I was stumbling along Willamette St early in the morning trying to get errands done on no breakfast and no coffee. Like a lighthouse, Jimmy John's beckoned me. I had never eaten in a Jimmy John's before and had no energy to sort out a strange menu. But it looked clean, organized and inviting. I was the first customer of the day. The young man on the counter, Joe, turned down the music WITHOUT BEING ASKED!!!! and explained the menu. Then he brought me the freshest roast beef sub I havr ever tasted. I tipped him heavily, and went about my errands with renewed vigor. I am a new fan of Jimmy John's!

Fast affordable and delicious.. Did i say fast? Only takes them 7 minutes to make a sandwich and deliver it to our shop.. Unbelievable.. If they had toasted subs i would eat here everyday of my life! Love you jimmy johns. Keep up the good work!

Staff was friendly and it was fast but assume that was because no one was there. I ordered a BLT and was unimpressed. The bacon was paper thin and had that cold greasy look. The bread was hard and the sandwich was dry. There was badly any mayo and very light on the veggies. It's just lettuce and tomato. Not a good first impression.

This was my first experience with Jimmy Johns and it won't be my last! Greeted by a very friendly staff who's establishment was spotless. Had the number 11 which is their Club Sub and really liked it. The right combo of lettuce, meats and cheese and mayo. My oldest had the number 12 (I will order this next time!). The chips were probably Kettle brand and made for Jimmy Johns and were great. Value was fair for the price and the bread was pretty darned good. At the end, I like this place a whole lot more than other sub shops. The cookies, I have been told, are the bomb! Again, will try that next time!

So close to work. Simple sandwiches. Prompt and polite delivery. Perfect for a busy lunch hour! Highly recommend.

I just had the worst BLT of my life at JJ's. LImp undercooked bacon, doughy untoasted roll, iceberg, pallid pink tomato. Not even close to the hype about gourmet sandwiches. Not the staff's fault. I blame it on corporate food syndrome. Can people really be satisfied with this poor level?

I don't know why I've been avoiding this place, but just went yesterday. Placed our order online and paid online, which was easy and helpful since we just wanted to pic up quick sandwiches before the game. Got the Vito, which was as close to an east coast Italian hoagie as I've probably had in Oregon. The similarity is in the breads think. The pickle and the chips were excellent deli style. Pretty good prices, order was ready in 10 min, and really hit the spot if you're craving a real deli sandwich. leagues beyond nearby subway.

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to "The Struggle Factory". First off, the interior decor looks like an episode of "Hoarders". People rave about the service. Well if you like annoying college kids with a side of acne you've come to the right place. The delivery is sooo fast these sheep claim. First of all, who the hell orders a sandwich? Folks, if you're that lazy to get off your hemorrhoid pillow in your cubicle to go get a sandwich, might as well just pull a Robin Williams and do us all a favor. The sandwiches? Hahaha wow. What a joke. I can sum up these pathetic, pale pieces of crap in one word: Laughable. Unfortunately you'll be the punchline, the moron who just paid 7 bucks for something a hobo wouldn't feed his dog. This corporate dump makes Subway look like Carnegie Deli. I'll end it with a simple question: Name the only sandwich shop on Earth that charges $1.50 to add pickle. Really? Jimmy, take your pickle and shove it up your Struggle Factory.

Great place to eat, real breaks the mold from other sub shops. Friendly environment. I will take the family back again.
