This is the best new place to go to in Lebanon. They have a huge selection of beers on tap. They change their beers every week so this is the place to go for the beer lovers. Their food is amazing as well. Everything is made from scratch and the hubs and I always look out for the daily specials. We've had so many great meals here, I've lost count. The restaurant is pretty small but it is a small town so we usually don't have a problem getting a table. The staff is always very friendly and excited to explain their dishes and new beers on tap without being snobby.

very good selection of beer and quite good food options. The outdoor seating is a plus. The atmosphere is 'hipster-esque," but not overly so. I prefer the Mushroom Sandwich.

We just ate dinner at Growlers. It was our first time here. This place is terrific. Evident management really takes pride in their place. They gave personal attention to helping us find a beer we liked and food was also top notch!!

My husband & I tried the Growler Cafe today for lunch. We immediately fell in love with this tiny place. The food was perfectly prepared & they have a very nice selection of brews. The service was outstanding! I can't praise the spicy corn chowder enough! I also had the pesto grilled cheese sandwich - amazing! My hubby said he could eat the BLT every day, it was that good. We will definitely be returning - very soon.

The food is amazing it's a small sandwich and soup place but the bread is all house made. The beer and cider is great!

Great atmosphere, cozy, the waiter (who also appeared to be the cook chef and the barman) was super attentive, provided great suggestions, and skillfully addressed special requests I had

This place is a true hidden gem in Lebanon. Clean, excellent service, and the food is out of control good.

I would say this is my very favorite restaurant in Lebanon. For years I have lived in a town mostly comprised of mediocre chain restaurants. Luckily, as of this past year the growler cafe has established itself here in Lebanon as one of the most friendly and delicious establishments here in town.

It's about time Lebanon got a great place like this. Good food and good beer. What more could a guy ask for!? Staff was all very friendly. My only complaint is that the place is a bit small and gets pretty busy which can slow things down for the staff and make it difficult for people to find a seat. All in all though great place. I'll definitely be back next time I visit Lebanon from San Diego. P.s.- I had the pesto grilled cheese with candied bacon and it was money! Also had a jalapeño cheese pretzel with the beer cheese sauce. Both were soooo good!

This place is really fun. I haven't to been to any other growleries so i cannot say or compare. However, my experience at this particular growler shop was pleasant. There was a sign at the bar with all of the beers/ciders/wines on top. You can ask for samples and the person behind the bar counter offers interesting mixing of the drinks on tap if you were adventurous. On the particular evening I went, I got a pint of the blackberry cider (i think it was blackberry). It was great. When we went to close our tab, we had a conversation with the bartender/growltender and he mentioned the cider was delicious mixed with the chocolate stout. That sounded fab, but I was too full from my first pint. I would have loved to try it though. The cafe itself isn't too big, it's cozy. There are tables along the periphery, barstools along the counter, and an area with a couch. I could see myself coming there often if I lived in the area. Too bad this place didn't exist two years earlier. I didn't try any of the foods since I came after dinner. I'll have to try something there next time I'm in town. Friendly faces behind the counter and alcohol. What's not to love :)

This is one of the best places to eat in Lebanon, and when you're there you feel like you're... not in Lebanon. Excellent soup.

This is my favorite restaurant in Lebanon. We don't have many options, but this place 10 notches above everything else. The first thing you should know is this place is pretty small; only a handful of tables. So you may not always be able to get a seat (although this has only happened to my wife and I once). But being small makes the experience so much better. This is not a place where your server will disappear for a half hour, or a place where you feel you can get lost in the crowd. The whole staff is extremely attentive, and super friendly. On more than one occasion we have spent upwards of a 1/2 hour just chatting with whoever was helping us that day. The second thing you should know is they have a different special every day of the week. Make sure you check their Facebook page to see what the special is. They are always good, and usually pretty unique combinations. Lastly, the beer selection is so cool. They are constantly cycling through tons and tons of different beers. And they are more than happy to give you a taste of all if you would like. So happy this place opened.

It is so wonderful to have a place in Lebanon to go for some good food and good beer! The owner does a great job in making you feel welcome. Great place for a family meal or out with a couple friends. Try the Beer Cheese Soup and pretzels.. Yummy!

A good BLT on fresh gluten-free bread? What an delightful surprise! In addition to their beer, the always have a good cider or two to choose from, and are very helpful with recommendations and samples. Friendly service, laid back atmosphere, good food with options for everyone.

Being the best in Lebanon doesn't mean a whole ton. The Growler Cafe moved in and quickly became a town favorite. With a hefty stable of microbrews it's something Lebanon sorely needed. Desperately needed, even. There's always good beer on tap so don't question it. And the service is solid. I've not had any food but hear good things. While the cafe is bonkers awesome for a town like Lebanon, it'd be a tough sell in another town. It's small and loud, the fact that it draws crowds means it's always loud. And, my God is it dark. It's just uncomfortably dark in there. Worse, they have wi-fi. That's great for coffee shops, but bars are social places and watching people click-away at their laptops, sucking up a table or two from the limited supply, is disheartening. It's cripples the vibe. Luckily, this may not last long. The Growler Cafe has quickly achieved what other places in Lebanon struggle with, growth. It's feasible to envision the place moving to a larger venue sooner rather than later. Doubling the size would do wonders and having an architect actually design the place would be a mighty blessing. The Growler Cafe is awesome for Lebanon but still struggles to compete with similar, better places elsewhere. 5 Stars for the town. 3 for the place itself.

Amazing specials created daily! With 20 taps including ciders and root beer for the kiddos, Growler Cafe is awesome for all ages! Although small, the cafe was designed with Lebanon history in mind. The wood walls and metal paneling bring life back to a local barn! Aside from the incredible food, beverages, and atmosphere, the cafe owner and employees are dedicated to bringing an amazing experience to the city of Lebanon :) keep it up guys!!

My family and I enjoyed ourselves at Growler the other night. We were one of two tables which was not a surprise do to it being a Monday night. We received exceptional service throughout our entire visit. Growler has yet to put together a "flight" sampling of their beers on tap, but our server was happy to bring us samples of any beer we were curious about. She was also very helpful describing the beer as well as their alcohol count. The beers are delicious. I know that this is a new and small restaurant. I want the best for them. I hope they grow. However, I did find the price of the food a bit steep for what we received. I would not normally pay $10 for a small sandwich and side of greens with a few black olives. We will be back. This is a pleasant change in scenery in the rather mundane town of Lebanon. Salud! P.S. If you are not a big black pepper fan, make sure you ask for them to hold the black pepper. My veggie sandwich was delicious but chalked full of black pepper.

There's always a great selection of cider and dark beers! My fiance and I are working through the sandwich list. We LOVED the pesto grilled cheese, mushroom, and Chicago sandwiches. You guys work magic. Don't get me started on the homemade pretzels- delicious! I just moved to Lebanon from Illinois and this place makes me feel already at home. Super friendly, passionate staff. I heard a rumor that the blackberry cider might be a regular in the rotation. Yes please!

Oh my goodness what a find! This is a fantastic place with great beers and yummy made on the premises food! Don't tell anyone about it - we won't be able to get in!!! Absolutely delightful!! Super relaxed friendly staff too.

Great rotating tap selection, friendly staff and fun decor. They had Pumpking on tap which is nice because it's $8+ for a 22oz at the store. Nice variety of beers and ciders on tap. We also got a pils and a hummus plate which were both great. Really fun evening, and definitely recommend it, especially as another option to the bar/pub scene in Lebanon.

Great food, service, atmosphere and beer! It's a little cramped but that's because the crowds are coming. Hoping they expand soon. Probably the best place in Lebanon.

Made my way to Growler Cafe after a visit for Chevy parts. Want to send a special tanks to the folks at Filling Station for sharing. Enjoyed line up of beers, what knocks ur socks off is the food, home made, from scratch, supper flavors. Owner Cris showed Real hospitality and knowledge of his beers and food. Thank you for making my experience special

I'm rapidly becoming a regular here. The food keeps getting better, the variety of tapped beers is awesome and ever-changing, and everyone who I've talked to there has been really friendly! It's a breath of fresh air in Lebanon; the restaurant scene here is... meh, but I would say the Growler ranks in my top five in central Oregon. Cheers!

Had lunch on a Saturday afternoon and the food was great. We will definitely be back to try their other specials. The Owner was super nice and helped us make our beer selections. We need more places like the Growler Cafe in Lebanon.

Eating well in Lebanon is a challenge, so I turned to Yelp for help. Yelp, thanks for a great find! The menu is interesting, lots of brews are on tap (they even list IBUs!), and the service is friendly. I had a tempeh sandwich that was wonderful: well conceived and perfectly prepared. Decor is basic pub, with interesting touches, like a copper floor entirely of pennies. To top it off, the soundtrack when I was there was soul music selected from the 60s to the present. Delicious!

Best Minestrone soup I've ever had. Great local draft rootbeer. Yummy food. Can't wait to come back. Decore is fun and rustic.

We have been waiting for something like this to open up in Lebanon since we moved here over a year ago. The tap list is extensive, with a nice variety of beer from around the state and beyond. The food is fantastic and fresh. When we came in tonight they were pulling bread out of the oven and it smelled AMAZING. The ambiance is wonderful, the decor is beautiful, and the whole place has a very comfortable feel. We came in to watch the seahawks and get some dinner. This is the third time I've been here since they opened and I have a feeling we'll be here a lot.

Easily the best place in Lebanon! If you eat at only once place in Lebanon on your way through, this should be it. The biggest problem is lack of seating. There is space for a few more tables, but is instead used on decor. Don't get me wrong, the decor is very nice, but a few times we have gone somewhere else, simply because there was not enough room for us. This is also the type of place you may "hang out" after finishing your food, so there is no way to guess how long it will take you to get a table. The food is wonderful. Quality ingredients and made with love. The beer is fantastic. Always something different, and always something for different tastes. The staff is terrific! Every person there is very pleasant, and makes you feel welcome and appreciated. Simply put. You this place is a "must try".

Absolutely what the doctor ordered! Try this new restaurant in town, I can't imagine anyone being disappointed. Excellent fresh homemade soup, a new choice daily, (I'm in with the change in the weather). Great food, prices, amazing beer selection, cozy, comfortable atmosphere & you couldn't ask for a better staff, helpful and friendly. Thinking of going back tomorrow just to try a few more things!! Great to just go with a friend and hang out or even bring a date to show you know what's up in Lebanon, good luck you guys, save me a table! Better yet a seat at the bar where I can chat with your friendly staff and continue to try the entire menu!! Thank you. Can't wait to see what tomorrow's special is!!

Awesome owner, awesome atmosphere and even better food. Typically I don't think much of "sandwich" shops because I'm a vegetarian (I'm lame I know). But it was SO good and my boyfriend went nuts over his as well. Some really unique and great beer/cider choices too. Such a great addition to little bitty Lebanon! We can't wait to go back.

Fantastic place to kick back with your friends and enjoy a great beer, cider, or wine paired with a mouthwatering snack. The place is short on space, but makes up for it with a warm, rustic vibe and a friendly, hard-working staff.

We've been twice and loved it both times! Great beer list, small(but good) food. We tried the candied bacon which was fantastic! The vibe inside is nicer than anything in Lebanon. So excited to have The Growler Cafe as a part of our community.

So happy we found Growler Cafe! The food and drinks were amazing and the owners spent time chatting with us, which we appreciated. Don't pass up the pork sliders...delicious, but they had me at bacon with the grilled cheese pesto sandwich with candied bacon....we will be back for sure! thanks

Amazing food and brew selection! Have been there 3 times, sampling the wonderful Grilled Pesto Cheese Sandwich, Grilled Onion/Mushroom Sandwich, and finally the fresh hummus with a side of freshly made pretzels. NOM NOM! I am a vegetarian and there were very few choices in Lebanon before the Growler! I am a happy camper indeed!

Good beer selection but the space was very limited and the food service took a long time, about 45 minutes to get a pretzel.

I found this awesome venue and I was amazed by the quality of food in this small town cafe. Not only was it good portions, but the quality was amazing. They took some traditional food and put a gourmet twist on it. Everything was made from scratch so it was fresh. A fun environment with a all penny floor and old wood walls. The service was friendly. I wish they would open one closer to where in live in Washington state. They have only been open since September and already doing so well and getting their reputation out there. They have 20 different craft beers which change on a regular basis, so always able to try something new when I am in town. I suggest getting there early as their specials go fast. I "liked" them on facebook, so now I know what their menu specials are when I am in town and their beer list. I highly recommend checking this unique place out.
