Wonderful staff, great selection. Super cute holiday donut designs. I especially like their "foot" donut. It is whip cream filled and AMAZING! Worth checking out!

I love their donuts! My favorite is the chocolate cake, but today I also tried the buttermilk knot. Very good with a hint of tang. The staff is super friendly and greet you as soon as you enter. I recommend following them on Facebook, so you can see their donut specials, new creations, and fun pictures. They also donate their day olds to many non-profits around town. Nothing goes to waste!

I love donuts, so there's not much to say other than these are some good donuts :) They are very sweet and lives up to the name. Friendly staff and always a wide variety on the times I've been in. Good ol fashioned donut shop.

Is a 6 star rating possible or no??? Not going to lie. My mom and I were devout Go Donut fans, but I felt that they overcharged. So a few days ago I drove over and they were SOLD OUT! So then we decided to try out Delish Donuts. They were sold out too. This was a special work celebration, so it was kind of important. Discouraged, I decided to try out Sweetheart. WOW! Where have you guys been all my life?! The guy was super friendly and gave me a punch card! It's a 12 punch card system which I thought was awesome! Buy a dozen, and you get your 13th free. I was kind of sad when I got there because he was low on donuts, and I didn't know if they'd be good or not. So it was kind of a Russian donut roulette. I couldn't have been more wrong. There wasn't one donut I bought, that I didn't like. Just goes to show you need to give things you don't normally try, a chance. :) So happy I found you guys! Will definitely be back again. I almost don't want anyone to know about you guys, because then you'll be really popular and everyone will know about you guys! :(

Best donuts in Bend! Way more flavor than many other places. All the cake donuts are deelish, esp. the chocolate. Cinnamon twist is also amazing. Highly recommend for sugar cravings.

The best donuts in town. You can not beat the raspberry fritter. I won't go anywhere else. If I could give them ten stars I would.

My husband and I are always in search of the best donuts. We've tried every donut shop in Bend. They've all been just average, until Sweethearts came to town. I usually only have a donut every six months. Since I went to Sweethearts, I've been eating 6-8 donuts a month! To say I'm a fan of their whip cream filled chocolate Bismarck, is an under statement. I'm more addicted! Their Persian roll is a delicious tasty twist on the cinnamon roll. They have chocolate Bavarian cream filled donuts, caramel apple filled....the list goes on. The girls are over-the-top friendly. They are not afraid to experiment with taste creations. I'm hooked. These are, without a doubt, the best donuts I've ever eaten in my 50 years. We are moving out of state and I'm trying to talk the girls into opening a shop in Idaho (YES! They are that good!!). I will definitely miss the girls and the donuts when we move.

I made a HUGE mistake and got caught up in the rush of National Donut Day and tried to hit Sweetheart a bit after lunch for some deep fried goodness. They had about 30 left. Eek. The absolutely lovely gent working said they had been up since 11pm cooking and had tried to keep on going during the morning rush. Said they sold out at 8am! So while they didn't have the Old Fashioned I was really craving, I got super fresh "oh my gosh, these silly people keep coming!" raised donuts. Mmmm... Perfectly cooked, not greasy at all, excellent amount of frosting. We couldn't eat all four that I got so we saved the biggest one for dessert (Persian I think is what they're called). It sat in the oven, uncovered, for over 6 hours and still made us want to go buy more. Not sure if I got a deal or what but my four tasties ran just under $6. Thought that was more than reasonable, especially considering the quality and the customer service. Now I want another. *sigh*

Got here early in the morning and the guy behind the counter was very pleasant. Kudo's!! The donuts are good the only downfall - I wanted a chocolate glazed donut but all they had was a chocolate glazed with sprinkles. Are there more important things in life than to be bothered by sprinkles on my donut when you don't want sprinkles on a donut.....sure, but at this time in the morning who wants to make a decision about sprinkles, m& m's or nuts on their donut. Just say'n.

I have never been eager to eat a doughnut because I haven't tasted one and just had it melt in my mouth until I went by Sweethearts. I was literally saying 'ohh mmm yumm' the entire time I was eating!! It very much surprised me! I was expecting mediocre at best. I LOVE the drive-thru! It is convenient and I will use it every time! The staff is so super friendly and hospitable. I drive by this place everyday and since I tried one-I think, 'oh I should get a doughnut!' I'm also thinking that now! haha I just want everyone to try it and support their small business because it is stellar and should be everywhere!

My BF is a donut aficionado and after trying several places in town, he is convinced this place is the best! I hate donuts but love the donuts at Sweetheart; I think they are more like a gourmet, high end donut. I think the price is just right for the quality ($2-$3.50) and because I have no idea what donuts are supposed to cost, but my BF told me most donut places are like $1/donut. They make their donuts fresh every morning and they just melt in your mouth. Light, fluffy, and sweet. I like the giant pretzel, which is donut dough in a pretzel shape, glazed and drizzled in chocolate and maple. It's not for daily breakfast, but it's a nice treat. My boyfriend's fave is the lemon jelly donut. We've also tried just about every fritter flavor. Fritters, I learned, are donut dough chopped up like ground beef, mixed with preserves and formed like a little hamburger patty, then fried. It's a little more solid and substantial than a donut, and kind of crispy on the outside. I wish it had a little more fruity jam mixed in, but it's pretty awesome. One other suggestion I would have for the store is, please get a frequent buyer card for people who buy single donuts! Not all of us are super unhealthy crazy dozen-donut buyers, yet we still visit frequently....I save my donut for dessert.

This is the best glazed doughnut that I have ever had! Not figuratively but literally . It beats any one on the west coast, Bob's, Randy's, Top pot. If you have respect for the doughnut this place has risen the bar! We'll done!

Ok, apparently the first visit was in fact a bad day. LOL I do, however, still think the prices are a bit much. BUT, the Customer Service/Staff is wonderful and the shop was, again, spotless. This time I was there when the doors opened... saw them busy in their kitchens when I drove by around 4am. I got a lemon filled and a yeast-raised bacon maple bar. The donut itself was better this time around, light and tender as it should be. The lemon filling was very nice, not too sweet. The maple glaze is also not too sweet. The bacon was awesome and there was a lot of it. I still think the maple bacon bar would be a much better round donut. :)

I love this place. The customer service is impeccable. They are friendly no matter what and you will like them very much. They even gave us a free donut because we missed getting one on National Donut Day! Maybe they will treat you different but overall they're really friendly. By the way the donuts are Homer Simpson good. (Drool)

Yum! Love their bear claw! The only place in town that has a decent delicious bear claw! My kids loved the foot donut...and the old fashioned donuts are great too! And guess what? They are open on Sundays!! Which other donut places in town arent! I know weird. What donut place would seriously think they could remain open for business and NOT be open on Sundays?
