Great place! Been going here for years first with my parents and now with my family, they always remember you no matter how long it's been (they even remember my husbands shellfish allergy) the young lady who works there is fabulous and I adore the mother as well! Will always eat here food and service can't be beat!

(6/22/2015) I am updating my review to 4 stars for consistency. Every time I come here or get delivery the food is consistent and good I have been a cook for many years and that is a key to run a good kitchen. Consistency.

Best Chinese food in Keizer. Staff are super friendly, service is great, and the food is always wonderful. I think the prices are great for the amount of food you get. Everything I've ever tasted here (including what I've tasted from other people's plates) tastes pretty dang good.

We ordered from Chen's for the first time and used their delivery service. I had no trouble ordering, our food arrived on time, large quantities and absolutely delicious! We ordered crab puffs, BBQ pork, egg foo young, and chicken lo mein. This is my new go-to place for Chinese.

Placed order by phone and had food delivered, food was hot and fresh tasting when it arrived. Ordered: General Tso chicken... Good but not spicy Sweet n sour chicken ... Chicken was nice white meat, sauce was not good at all Chine chow mein... Awful Crab puffs.... Very good, crisp and great taste Curry rice with beef... Pretty good So over all the food was ok, hot and fresh Price was on the high side I thought Will try different place next time.

Pretty cheap lunch specials. Good service. I wasn't wowed by the food but will go back and try other dishes. Didn't care for their egg rolls but their soup was good.

I've been here a couple of times....I'm less then impressed. The service is pretty poor. It seems to take forever to get someone to come back and take an order, and my beer was somewhat warm. Getting another one took a while too. The employees are nice, when you get their attention, and I think it's a family run business, which I always try to support, but... The food is...alright. I've had much better, and very little that was worse. It's not terrible...there's just nothing spectacular. Maybe it's what I order, but still... Lots of ellipses. That's what I feel about this place. It's okay...

Has great food BUT.. 1. Takes forever to take phone orders!! You have to *constantly* repeat yourself, whether theres blaring background noise or not! 2. Hard to understand what they are saying to you. Between the strong accent, broken english & talking really low... 3. After ordering almost $30 worth of food, they still charge a delivery fee, yet won't deliver unless you order $25 or more! We're 2 1/2mi away! 4. We've ordered from them twice before but after this last experience, (3rd time) its time to find somewhere else to spend our $. 5. Ordered the food, gave our address for delivery & debit card info.. (this all took 15 mins). About 15 mins later they called saying they couldn't deliver! Are you kidding me? Yet, they wasted no time to charge my debit card the $30! You can bet, I'll be watching to make sure the charge gets reversed too! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Was not impressed. I have been here several times. Each time they were out of what I wanted to order. Service was lacking. Waitress doesn't seem to understand English well. Took quite a while to get the food. Food wasn't bad but nothing special. It's too bad too because I kept hoping it would get better. I won't be going back.

We eat here quite often and we are very happy with the food, service and the price. The vegetables are very fresh tasting and we find the employees to be very friendly. The price is so good we could not go to any restaurant for a better price.

I ordered General Tso's chicken, rice, and an egg roll to be picked up. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and my food was ready quickly and served hot. The only reason I didn't give five stars is I had to ask for a fork and napkins. Other than that, a great takeout experience. Highly recommended.

It finally happened. I finally found a Chinese restaurant as good as the restaurants in Seattle. I had given up on ever finding a Chinese Restaurant that served fresh, deliciously flavored meals, but my faith has been restored. I saw complaints that the food took too long - that is because they cook each dish individually and serve it fresh. Why would anyone prefer the lumps of soggy food that the other restaurants can serve up in 30 seconds because they cooked it the day before and all they have to do is plop it on your plate? The food is beautifully seasoned and each dish I have tried there has been perfect. It is our new favorite place and we get dinner there at twice a month. We live nearby so we haven't eaten in the restaurant - we take it to go - but the restaurant is sparkling clean and the staff is very friendly and personable. Yes, they do have accents. That is because they ARE CHINESE and that is why they are able to cook and serve such authentic Chinese food. The commenters who complained about the accents and how long it takes to get the food need to go to any Chinese restaurant down the road, where the cooks and the servers speak English as a first language and the food is sitting in the kitchen (and has been for days), just waiting to be plopped on your plate and put in front of your face. For me, I'm sticking with Chen's Dynasty.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
