Great wings! We usually frequent BWW, but reluctantly gave Wingers a try while on a road trip. The wings were excellent and the steak fries where above par. We had the wings in their house and naked style. The house style is slightly breaded and naked is just fried sans coating. Both where crispy and tender, with the house style being my favorite. The house sauce was also tasty; it had a spicy molasses flavor, which I liked second to the spicy chili sauce. The fries where steak fries with a slight paprika salting (think Red Robin). Overall, this place just raised the bar on wings for me. The only thing that I would prefer would be trivia and perhaps a less fast-foodish atmosphere.

Don't come here if you are gluten free. Cooks don't know what gluten free is but they offer a gluten free menu. Nothing to eat either.

Geni our server gave us great service and food wasn't too bad! The beer I had ( the blond ) has a good kick!

I'm giving them a 4 but would give a 3.5 if I could. Small town burger & wing place. our server was really good and efficient. I order a mushroom burger & side salad, hubby got a bacon burger and a small order of wings. All were good. The wings are fried so beaware of that but I liked the flavor - spicy sweet. Burgers were ok, salad ok, nothing to write home about but again, keeping it real - it was fine for what it is, I'd go back again.

Chicken and waffles? In Ontario freaking Oregon? Yeah, wouldn't have thought of it either. But sure enough, deep in the heart of nowhere, fried chicken and waffles. While it isn't Roscoes style -- two boneless chicken breasts -- considering the location, I didn't have much to complain about. When you've been driving the five hours from Bend (or just ahead of the five hours to Bend), you know you're not going to get much in the way of decent food. While I only sampled one dish, you probably have to figure the rest of the menu has got to be at least halfway decent. Winger's is just a hop, skip, and a jump away from all of the major hotels in town, which was probably one of their best decisions.

When asking the waitress questions concerning the menu, she had no idea and had to ask another employee for assistance. We were finally able to order our meals. The salads were very fresh but we requested no crouton but got them anyway.

Great place to eat on our trip to Ontario. The popcorn appetizer (where normally the restaurant would serve bread) was novel. I love the taste of popcorn, but hate it stuck in my teeth, so I stayed away. We ordered burgers and they were really good. Can't go wrong with a big, thick bacon cheeseburger. My order came with unlimited steak fries that reminded me of Red Robins. My boyfriend ordered onion rings as his side. They were ok, but I preferred my fries. Our waitress was great and we had soda refills a plenty. We even had two orders of unlimited fries because the first batch was slightly overdone so we got the next batch too.

I went to Wingers today, and ordered the Cobb Salad. Big disappointment. The quality of the ingredients do not match the $12 price tag. Gone are the nice greens they used to use. Now they are using iceberg lettuce. The Cobb Salad used to have tons of ingredients with just a small amount of lettuce. There are now sparse ingredients sprinkled through tons of iceberg lettuce. Now it is called a "Barbeque Cobb salad" and it has sub-par cold squares of reconstituted chicken with barbeque sauce slathered on it. This chicken never saw a barbeque. The Salad that used to be worth the $12 price tag is now worth about $5. I don't really know the other dishes Wingers serves, but I'd be willing to bet their quality has also suffered in Wingers effort to pinch pennies so they can make more profit. A restaurant like Wingers, serving the average, to below average food they are currently serving, would never survive in a bigger market with more competition. Unfortunately we don't have a lot of choices for dining out around here, and Wingers takes advantage of that fact, giving the customer sub par food and charging more than it is worth.. I probably won't be back to Winger, and if I do go back, I won't be ordering a salad. .

Hmm... This place reminded me of BJ's Restaurant. Their classic wings were delicious. BBQ wings were also good but too saucy. As for beer, I tried the sampler and liked the Porter. The waitress was friendly and provided good service.

Great onion rings. I eat there 3 times in one week. Good good food.

This place is pretty good. Next to the hotel we stay at. The service is hit and miss but the quality of the food is consistant if not a wee bit over priced. The wings are good as well as the sandwhichs.

We were pleasantly surprised! We had the steak tacos and the wings, both of which were really good. Don't be fooled by the look of the restaurant from the outside, it is fairly small, but the food is well worth it

Have had lunch at this wingers a couple of times and I must say that the salads are pretty good and the service is fine. I have had other winger experiences at other locations that were below anyones normal standard of quality food and good service. I will say if you are looking for a place to eat in this part of Oregon and can't wait till you get to Nampa Idaho this is a good place to have lunch. If you can wait another twenty minutes thare are more choices in Nampa Idaho.

day 13 of my trip. i finally made it here. i almost ran out of gas in a snowstorm on my way towards idaho. i was like on empty. my friend tony c warned me i may try to push it through and i did like a dumbass and theres like no gas stations just miles and miles of windy mountain road. only thing i saw is a cement factory in the middle of nowhere. if i would have been stuck out here i would be dead probably from the cold. and no ones gonna stop for me, realistically i don't think. i would try to walk and die like that one dude who tried to walk for help for his family and froze to death gulp. but luckily i found a station and made it to wingers for dinner! its a diner, 50's style with cute waitresses with lots of tattoos and lots of john deere outlets all over this area. this place had a lot of cool signs as i posted on this business. i tried their special. whenever i see, "try our famous chicken wings" i think of fancy buffalo wings with heinz 57 sauce and teriyaki mixed together and called the secret sauce. and what do you know, thats what i got. it was ok. but the inside is fun to look at and the servers were cool. so it is just that a fun lil spot to take your prom date if you lived here and had where else to go. as i saw gang of kids here in prom attire or winter formal attire or homecoming or whatever the hell it was. oh but i was able to pirate free wifi from their parking lot from the sleep inn next door. score!

I have never had a bad experience at Wingers. their food is always delicious, the service always impecible, and the restaraunt always clean. The prices however, are high. Good for a fun date night out, but not a regular deal. gotta have the wings or teriyaki bowl!

Went on a 4-day road trip from Portland to Salt lake City. Best beer outside of portland, especially compared to Utahs. Service was very acceptable, had the personable small town vibe. But for heavens sake, change the music. It was like a middle school house party. But for all the places you'll see on 84, put Winger's into consideration.

when I lived in Idaho, I went to this plave with some co workers a few times. Every time, I wasn't impressed. Just thought the service, the vibe and the food were terrible.

I've been here twice, each time had decent food. Didn't like the restaurant side, too many kids. The bar area is cool though. Service isn't bad but not great. Their own beers are decent as well. The fish taco's are pretty good. The waitress did take offense to my calling Ontario the arm pit of Oregon, but hey lets face it.....it is.

It's good... Pretty average service that was super slow and it was way over-priced but the original wings were decent. The Sticky Fingers are SWEET so watch out if you aren't into sweets! I do loooooove me some popcorn, though! ;)

My husband and I came here on the way back from a trip back from Nevada. By the time we stumbled into the joint, we were exhausted and were just wanting some grub to get us back on our way. By the time the waitress had come to take our order, we had already been waiting a good 10 minutes. We were starving, so when my burger game I dove right in. It fell apart in my hand. It was over cooked. The honey mustard I asked for tasted like no other honey mustard I've had before... and not in a good way. I was sure when I asked for a refill on my soda, the waitress' eyes were about to fall out of her head since she rolled them so hard. We come through Ontario every few months on our way to visit family. Now I know that I won't be coming back to this place.

Meh. It was ok... for Ontario. It looked super cute from the outside and had a fun kitschy feel but once we were inside the restaurant it seemed like it needed a good scrub down. The booth was just plain dirty so I tidied it up with some hand sanitizer and diaper wipes so that I could feel better about having my two year old eat there. The food was bland and boring. I had the fish tacos and they were ok. I was relieved to see the fish grilled instead of fried. My husband had a burger and it literally had no flavor and the bun on it was just plain weird. it reminded me of a kitchen sponge. The service was substandard. If this was in any place other than Ontario I would have given it two stars but I think this might be one of the better places to eat in this town. That's not saying much.

Staying at the Sleep Inn and decided to come here for dinner simply based on convenience. Had the boneless chicken tenders with their signature sauce - pretty good overall. The sauce was thick and kind of all over the place, but it was pretty tasty. My friend had the mushroom and onion burger (on a veggie patty). She said it was super tasty. Overall, not the healthiest option out there, but a good enough one if you are staying at the Sleep Inn and don't want to get back in the car after a long day of driving.
