Great service and good food. Stopped off in a totally random little town and grabbed dinner. What a lucky find. Highly recommend the chile relleno and the fajita burritos. Might stop back in on our way back home.

After driving all day, we were hungry. We walked in and were pleasantly surprised by the new, clean, tidy appearance. We were greeted friendly with chips and salsa and our drinks, so far so good. The chimichangas could use more cheese inside, but we're perfect portions and were delicious. My husbands tacos were big and equally yummy. Our server was excellent and refilled the chips and our drinks several times. Our only complaint was it was a bit warm inside because the air conditioner is placed inside a booth table. When a customer wants to sit at that booth, they shut the air conditioner off for them. Kinda weird to put it there, but I'm sure they are working on it. Overall a great place if you're in the area.

Don't let the nondescript building fool you. The interior is very pleasant, the yellow walls and the attractive murals make it a warm and welcoming place to dine. Our server was pleasant and did not balk at billing the three if us separately. I had the Mexican steak plate. The strips of beef were tender and not dried out. The peppers and onions were cooked perfectly. This beef dish was better prepared than most of what I've had closer to home. This dish was served with rice and beans, these were good too. The serving size was perfect enough that I could barely finish it, but so not so large that I left a lot on my plate. Linda had a chile relleno she said it was good, I took a taste and agreed with her. Kevin had a wet burrito and said it was good. The salsa for the chips had enough heat to make it interesting. If I am in the area again I will definitely stop to enjoy a meal here.

I always check out a bath room first before I try somewhere... The attention paid in this area I assume, always, is the attention paid to the food you will eat. I did not eat here. Nor would I ever.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
