I've never had a bad pizza here in my life. The staff are fast and attentive and the results are always five star: I like to call my orders in, use the local coupons and my pizza is always ready when I arrive
Clean, fast and friendly. Extremely friendly! Same pizza as any other Papa Murphy's location. I prefer the thin crust as in general their crust doesn't have much flavor, but everything else is fresh and great. It's on my home from work, and always a quick, easy, can be healthy last minute dinner.

Reviews:
The pizza here is pretty good, but not excellent. It's definitely better than dominos or pizza hut pizza, but I would say it's pretty run of the mill pizzeria style pizza. However, the brew choices are phenomenal. I love a good microbrew, and Yeasty's has plenty to choose from at a decent price (~$4). Usually, I need to drive to Corvallis to find a decent selection of tasty quaff's, so I'm glad to have something this close. So, I would whole-heartedly recommend this place to someone looking for good atmosphere, excellent beer, and a pizza. I would NOT recommend this place to someone just looking for a pizza.
What a fun place! We've been twice now and both times the waitresses have been enthusiastic and helpful. The breadth of beer on tap is a welcome touch (Dogfishhead!). And the pizza is above average. Nice to have a place like this in a small town.
Delicious! We were drawn in by the name, but we'll be back because of the pizza. It's great-- far better than anything in Salem or surrounding areas. They also have a fantastic selection of craft beers, many of which are local. The bartender (I'm sorry, I forgot his name) is very friendly, happy to let you sample several, and overall very well versed in the world of craft beer. Yum. We'll definitely be back soon!

Extremely good-quality,Classic American food! I love the root beer and I have always enjoyed having a cold, frosty mug of A&W Root Beer! I enjoy the jukebox at this location! Although, the service can be grumpy and slow. That's why I'm giving this location four stars instead of five stars.

Seriously the best Rueben in the Salem area. Especially because for $3 you can add smoked brisket. The fries were fresh and hot which in other places is rarely the case. Bread was perfect and not soggy or hard as Melba toast. Seriously, if you like Reuben's this is it.

Yang’s Teriyaki Plus

Reviews:
The portions here are huge! The food is actually good too for being so cheap. The college kids here can make the wait longer during lunch, but it's worth it. My only complaint is that they aren't open on the weekends.
Perfect place for college kids to fill up before, after, or in between classes during the week day. Note the "during the week day" statement. This joint is closed on the weekends. Let's go over the Food: Quality, quantity, and price. Food Quality: The food at Yang's tastes good. Not great, not bad. I'm from Hawaii so I definitely have had my better share of Teriyaki meats. They cook the food in what I'm guessing is large batches and bring it out to food warmers in the front. There they sit until you order your plate; then they plate what you want and douse it in their Teriyaki sauce which is not bad, actually. Very tasty and not as sweet as many other teriyaki places. Overall, food quality food be better. The meats are minced up which makes it kind of weird for me. Instead of rice you can get noodles (+$1) which are bland on their own but when sauce is poured on, it's tasty and light. The cabbage you can get with the plate at not additional costs, to me, is weird and I personally dont like it. Others do, therefore I will not speak against it. Food Quantity: You can get a small or large plate; each comes with a large serving size for the name. There is a thick bed of rice on each of the plates, then you get to choose between types of cabbage you want: sweet&sour, stir-fried, or even no cabbage (extra rice). The meat gets portioned according to plate size and then placed on the bed of rice (and cabbage). If you decide to opt for the noodles, you can expect a ton of noodles. This is fair warning. Food Price: Cheap! College friendly prices! Overall, Yang's is good every once in a while. Campus food gets tired quick, so Yangs is a nice treat. Give it a shot!
Dropped in again the other day and it was as delicious as always! The portion size is still large and hasn't changed and the price has gone up very little. An amazing deal for such good food. Wish I could eat there more often!

Food was good, had a French dip and vegetable beef soup. The soup was homemade and delicious. The service was good and they were very friendly!
Stopped for lunch. It is a diner atmosphere but the salads were excellent. Super fresh ingredients. This place is also reasonably clean. The service was great. I the little extras that I asked for with a smile. Good basic food. I would come back.
We were in town to drop off our daughter at college. My in-laws had already checked out this restaurant. boy, were they right! Delicious food, fabulous service, Joan the server was fantastic and made us feel at home. We will definitely be back for sure! We highly recommend this restaurant that has been in business since 1955.

Burgerville USA

A Northwest chain, Burgerville has great burgers and milkshakes. They change the flavor of their milkshakes according to what's in season. My favorite is their Oregon Hazelnut milkshake. A must try if it's on offer! They have the most ingenius radio ads. I love listening to them. Their logo says it all: "Burgerville, where you go when you know."
This place rules. The burgers are delicious, the fries and seasonal sides are always great, the smoothies and shakes and ice cream is awesome. It's not completely cheap, but it's tasty and made from good ingredients, so I don't know what more you could want.
The girl that works in the morning is the only one that ever gets the order right. 6 out of ten times you order anything, at any other time of day is going to be either made wrong or various items will be forgotten. They do have bitchin onion rings and asparagus spears, though.

Rookies Sports Pub

Reviews:
We liked the former location right on 99W-had more atmosphere but they had their reasons for relocating. As of yesterday their web site was not up-to-date but we knew where to look. On a lighter note, Rookies has the best hamburgers! I always have to take 1/2 home and it is almost as good heated up the next day. Yesterday I had an apple/walnut salad. There were 8 or so thin sliced apple halves, a lot of walnuts and cranberries and I can't remember what else, but the serving of greens was ever so meager. It could easily have been 1/2 again more and would have been fine, but it was indeed skimpy. There were no crackers with the salad but the waiter did bring a bowl of tortilla chips when I asked about crackers. The only other option was oyster crackers or potato chips. Speaking of potato chips, my three friends had chips with their hamburgers: pepper and another kind. Neither was particularly tasty although some people must like them. Not sure if FF are offered with hamburgers but probably are and probably excellent. In conclusion, stick to the hamburgers at Rookies but I'll probably venture forth and try the Rueben next time 'round.
Ate here during a recent work project in the area. All 4 of us were happy with our burgers. Big, juicy, and very reasonably priced. One guy had the PB&Bacon burger, and thought it was great. The waitress was very friendly, and took great care of us.
The food was absolutely awful. Tasted of mold. Their ketchup tastes sour and outdated. We asked for another bottle bit it tasted the same. Just no. Will not be eating here again.

Delicious bagel sandwhiches and their raw orange juice is soooo goood! My only complaint is the hours are undependeble. I drive by the same time everyweek day and sometimes they are open and sometimes its closed.. Hours SAY 6am they open. But I drive by around 750 and many times the signs are off and no lights inside. Im not sure what that deal is? Other then that, a cheap place to get a quick breakfast on the go
Not a lot of hand washing at all. Both employees touched money, then went back to food prep several times. Makes me wonder about their bathroom hand washing policies. Gloves weren't changed after touching money either. What's the point!? I was also overcharged. He told me $5.00 but it was $5.50 on my bank statement. Not cool. I get that it was only $.50, but that ruins the trust of the business. On the bright side, the employee I interacted with was extremely pleasant and very polite. Unfortunately, too many dings for me to go again.
We went into NY Bagel for the first and LAST time today. We ordered two toasted bagels with cream cheese and while waiting for them (almost twenty minutes) saw an employee drop three bagels on the floor while taking them from the oven and put them in the bin with all the others to be served! Disgusting! Needless to say we didn't eat the bagels.
