Nice little place for w quick bite in Keizer Burgers are tasty. I like that you can customize and experiment with the condiments. Service is good. Central location on river Rd N . Decor is like any fast food place. Fries and fry sauce are yum Will definitely be back

I would compare Nancy's to the likes of Five Guys, or maybe even In-N-Out. Simple menu, burgers and fries in different ways. Quality was pretty good, and I think Keizer was in need of a good burger place. If you're in the mood for a burger and fries but you don't want typical fast food, I'd give it a shot.

Yeah yeah, it's just like Five Guys. Well Five Guys is good, so I thinks it's ok to compare Nancy's to them. The great thing is they're local! Support the small business owner first. Nancy's is delicious.

This place WOULD be great IF they had a veggie burger. They offer a "veggie burger" on the menu but to my disappointment, I found out it was just lettuce, tomatoes and pickles in a bun...

Saw Patrick's review and I have to agree. Employee attitude toward customers is very poor at this location. However, I ate at the one on Lancaster recently and customer service was really excellent there.

I really thought I had reviewed Nancy's already, but apparently I haven't. Nancy's takes the 5 Guys concept and makes it a local business. Double patties on the regular burgers? Check. List of condiments to add or discard at your whim? Check. Upgrade your burger to 100% prime patty? Wait a tick, that's new. Nancy's makes an effort to appeal to the customer. Whether it's beer served in a red solo cup, or Made to Order shakes, they do their absolute best to provide the best of the best. I'm not ashamed to say that this is a great "Hangover Hangout" place either. I've wasted a lot of time here with a cheeseburger, fries, and unlimited refill soda fountain after a night of revelry. But the burgers are top notch. The toppings are awesome. The shakes are really, really good, and the service is always exemplary. And even better, this is a local business. Owned by an actual person. A person you might run into at the bar across the street. Check this place out. Support your local business people. Especially when they offer a superior product at a reasonable price.

Not bad just okay, a copy cat version of 5guys that's just not as good, would prob just go to the real deal next time

Obvious Five Guys knockoff, right down to the style of the menu. That being said, the service was great. The burger was big and juicy and made exactly the way I wanted it. Support the local business, not the big chains. The fry sauce is a ketchup and mayo mix, but very good. The jalapeño ranch is even better with fries. The pastrami burger special rocks!

(7/19/15) 3:30pm VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE WONT RETURN. What a horrible business and customer service. The first person I spoke with was Ariel talk about a unprofessional kid. I have had nothing but trouble with this place, they wont even change a $100 bill. This is the second chance I gave this company specifically Keizer location. I called waited on hold for over 5 minutes after calling twice with no answer. I will report this business to the Better Business Bureau. I will no longer spend my money there and I will go elsewhere. I wasn't allowed to speak with the owner or any type of management since they told me at two locations that there are no managers for Nancy's burgers Wow isn't that weird. Save the trouble and go elsewhere.

If you've been to Five Guys, you know where Nancy's got their ideas from but, hey, it's burgers so the more, the merrier. Friendly staff and a family atmosphere. Great fries and one order is usually enough for two people. Wish they didn't serve Pepsi products. Especially flat from the fountain Pepsi. Anyhow, it's been awhile since I've been to Five Guys but I think they're slightly better than Nancy's. This is premium fast food and so it's not cheap for what you get but, honestly, I'd probably be just as likely to hit up Wendy's if there was one closer to Keizer. If you've been lucky enough to experience the magnificence that is In-N-Out, you will be underwhelmed here. They aren't in the same league.

I went to their new location in west Salem. Same great service, same great food. Thank you Nancy's for providing a Local business with good food and service that I can feel good spending my money at. So glad you are doing well enough that you could open a second store. I don't make it to keizer or west Salem all that often, but when I do and I'm hungry for a burger, I'll stop in again!

Holy Cow! This place is amazing. They have great burgers at great prices. The condiments are fresh and full of flavor. The beef patties are delicious and not greasy at all, and the fries are stupendous. Now, I admit, that is a lot of adjectives about a burger joint, but they are duly deserved. My partner and I took some family members here during the Christmas holidays. We were greeted by a friendly young woman at the counter who offered to explain the menu and did so with gusto! Our order arrived and our number was bellowed to the establishment. Now I have to admit a bit of confusion when I opened the bag. The burgers had stickers on them: 1, 2, 3, 4, however, that didn't exactly equate to the order on the receipt. I think if you are going to number your burgers, you should number the receipt. But that is a minor issue. The food was delicious and we will be back again. Sometimes you just need a burger, and this place won't break the bank!

Omg so good! Exactly like five guys burgers. Small but nice menu. Friendly staff. We ordered the large fries and they filled half of a brown paper bag with them! The skin was still intact and fried perfectly, not greasy at all! The husband and I both ordered the big cheeseburger with customized toppings. Delicious! Hot but again not greasy. I also ordered the Oreo milkshake made with chocolate ice cream and it was thick and heavenly. Great value, I could probably bring my whole family of five kids and we could probably eat for less than 25.00 we will be back!

Good burgers. Place is just like 5 guys. Same pattern colors, etc. fries are identical except all my fries were broken up in small pieces. Burgers are a little bigger then 5 guys but about the same taste.

The burger and fries are great!!! I give it a low rating because of customer service. We had the cashier (won't name any names) but, I will be trying to get ahold of the owner/manager.... This cashier had a bad attitude with my girlfriend and I.. As she was swiping my card to pay for the order I walk over to hand my girlfriend the drink so she could get the sodas, the cashier walks over and slaps down my credit card and recipe and tells me I'm number 28 and walks away shaking her head... As we where waiting for our food, she was talking with one of the two cooks and begins to get louder and tells one of the cooks "then just leave, there's the door nobody f**king wants you here anyways" she proceeds to grab the company phone and says "f**k off" to the same cook and walks into what I think is the managers office.. Two people left and my girlfriend and I thought about leaving and asking for our money back, but we didn't.. For the people that were there eating, you could tell there was an awkward silence and it ruined the cheerful pod everybody was in.. We won't be going back until something is done with that cashier

A great local burger joint! My husband always has the cheeseburger and I have to admit that I've yet to touch one of Nancy's burgers - I just too in love with the chicken breast sandwich! (Every time we go there I tell myself that I'll order a burger, but when I go to order all I can think of is how tender and juicy the chicken breast is... ) Order a size smaller than you think you'll need on the fries; they are generous portions. And kick back and enjoy the music - it's usually an eclectic mix that's fun and nostalgic.

Sure, it's like Five Guys, but if you want to support a small business that takes pride in their work, has more menu options AND serves beer then you GOTTA check out Nancy's! I love going to Nancy's. Their food is excellent and their service is usually stellar.

My wife and I decided to take our four-year-old twins to dinner, since we had been so busy that we had not prepared anything for them to eat. I was ever so happy to suggest Nancy's Burgers, as I have not eaten there in a while, and their food is pretty good. As I walked into the restaurant, with a four-year-old in my arms, the four patrons, and all the staff, were enjoying ultimate fighting on both of the restaurant's TVs. We darted out of there before my kids could see what was on the television. Why would any "family" establishment show entertainment that should only be presented in adult establishments. Is ultimate fighting good family entertainment, and I've missed something? Am I clear on the premise of this sport? Do two humans beat each other bloody in a cage, in front of a roaring crowd of onlookers? Is this family appropriate, and I'm just a prude? Is Nancy's an adult establishment now, and I missed that? Televisions in restaurants are a good way to loose patrons, since you never have true control of the content. As soon as I see a TV in an eating establishment, I already have a bad taste in my mouth. Just because you have take-out as an option does not make your choices in TV entertainment appropriate. Get rid of the TVs and let the food stand on its own, or just rebrand your place as a sports-bar and get it over with. Since I often have eaten there, and allowed for some of the questionable entertainment, from their televisions, slip while my kids ate with us, and this was the ultimate straw, I will no longer have Nancy's as an option for eating, with the family or without. I'm so disappointed.

How is it possible that this teeny tiny business is capable of putting ripe tomatoes on its burgers but 99.9% of other restaurants fail miserably at it? Does this business have a green house out back where they carefully tend to their homegrown tomatoes? Of course they don't--they just CARE apparently. Took my hubby and babe here last week. This time I got the big burger--and I'm not ashamed to admit that I ate the whole thing. Husband LOVED the burger so much he wanted to go the following day. We didn't due to a time crunch, but I'm thinking we'll go again this week. The babe liked the soft inside of a french fry. I like the short haired lady hanging around (the owner, I presume). She's really friendly and I think she's a pretty spunky lady, too.

I have been hearing a lot about this place since they opened, so went with my family to give it a try...well really disappointed! No FLAVOR! Not sure if it was the wrong day to go or what, but neither the frys or the burger were seasoned. The price was a little spendy for what you get, for 4 of us and a toddler it cost us 50 and some change, if it was a really good burger than it wouldn't of felt like it cost so much. I might try it again just to give it one more chance.

Wonderful burgers - added a fried egg to mine. Hand-dipped shakes were so fresh. We will be back again.

5 guys is way better, cheaper, cleaner, better service, better music. They also serve pepsi and a small drink is $2.25...yuck! I need my coke! I also feel that it is wrong to copy another. I am sorry I ate here! I learned my lesson!

Good burger, but fries were soggy and gross! Cook them crispy!! Rookie mistakes? Yeah! 2 single patties usually means Cisco foods, plus everything is a la carte, so you don't get value, burgers, fries, and drink $12? Too much for avg burger, I'm looking for a big hand pressed 1/2 pound patty, not 2 single frozen patties, and fries included with drink for about $10 seems right!

I've tried both the Keizer and West Salem locations and gotten so so results. This go around they goofed on the order (cheeseburger with iceberg and very light condiments) it was Greenleaf and soaked with mayo/mustard and very difficult to eat. On the up side the fries were good and shake not to bad, though $3.95 for a 12oz shake is pretty steep even if it's hard ice cream.

This is a great little burger joint, I love the atmosphere and the style of the place. Nancy is very friendly, she talks to all of her customers and really takes interest in them. You can tell by the happy faces that light up when they talk to her that they are just as happy as pie to be here. I can see this place spreading and franchising. It's a little pricey but that's the only thing I can say other than yum!

Good burger, good fries, good fry sauce that five guys doesn't have! The downside: last two visits the quantity if fries were barely enough to fill cup. Usually they are overflowing into bag. probably shouldn't be eating that many fries anyway, so maybe Nancy is looking out for my health? I would rather have one Nancy than Five Guys!

The burgers are great. I don't love hamburgers, and I won't finish them if I don't love the taste. However, I always finish my burgers from Nancy's. I like how there are many different options to choose from for cheese, lettuce, and other toppings. The menu is very similar to Five Guys but that doesn't really bother me like it seems to for others. I've always had good service here.

If you have been to Five Guys and noticed that the patties are delivered in a frozen state, then you will appreciate that Nancy's taste fresh and seem to contain less sodium. Where Five Guys burgers taste better as you add more toppings, Nancy's is good no matter how many you add. You will find crunchy iceberg lettuce at Nancy's as well as milkshakes. Beers are available if you so choose and they serve Pepsi rather than Coke. On top of that, Nancy's is a local business that will get my business until In 'N Out arrives.

My experience is as follows: Came in on a Tuesday at noon for lunch, there was about a dozen other customers dining but still plenty of room for seating. The store was bright and appeared clean. The nice girl at the counter was very polite and since it was my first time here I had to go over the menu and she politely answered all of my questions. I ordered the Big Bacon Cheeseburger and upgraded to prime rib meat since it sounded good, a regular fry, and a strawberry shake. The menu prices looked decent but my order came out to $16.xx. This was way more than I was expecting for a burger and fries but I'm not the type of person to change my order once to made. The burger was delicious but overall it didn't feel any bigger than a normal burger. I'm think for BIG size you're supposed to get two patties but maybe for prime rib you only get one because that's what I got. Frys and strawberry shake were very good but they give you a lot so I ate 1/4 of the fries and 1/4 of the shake.

Good food. But my rating is based of the fact that their riding on the coat tails of five guys. I find it utterly disgusting that they duplicated five guys almost exactly. Yes, they have a few small differences, but they don't have a single original idea. Shame on you.
