Everyone who wants to read a starbucks review probably knows all about the beverages & food items, what I'm reviewing is the location and the staff. I'm not a drive-through person, but if its your thing, then you're in luck because this location offers a nice speedy drive-through for those not willing to exit the car. The best part about this Starbucks is the space inside: plenty big to offer enough seating for all customers who wish to simply sit and read/study (which is why I spend so much time here). There are also plenty of outlets for laptop people (instead of just one outlet tucked away in some small obscure corner of the store is is often the case at starbucks). The staff are consistently super sweet, friendly, speed, and conscientious of making high-quality beverages - a great series of characteristics to have in any barista. The layout of the store and the friendly service makes this a very easy place to spend an entire day studying (hopefully you don't ever have to spend that much time in a coffee shop!!) Internet access is through T-mobile as at all 'buck locations.

This is my local Starbucks and am proud to say so. There are no changes taste-wise across all Starbucks, so it's really all about service. The people working here have always been great and have recalled my wife's name and order (not sure that is such a good thing for my wallet) due to her being even more of a regular then me. No drive through, but I have no problem with that.

This location gets an extra star simply due to the sweetness of the customer service here. We walked in and headed straight for the bathroom. When we came out to order iced tea, we were immediately greeted by friendly staff and such. This was one of the cleaner Starbuck's I have seen and though it is only 40 minutes or so from our destination in Canby, when you've got to go, you've got to go!

I'm a gold Starbucks member. Coffee, is of course, same or close to what to expect from any other Starbucks location so if you're desperate for a mocha or a frappucino, it's serviceable. But the service. This is some of the worst service I've ever received from a Starbucks. My partner and I stopped by one morning, needing to figure out our plans as far as what to do in town (he's a native Californian and we were planning on going back to California in the next couple days). I had to use the bathroom. I'm a transgender man and, of course, went to use the men's room. They're single room bathrooms (which I don't see the point in gendering- they're one room- but that's for another time). The barista mocked me for using the men's room, calling me a "girl" and laughing about me with another customer. Partner and I were glared at by staff when ordering. There are better Starbucks in town. I'll happily visit those.

Having visited Starbucks here in Keizer, Oregon during a before noon visit, the coffee as always was good. You get what you pay for. My main concern was the lousy turkey sandwich that was overpriced and looked like it was just thrown together. When you are paying upwards of 6$ for a sandwich you should expect better. Having a choice of 2 sandwiches and asking if they were fresh,I was disappointed by the product.The turkey was real, but sliced in a big chunk, a lettuce leaf along with a little mayo was added to a swished bun..It looked like it had been there a while, though the server said it was all they had. It was close to NOON and only 2 sandwiches were available.Better off to have a thin sliced sandwich, a more fresh looking bun and lettuce. No excuse should have been given.We were hungry and ate what was given.Hopefully there will be changes when you are spending that kind of money.The attitude was , take it or that is all we got.Not acceptable.I would rather go someplace else in the future, and have. As a food critic and food guy it is sad when you come across these places that are in a hurry foremost and "I'm busy look".
