All the local pizza shops in Bend close on weekdays at 9 or 9:30pm. Domino's was our only choice! But wow what a surprise! Pizza way surpassed my expectations, toppings where plentiful and crust was perfect, crisp and well done. Great option in Bend!

The Dominos team over at the Yew location here in Bend were absolute rock stars tonight. My friends and I ordered like 3 pizzas that came to a total of about $30. I got there and apparently some guy named "Michael" paid for it already? I don't know. It was the best, most random event that happened to me tonight. At first I thought it was some joke.? Perhaps a mistake. I didn't want their til to be short. But I also wasn't about to turn down THREE FREE PIZZAS. So thanks DOMINOS!! They handled it professionally and efficiently. I had a similar experience with another pizza joint here in Bend awhile back, who's identity shall go unnamed. But they ended up charging me twice!!! Even though it had already been paid for by a nice stranger. Safe to say I never returned there again. I don't get why so many people hate on Dominos??? Honestly it's good and inexpensive and they're always nice?? If you want crappy pizza. Go just down the street to Caesar's for some $5 ketchup on cardboard. No thanks. I'll stick to Dominos.

Good pizza.. Great appetizer type dishes that are enough for a meal. It's their new $5.99 selection that brought me back. Along with the new specialty chicken dishes. Perfect for a quick affordable tasty meal.

I've ordered from Domino's twice in the last week. Both times, my pizza was delivered very quickly, was hot when it arrived, and tasted delicious! The delivery guys were very polite and friendly and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be ordering from them again sometime soon.

Pizza is always good and the manager is so cool. There was I mix up with my order (total my fault) and he personally made my pizza for me. The other staff isnt as great, and none of them are very friendly. The delivery is pretty slow the online time line is not accurate especially for deliveries. But I love the pizza and that manager carries the place. I will be back.

We love Domino's in Bend. Just moved here six months ago from the Bay Area, and the Domino's here is far better than the one in CA. The pizza is excellent with plenty of toppings and the service is fast.

Love my local dominos. I often crave their lava cakes and was once heavily disappointed to receive them smashed. I left a comment on the official domino comment page and shortly received a call from the manager of my local dominos. He not only apologized but gave me coupons for further domino meals. apart from that one time, everyte we've ordered we have been greatly satisfied. Will keep ordering:)

I have been a fan of domino's for years.However,every single time I have ordered delivery from domino's in Bend,Oregon,,the order has been completely wrong.The service is unnaceptable and by far the worst service me and my friends and family have ever experienced.It blows my mind that people can get away with how horrible they treat their costomers.This isn't rocket science.,this is PIZZA DELIVERY and apparently the employes at the dominos in Bend can't even do possibly the easiest job in the world.I always give an exceptional tip to dominos but yet the employes are extremely rude,unintelligent,arrogant,and always give me the wrong order.I ordered two small pizzas tonight from dominos and they forgot one pizza and charged us extra;not one apology was heard from an employee.i then perceded to call dominos to aware them my order was wrong yet again,and the lady who I was on the phone with could care less.This is by far the WORST service I have ever experienced and I know many other people who can say the same thing about Domino's.This is absolutely upsetting considering I have been a very loyal costumer who always tips the employes exceptionally even though they can't even do their job.The sad thing is the employes could care less that they always screw up on my orders even though I'm a great customer.I decided I would give domino's a try considering I do normally like the the pizza,but every single time me and many others have ordered from Dominos they are always very rude and some how manage to mess up the order and always takes longer than an hour to be delivered.This is by far the worst service and food I have ever tasted.way to much sauce,always under cooked.Learn to do your job.Very upset with how the employes handled all the numerous mistakes they made and we're always very rude.I would like to speak to the manager and know how it is acceptable to treat the employes like this.Not once have I heard "sorry".Very dis pleased.As an avid fan of Domino's in the past,I can confidently say me and my family will never eat Dominos in bend oregon and it is the worst service and food I have ever experinced.

I will say I was hesitant of the new ads proclaiming that Dominos had changed. But ever since I ordered my first pizza from them, in 20+ years, I have been nothing but impressed. The food is so much better than I remember it and the service from my local shop is amazing. This is now my favorite pizza place.
