The best Chinese food! Always fresh and hot. Plenty of it, too. Crab puffs are STUFFED with crab and delicious. Our favorite and all of our friends want to go there for dinner when they're in town.

I'm not big on Chinese but this place usually rocks it. Not a fan of the egg roll...too doughy. Also, the house chow mien is usually spot on - especially if you kick it up a notch with spice. My most recent experience lacked shrimp and was a little watery but, then again, my wife could have cherry picked all of the upgraded items out.

Second time in really sucked we walked out. After three tables got the food in front of us and to do to go orders. First dish came out 25 minutes later and it was wrong. Bear was warm. Need I say more

This was by far the worst food I have ever eaten, service was bad, no one ate what they ordered, food came out one at a time for a lengthy period,

I LOVE Lam's Chinese! I used to live in Molalla, so I went there pretty often. Now I live in SE Portland, but I still drive to Molalla to have the best Chinese food ever...it's that good :) I specifically recommend the Orange Chicken- they use real oranges, so it's way good! Everything else I've tried has been yummy also, but I always end up getting the Orange Chicken.

I am a ridiculous connoisseur of Chinese food. This is the best. I can say that with all confidence! I drive from Portland to Molalla at least once every two weeks to get my fix. My favorite is the honey walnut chicken, orange chicken and well truly everything else on the menu! A MUST go to, well worth the drive from anywhere!!

Holy cow, this is the best Chinese I've ever tasted!!! My family is all obsessed with it and go there often, even though it is 30-40 mins away from us. It's so worth it!!! I reccommend the Chicken 3 Ways combo... get honey walnut chicken, orange chicken, and sesame chicken. Yum!!! Their orange chicken actually tastes like oranges, not fake! Also, if you like the honey walnut shrimp that Panda Express has, then you will LOVE(and probably dream about later) theirs!! I am no exaggerating, this is the best Chinese food ever. The end ;)

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
