We had breakfast here both days we were in the area. Great, homemade food (the hollandaise sauce was delicious). Great service too. They only do breakfast and lunch, but there is an ajoining bar next door that shares the same kitchen so you might be able to get dinner there. Prices are very reasonable.

We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast and super friendly service. If you want ambience this isn't the place but putting that aside, the kitchen does a terrific job!

I enjoy coming here after getting my hair cut across the street...it's a nice little bar with a small restaurant attached...not an extensive menu, but I've always liked what I ordered...especially the bbq bacon burger with a fried egg...the bar itself isn't a decent size though when it gets crowded it can feel very small...they have a few slot machines to occupy your time...drinks are usually pretty cheap and service has never been bad...

Went there for breakfast. I had an omelet with hash browns. The mushrooms on my omelet were fresh and the portions are generous. Great crispy hash browns as well. The place has a friendly local vibe. Nothing fancy here but a good breakfast without waiting for a table like another great breakfast spot nearby. I don't know if this is how to add to a review as I haven't done it before. But I needed to give these folks extra kudos. I got there too late for breakfast but I didn't want lunch and the lovely gal in the kitchen asked me what I wanted. I craved that Swiss mushroom omelette. Even though they switched over for lunch she made it anyhow. So thank you for going the extra mile for me!

this place was lovely. it had no handicapped ramp, but my mom toughed it out anyway, and it was wonderful. she even remembered coming here before, as she recognized the mural. the young woman who served us, was very polite, and attentive. lots of coffee, and always there at every turn. she made the visit wonderful, after the awful one we got down the road. I noticed a bar attached to this, and I also noticed they are famous for chicken. I had chicken fried steak, and good lawd, there was enough food on this plate for two. my Mother had the breakfast sandwich, and same deal here. everything was wonderful, and tasty. a simple breakfast joint, with all kinds of great pictures of nehalem back in the logging days, and very entertaining. the locals were all really nice as well, everyone there for your beck and call. I would love to come back to this place another time, and go next door for drinks, and order up me some chicken. yum.
