We came in with our kids after seeing that north sharis was closed. They were not THAT busy. We were seated and waited probably close to 15 min for our order to be taken. Then, a woman (who used a napkin to write our order) forgot my daughters and husbands meals...and all we received for compensation was $5 off the whole ticket ( 8 meals were ordered.) Very disappointed with the quality of my nachos as well. You can tell they sat under the heated line for a while (I used to work at a sharis...I know how things are run). We will NOT be returning!!

Went to dinner, family was in town and this Sharis was close to their hotel. It seemed to be staffed by inexperienced servers. The food was decent, but the hostess picking her nose and wiping it on her apron (twice!!!) was off putting. Our server was a chatter. Food was left sitting in the cook's window as she rambled on. When we left, the restaurant was a chaotic mess. A phone order was not entered, a couple has been seated with no beverage and no service for over 10 minutes, food was once again sitting in the cook's window getting cold. We will never go back to this Shari's.

Found Shari's at 10 o'clock on New Years night, cold and desperate for a hot meal. Shari's came through in spades, with a delicious meal for my whole family, great friendly service (thanks Dean!), and a welcome atmosphere. Nailed it, Shari's!!

2.5 Stars. Super friendly service. 2 stars for that. Asian salad with orange chicken. Salad did not have any iceberg lettuce. .5 stars for that. Instead it had HUGE! LEAFY! GREENS! that were difficult to eat because they were so big. And then that was it. There was a teeny tiny bit of chopped red onions and a handful of fried wonton strips and a small portion of overly sweet orange chicken. The proportion of lettuce to anything else was crazy. I felt like a rabbit. Then I tried a slice of the salted caramel pie. Yuck. For reals, yuck. Coyingly sweet gelatinous gloop over a crumbly graham cracker crust. Blech.

We are back to this Shari again for our last meal in Bend. All good: food, service, blueberry lemon meringue pie...... I think other reviews could be phony or perhaps the other Bend Shari. This one by Albertsons/Walmart is quite good!

First off, there was a slight medical emergency in process upon our arrival. The manager seated us and then the wait began. It was TWENTY FIVE minutes prior to the server showing up at our table. We ordered and the server didn't take the order correctly. My sandwich was barely warm. The pie was wonderful. The dining area smelled dirty. The carpet I feel need some steam cleaning. We will not return to this location. We were in there for over 90 minutes. WAY TOO LONG for a Shari's.

What happened to the good old fashioned "coffee shop" I grew up with? You know what I'm talking about, good food, reasonably priced, no frills. Shari's used to be like that. Now they've attemted to make it a bit fancier and have raised prices quite a bit from the last time I was here. Don't anticipate coming back any time soon. Service was good, food was good (about average), portions were small and definitely way overpriced for what you get. I miss the food ol' days!

This is the WORST Shari's I have ever been to. My husband and I, our kids (11,9,2) waited about 10 minutes AFTER we decided what we wanted for someone to take our order, then waited while everyone around us for their food before us even though they came in after. The male "manager" (he wore a suit) was inappropriate with his comments to the female waitresses and made snide comments to them about a family with a baby.The cinna-station French toast was pretty AWSOME, but the rest if the food was not good at all but seem to be a higher price then other Shari's. we got charged for refils and when I asked about the cashier was very nice and said that shouldn't I a happened and fixed it. Because of her and the yummy French toast is the only reason I have this place even one star! I think the dirtbag manager should go!!!

This restaurant should be shut down.. a friend of mine went to eat here with her family and because she was laughing loudly with her child.. they told her to leave and that she was intoxicated.. she doesn't drink, so how can she be intoxicated.. all she was doing was laughing with her son. When she tried to file a complaint with the local police dept,This place doesn't know the meaning of customer service and what's it's like to have a close knit family who loves to laugh and play. If anyone is daring enough to eat at the shit hole establishment, please be ware that YOU May get served with a bad attitude and shitty food. ALL BECAUSE YOU LAUGH! This place sucks the big dick!

I Had the worst meal in a long time here. It happened last New Years, I got a patty melt with salad Togo because it was really late and I had just gotten off work. When I got home and got half way through my melt, I pulled out a long sharp piece of metal out of my mouth!! A piece of the grill scraper had gotten on my burger patty! DISGUSTING! I called them and spoke with the manager, and she was very aloof and didn't seem apologetic at all. She didn't even give me a refund on my sandwich I didn't finish. Will never go back here. Deserves 0 stars

I know it's a Shari's but even this place makes a regular Shari's look like the finest cuisine in the world. Even astronaut ice cream has more moisture in it than ANY dish you order here. 20 minutes to get a waiter to greet you (wasn't that busy) and when he arrived, I didn't know if he was going to take my order or stick me with a shiv. Looked like he just "got out" and had the attitude to prove it. Anyway, do yourself a favor and eat out of the gutter before you spend money here.
