Food is always fresh. Costomer service needs some work to bring more people in. Only complaint I have is on to- go or drive thru orders,they ALWAYS put the napkins on the greasy food.. if wasn't for that i'd give more stars. And a better review.

I have been here many times and the food has been what to be expected. The quality of the burgers is way better than a mcdonalds but that's not saying much. I haven't been in a few month because when I went inside I noticed that the food handlers were not wearing gloves. I asked the person upfront why this was because I thought I had seen them wearing them before. The worker told me that they didn't have to. A couple minutes later I saw them all putting them on. Who manages this place? Kind of gross.

I usually like this restaurant but the last taco salad I got was awful=\ It was so full of water that it was more like soup in a soggy shell. I tried calling, to give them a chance to make it right but just kept getting a fax machine shrieking in my ear. Not so sure I will make that choice again.

They have gotten my order wrong a few more times. They have always been very nice and made it right but not something that should be happening as often as it has. The food is always hot and well made(as much as it can be for fast food) so that at least keeps me coming back once or twice a month.

This location is a Carl's Jr and Green Burrito in one, as most are now becoming. While I've been here many times, I felt the need to review based on my most recent visit here. I placed a pretty hefty order, about $30 worth for 5 people (Which is a great deal compared to other drive thru's) our last stop for food before heading to the beach, and the woman working the window was polite and courteous as we placed our massive order, always reconfirming items for good measure. The food was delivered quickly and we only had one issue, I received regular Fries instead of the upgraded Sweet Potato, we caught this error before driving away, so I went inside, showed them the receipt, and what I received. The manager was very apologetic, and quickly brought me a fresh made batch of the Sweet Potato, and gave me 2 ice-cream sandwiches for the inconvenience! Wonderful service and great staff. I will be returning to this Carl's Jr's.
