!!!??? I wrote an email to corporate about this incident, and GUESS who's getting a free pizza delivered to them by the stupid ass "Cassandra"?? That's right. ME!

The Mother Earth: artichoke hearts, mild blue cheese, fresh basil leaves, sun dried tomatoes. One of the best pizzas I have had. And I am from Chicago, a city that takes its pizza very seriously.

  • Annette V.

Bellagios has become my go-to when it comes to take-out pizza. Toppings are generous and good quality, the sauce is good, I dig the crust, and it's locally owned.... ...And they always have coupon codes online to donate some money to local schools..what more can you ask for?

Late flight into PDX and I was starving. This particular journey took me from LA to San Jose to Sacramento, back to San Jose then to Portland. The problem was that I had to wait in San Jose because my flight wasn't until late. Anyway, I arrived a the hotel and when I asked for any places that deliver she mentioned Bellagios. I love pizza, and am somewhat becoming a pizza snob, so when I asked if this place was any good, she said it would be one of the best I have ever had. I ordered the Butchers Block for delivery and damn they did not disappoint. Everything about the pizza was right, the crust, the size, the amount of toppings, everything! And it was cheap, cheap enough that I was able to stay within my allotted budget for the day. The only knock is that it was a bit greasy, but still very tasty and went down smoothly the next morning when it was cold.

  • Sue K.

Amazing pizza with generous toppings. The delivery times can be quite long so plan ahead.

  • Lizzy L.

Bellagios Pizza, what happened to you? When I moved away from Portland in 2004, Bellagios made a decent pizza with, dare I say, hand-tossed crust and a light yet satisfying red sauce. Cue 2010: I move back to Portland and order pizza from good ol' Bellagios. Only....it isn't good anymore! I was dissatisfied upon opening the box--the pizza closely resembled any Dominos pizza I've seen. As for taste, well, DOMINOS comes to mind again. I did not just pay 19 bucks, minus the tip, to eat fast food. Bellagios! What happened?

    (2)
  • Lucy C.

I have been a loyal customer for years however, after this last customer service debacle (and there have been many) I will NOT be returning. I asked for a half cheese half special. Every other time I've ordered this it hasn't been a problem. They charge me the daily special price and everyone is happy. This time I was told that they could not do that. Corporate policy, which the little girl on the phone agreed was idiotic, didn't allow for that. I asked to speak to the manager and the idiotic little girl on the phone hung up on me. I had already given my phone number so if it was accidental the idiotic little girl should have called me back. She did not. Good job Bellagios! Your idiotic corporate policies and staff have completely alienated a loyal customer. I'll be taking my money elsewhere.

  • Brandon T.

This place makes a decent pizza. It is not the best that I have had and it is not the worst. The soda fountain selection could be better but it does feature Mr. Pibb which is an okay alternative to Dr. P.... The pizza prices are cheap when compared to California's average price for a similarly styled pizzeria and since Bellagios makes the extra effort to provide Gluten-Free pizza (even though it doesn't apply to me) I will bump this review from a 3 to a 3.5. Since you can donate to charitable causes and get your name on a star or shamrock or something displayed at their main counter, I will bump their rating from a 3.5 to a 4.....so this is a solid four star restaurant, and "Yay! I'm a fan."

    (4)
  • Chris E.

Thumbs down on the pizza and the customer service and staff attitude. Won't be going back!

    (1)
  • Kenneth H.

Not the best, but most certainly not the worst. Is it a chain? I have no idea...it kinda feels like it, but if it is then it is much much better then its competition. The pizza was FULL of toppings, and although they were of a pretty high standard what really impressed me was how liberally they were thrown around the pizza. The price would seem high to some, but under 20 dollars for an extra large works just fine for me. I think they deliver for a charge, and they sell slices too.

    (3)
  • Annette A.

Bellagio's Pizza initiated my quest for the perfect pizza in California! My pizza crazy friend discovered Bellagio's and introduced multiple slices of heaven to my mouth during my limited visits to Portland. I considered moving to Portland every time I ate their pizza - that's how good it is. I've only tried the Pesto Chicken Pizza, and that was my first time eating that kind of gourmet pizza. It has: Mozzarella, Spinach, Chicken Breast, Red Onion, and Artichokes on a Pesto Base. Too bad it's a bit expensive... but it seriously is the best pizza I've ever had. I miss it.

    (5)
  • Kelli M.

amazing pizza! the crust is so thick and chewy, I just LOVE it! they have great toppings and specials as well. the salads are also quiet good. I just love the crust, it's thick like costco crust but not as fake. it's wonderful!

About Taco Bell

Taco Bell is a haven for Mexican delicacies such as tacos, quesadillas, burritos, nachos, and other specialty items. Owned by Yum! Brands, Inc. Taco Bell is one of the fastest growing American chains of fast food restaurants. The restaurant operates from 7,072 different locations which are mostly run by independent franchisees and licensees.

The background story of Taco Bell is interesting and inspiring for budding entrepreneurs. The fast-food brand is the brainchild of Glen Bell, who started his first food venture as a hot dog seller in San Bernardino, California. The year was 1948. After witnessing long queues outside a Mexican restaurant called Mitla Café across the street, Bell saw the opportunity and demand for hard-shelled Tacos. He reverse-engineered the recipe and later started selling Tacos and called the venture Taco-Tia.

Later, the name changed from Taco-Tia to El Taco. Eventually, Glen Bell sold the company to his partner and opened the first Taco Bell in Downey in 1962. By 1964, the restaurant also got its first franchise in Torrance. The 100th Taco Bell restaurant was opened by 1965. PepsiCo acquired Taco Bell from Glen Bell in 1978 and the restaurant brand is currently a subsidiary of Yum! Brands which looks after the restaurant business of PepsiCo.
