The food at Air Thai is fantastic. Probably the best Tom Ka Gai we've ever had. Well worth a visit. Great service and very nicely decorated to boot.

Found this with the family, same owners as the one in Lebanon. It's good, but not great. Quick review: Too much ketchup in the Pad Thai. Not enough veggies and coconut milk in the Tom Kha. Garlic Pork = GREAAAAAAT!! Everything else, pretty good. If there wasn't an entire bottle of ketchup in the Pad Thai, the place would get 4 stars. Saving grace is, they're in Harrisburg, which definitely helps that town out, as far as dining goes.

For the price I wouldn't say it's completely fair except that the portions are fairly large. Not much to look at on the inside, but the staff was on top of their game and respectful.

I seriously don't understand how anyone could rate this restaurant at four or five stars. I get that it's in Harrisburg -- a surprising place for a Thai restaurnat -- so my expectations shouldn't be too high. But compared with the (probably two dozen) other Thai restaurants I've eaten at, this one ranks near the bottom. Don't get me wrong, I love Harrisburg; it's a great little town. But this is most certainly not a great restaurant, and it's hardly authentic. I mean, they have pot stickers on the menu. Seriously? We've been here probably three times, just because it's convenient, but I don't think we'll return. Each time I go, I realize that the curries don't taste bold, the dishes aren't infused with that Thai herbal yumminess, and the food tastes more Chinese than Thai. Yes, this place is inexpensive, but there's a reason for that. Save up, spend three dollars more per plate, drive to Eugene, and go to Ta Ra Rin. The food there is fresh, bold, and authentic -- three things that Air Thai is not.

Seriously great Thai food. The atmosphere is not your metropolitan, pretentious place. It's a green slab building, run down, and not that inviting. The inside is dark, but fairly intimate. However, it's all worth it. I've never been disappointed by anything on the menu.

Who would have thunk, that in a town of 2,700 people, a wonderful Thai restaurant would rear it's tasty head, and give forth a great dining experience. If you order the spice level 5, it's blazingly electric. The soup was very tasty, with the raw scallions, and mushrooms added just prior to serving. Curry was spicy, and flavorful. Larb, ordered 5, was explosive, with a lot of cool cabbage crunch to offset the heat. Very good choice for food in this area.

Very good Thai food. We particularly like the garlic pork and the #23, I think. It is chicken in a curry-peanut sauce. However, be sure to save room for dessert. The Homemade coconut ice cream over hot sweet sticky rice is worth the trip alone.

I went here back in November just driving through town with my family so we thought we would stop considering we all like Thai food. This was the worst, and I mean the worst Thai food I have ever eaten in my life! And I have eaten at quite a bit of Thai restaurants. Not just in Eugene, Springfield area either. I don't see how they have any high ratings at all!! this place is so gross!!!! I would not feed this to my dog, let alone a friends starving dog!!! Ewww Grosss!!! Never Again!!!

After eating at Air Thai since it opened, and then eating at Mekalas in Eugene, I realize how fortunate we are to have this wonderful little delicious place in such a small town. Mekalas wasn't bad, but eating (and paying a lot) at Mekalas made me appreciate Air Thai more. My favorites are the traditional Pad Thai Noodles and the Garlic Pork. I sometimes get the noodles for lunch and have them add shrimp and vegies. It's enough for 2 meals. A co-worker of mine likes the soup with coconut milk and chicken (I don't know what it's called but she has it all the time and loves it). I've had other items and have never been disappointed.

The Best Thai food ever. We travel in a motorhome and we have eaten Thai food many many places. I always look forward to traveling back to the Eugene area and the FIRST place we go to eat...AIR THAI... The chef knows just how to blend the spices to perfection. I love, love love the green curry. But, seriously, everything is truly yummy.

A gem of a Thai place. The building is run down, the bathroom is outside and around a corner, and the decor is, well- let's just say that there must be a Thai-run dollar store around there somewhere. Put all of that aside. The menu is huge, and the food is great. I'm quite convinced that you could close your eyes, put your finger down anywhere on the menu, and be happy with what comes out. The Tom Ka Gai soup is wonderful, as is the plum chicken. The pad thai is marvelous. One word of caution: If you order your food any hotter than two stars, you'd best be prepared for some serious heat.

Do you like Thai food? Then please give Air Thai, a try. This is a gem, and in Harrisburg, OR. I have had thai food at what are considered the best Thai restaurants in the Eugene area and would include Air Thai in this list. The food is very flavorful, and seems fresh. I have not had anything that was bad. The curry, noodle, seafood, and vegetable dishes have all been outstanding. If you like hot/spicy, they have from 1 star to 5 stars, 5 being the hottest. The heat may increase but the flavor still comes through. The cook here is very good at blending the right ingredients, to create delicious food. The pot stickers are not anything like chinese pot stickers, but they are nice appetizer with a very sweet dipping sauce. either with chicken or pork. I noticed that only one person has had a real bad experience, I wish they would try it again. The lady owner is very gracious, the husband? Nice waiters.

We love this place, our kids love this place, I'm not sure if the rest of Harrisburg loves this place. I'm not sure that the authentic Thai cooking that goes on here can be appreciated as much as it should. I've eaten Thai all over the country and I really like Air Thai the best. My wife will agree with another reviewer, garlic pork is awesome. I love all of their dishes and really enjoy their soups. Go there and keep this restaurant in our neighborhood.
