The Samich- choice of bread (I chose English muffin) pulled pork, two medium fried eggs, salsa ranchero, shredded cheese. Served with fried potatoes. The Samich made an impression. It's good. The potatoes were just tossed in the fryer. Not so impressive. The second order was fried eggs deep fat fryer potatoes and unfortunately deep fryer sausage links.

By far my FAVORITE place for BBQ in Bend! They always have awesome service and I am never disappointed with their food. There's just so many things on the menu I can never decide what to order!

Baldys is as good as it gets! The Ribs were what dreams are made of! We loved it so much we went back for their special on Thursday and they DID NOT disappoint!! Definitely my favorite BBQ place in town!!
