Food and service was excellent. We had 15 people for lunch and we were served hot, good food quickly. The server even came with water and lemons several times during the meal. Hamburgers and french dip tasty.

I have lived down the street from this bar/restaurant for 7 years. It has always been a great place to go for a good cheap drink, friendly service, and nice fun to talk to regulars. Not to mention their weekly, depending on the day, forms of entertainment such as free pool, bingo night, kareoke, and LIVE bands. Now, for the reason I came to post this review. I previously would stop in maybe once a month or so being that I am not a frequent drinker. I just have to say, whoever this new owner/chef is, he freakin rocks. I heard there was a new menu so I stopped in to check it out. AMAZING!! I've been back every friday since for the past five weeks to try a new menu item and they have all been equally mouth wateringly delicious to the last bite! And so well priced!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!! Thank you for giving me a "Go-to" restaurant so close to home!!

The New management has done wonders for this place. I had the Reuben, it came with soup, salad, or fries. The salad was fresh and crisp, no brown leaves. The Reuben was fresh and tasty. The waitress was friendly. The fish and chips were halibut, the fries were crisp and good. All for the same price you would pay at Burgerville, and it came with soup or salad. I highly recommend this place. Come for the food not the ambiance and don't be frightened by how empty it is. Their main business is the bar.

A little spendy, and had to send a meal back but other than that it is a very nice restaurant. Halibut was good, drinks were good, and servers very good. So we might go back if we're in the area. Great fish tank and bar!

Tonight was our second visit for dinner. He had the halibut I had the oysters. Everything on my plate was cold, or at best, room temperature. The menu stated 8 oysters, there was four, and the remaining stuff on my plate was only batter. The halibut is stated to be "hand dipped to order". It was not. Two weeks ago the blue cheese dressing on our salads was wonderful! Tonight we got something white, vinegar flavored with not one speck of blue cheese. $28.00 for two dinners -overpriced and very disappointing. We won't go back.
