Horrible customer service. We ordered multiple sandwiches online. They messed up my beach club; I wanted no mayo, it was doused with mayo. My husband mistakingly ordered his Italian Club w/ no salami when he wanted no ham. They wouldn't bring the Salami, which would have been on the sandwich anyway, along with a new sandwich for me to fix Their mistake. In the past, I've thought the French bread was too tough/hard, not soft as I feel bread should be, as well as a complete lack of toppings. They barely put Any avocado spread & only put extra shredded lettuce when I asked for extra tomato, cucumber, hot peppers, etc... I will NEVER recommend this location to anyone. They've definitely lost some customers.

This store is terrible. I've been there a few times, i keep wanting to give them a chance... I live less than a mile away and tonight it took 50 minutes to deliver!! I called and asked if I could just come and get it and the guy on the phone didn't ask for my name or what I had even ordered and said, "hold on I'll check" then came back and said, "it's out for delivery" and immediately hung up on my before I could say a word! A few day ago I went in there and there was one family in the restaurant and the music was so obnoxiously loud that the guy at the register had to put his hand to his ear and lean towards me to be able to hear me! I shouldn't have to yell to place an order.. I would like to find the franchise owners number or maybe they will read this and straighten out their investment.

About time JJ moved into Redmond...Just love this place.I seam to all ways get the Italian sub with extra,extra peppers...taste so fresh..the staff is friendly and funny..when I think of a sub ,JJs is always first that comes to mind ...can't go wrong..

First let me preface this by saying that I absolutely love Jimmy John's and this restaurant has only been open for about a week, but this was the least satisfying experience I've ever had at a jimmy john's. The bread was stale and their slogan of "subs so fast you'll freak" certainly did not apply. My #9 Italian Night Club was so saturated in oil that it was hard to eat and in my wife's #4 Turkey Tom there was a piece of what looked like roast beef inside the wrapper. Over all there were no glaringly awful screw ups and that's why I'm leaving a three star review but this new location isn't quite up to par yet and I'll be sticking to the Old Mill location for now.

I love jimmy johns sandwiches. The extremely fresh bread makes it fabulous and when I get tired of bread, I can have any order as an Un-Wich...yummy wrapped in crunchy iceberg lettuce. Their dill pickles are especially delicious & I can't pass up on the hot pickled peppers because they are a great mix of very hot to mild, red & green. I've liked everything I've tried and look forward to sampling all of their ingredients. Terrific chips too. Thanks JJ, you've renewed my love of the sandwich!

What is with this place ? We went in around in at 8:00 o'clock one night and the staff had the music up so high my wife and I could barley hear each other so we made our order to go , there was no one in the place , I wonder why. At first we were wondering if the place was closed they had all the outside lights off, when I asked the guy at the register if they new about that all I get is an attitude , I probably distrubed thier play time . Is there an adult owner that checks on this place once in a while ?

Stopped here on our way from Bend to Boise. Staff was very friendly, took our order and quickly delivered our sandwiches. They were built correctly and tasted delicious. The location has plenty of parking and a drive thru. Staff was very friendly and happy. Music was a smidge loud, but it was a fun place. We took our sandwiches to go and they were wrapped just great for eating and driving!

PROS: I LOVE this location! They always get my order right and they really are freaky fast at their delivery. I also love the drive thru option that the other Bend location lacks. The staff is consistently polite and the store is always clean. I love their delivery drivers. Each and every one of them is very nice and hard working. CONS: I wish the music wasn't so loud. It would be nice to dine in but I never do due to the loudness. I've ordered from here well over 40 times due to the convenience of where my job is on the Eastside and I have only had one negative experience where the gal told me it was really hard to make a sandwich custom and it takes her too long to make it differently than what the menu says. I haven't seen her since that experience so I'm assuming they fired her for being too stupid to make a sandwich with no tomatoes. Overall, they deserve 5 stars!

My order was disappointing. I asked for tomatoes to be on the side and they said they don't do that because they don't have containers for it... ok well wrap the tomatoes in a paper then. I received my sandwich and it had one thin piece of Turkey on it. Not substantial at all. And I will not order again.
