Pizza was less than average, with the chicken after-taste. The sliced came out to be about $3.5/piece for small slices. Our kids are indiscriminate about food, and even they noticed the minimal ingredients. Very disappointed in the quality and size. Large BBQ chicken cost $22 without delivery.

I ordered thin crust but wanted original crust. They sent my pizza out but had made a mistake when making the pizza. They tried to make it up to me by sending me free stuff. I called them to see if it was my mistake or theirs when I realized the crust was wrong. They very nicely let me know it was my bad. Regardless they sent me the pizza I wanted no charge to me. Love my local papa johns!

So I had actually never tried Papa Johns before so I figured it was time. I walked in yesterday evening to take a couple pizzas to go. The guy at the register was friendly but that's about the only positive thing I can say. They had toppings on the menu (red onion) that they don't even have. The guy at the register had to ask, he had no idea. I had their special, three topping large pizza (I ordered two of them) one of my pizzas was a half and half and it was all wrong. I asked for pepperoni, olive and tomato and I got pepperoni, bacon and tomato but one slice had not one piece of tomato. The other half I ordered ham and double pineapple. It was ham and not even one serving of pineapple. One slice had NO pineapple at all. I was very very disappointed to say the least.

Wow, I would've been better off going to the grocery store and buying five of the cheap frozen pizzas that may or may not be made out of cardboard, that way whenever I felt like eating crap I'd at least get my moneys worth. This particular papa johns took almost an hour to make me a pizza on a Tuesday evening, not exactly the busiest day of the week. They must be really hard up for money because they use low quality toppings and hardly any of them at that. FUCK PAPA JOHN'S

The pizzas are good but the workers are not. I came in for pick up late at night and the guy making the pizza was playing and messing with the dough. The girl that took my order was just wearing a tank top and wasn't even in uniform. Initially she was making the dough then she went to the front register and took my credit card and started ringing my order. I noticed that she didn't wash her hand and went back started making dough. Very disgusting employees.

In college, I lived off of Papa John breadsticks. They're so good. It was the first time I was introduced to Papa Johns and I was hooked. Fast forward to a few years ago, I moved to the westside. Lo and behold, there is a Papa Johns a stone's throw away from my house. Okay, not a stone's throw for me (that would take several throws) but if you had Drew Brees' or Aaron Rodger's arm, it would be a stone's throw away. I do like the Papa John's by my house. It is so close that I order carry out. Making them deliver would be silly, that is just literally a turn around the block to get to me. I usually order online. In all of my experiences, I had only one instance where my order took twice as long as it should have to be filled (they forgot my side order of breadsticks). The manager quickly took care of the issue and comped the entire order. That was a lot more than I was expecting. A simple "I'm sorry" would have sufficed and maybe a coupon for a free pizza later. I got a coupon for a free pizza and that meal. Pizza is delicious. I like it when it's still piping hot after I pick it up and I like it still when it's cold. It's good pizza. The service is also good. The response time from management and corporate is great. I must say that of all the pizza places that I have frequented, Papa Johns is my preferred place.

The worst pizza paid for! My husband ordered before he left our house was told it would be done in 20 and he had to wait 40 to 50 min. We really wanted to try their bacon cheeseburger pizza as we liked the one papa Murphy's made a couple years ago but it is nothing like theirs! Papa johns pizza tasted pretty close to vomit. This was only my second time eating a pizza from papa johns, it's no wonder they don't have very many chains. This may be a harsh review but I will not ever be eating a papa johns pizza again. It was a waste of our time. If I could give them 0 stars I would! Don't waste your time or money.

I order from here often. Always fast, nice delivery guys, and decent pizza. After 5 years of living over here, I've only had one messed up order, and they replaced my pizza pretty quick and redelivered.

Ordered 2 pizzas, they look decent. What bugs me is that the extra sauce sides are missing, ones that were paid for. Don't feel like calling the store to have an employee bring 2 marinara sauces back to the house. Just irritating since there is 2 dollars for nothing.

Yeah, it's delivery pizza but it's good. And this one? Real good. They actually care about customer service & if there's a mistake, it gets taken care of one way or another. This is where we order from always. Pizza is well made, quick and usually as promised. The few times there was a hiccup? The manager was not only on it but made our troubles disappear. And since those few hiccups? Not a single one.

i can't get enough of papa johns. i love their crust and their pizza. they never skimp on the sauce and the pizza is always good. ALWAYSS!! i have been craving pizza every week and we have been getting it from here. Their garlic sauce is good too. We also recently tried their bread sticks and OMG amazing!!!! i love how inexpensive they are and how they are so quick with their orders. I wish they would deliver to our house, but we live to far. I am willing to drive there to pick up myself and smell the pizza on the ride home. =D

In all good conscience, four stars? Husband was right when he said, "It's fine, American pizza" - this is not fancy herbaceous fresh mozzarella with gorgonzola pear, no no. I love that! But this was exactly how we decided to make it online, together, sitting in front of the computer. Or you can pick one of the standby originals, like the all meat, etc. We tried a regular crust, spicy sausage pizza, with light sauce and extra cheese. I would have given five stars if there had actually been "extra" cheese. I believe it is a license for the pizza industry to charge us a buck or so more, and there is no noticeable blobbi-ness of a good large amount of cheese. I mean, come on! Still, despite my cheese gripes, the pizza was delicious! The olives were in perfect amount, and fresh not dry and wilted, and the spicy sausage was a bit hot for grandma, but not for me. We put Ass Blaster (a type of Ass-Kickin' Cajun) hot sauce on a couple a' slices, and that was very good, especially on the side with the pineapple and jalapenos with bacon - good and smoky bacon - and definitely hot jalapenos! Good job. Not greasy enough, really, but that's the tendency these days. It was so good, I forgot to put olive oil on it, and frankly I didn't remember the lack of extra cheese until I sat here to write this up. So now you know. Still, I want more cheese. Is that a crime? YES, says my trainer as she adds 40 minutes to my treadmill routine. Bitch. Delivery was stated online to be up to 40 minutes - and the guy showed in 10 minutes. We gave gun a $5.00 tip, and with that it was still under $20.00!!!! Awesome, dude.

It's chain pizza. Now I do like it better than a lot of the other chain pizza places out there but I can't really give it more than 3 stars. Our favorite is the Hawaiian BBQ Chicken pizza. They have a few others we really like and rotate between those as well. It's decent pizza, close to my house and relatively inexpensive. We will continue to be a Papa John's customer.

so i ordered online for an hour ahead, got stuck in a meeting, called them when i got out. they were so nice and understanding, offered to remake my pizzas, no problem, i told them i was at least 45 mins from there so they said they would wait at least 20 mins that way they would be fresh when i got there! so saved the day as i was taking them to a networking meeting! thank you sooo much! oh and the pizza was awesome as usual i even liked it cut double! this store verses the other-tigard, as the tigard location is closest to my place, this one is quick clean, never had an order mishap, the tigard location has gotten my pizza wrong nearly every time. thank you aloha papa for setting a standard and sticking to it!

So, we ended up ordering from here the other night after not eating pizza from there in a couple of years. The experience (ordered online, inexpensive, had it delivered) was great. The pizza was not so good. The crust is definitely pre-made, and if not, is just really bad. The sauce is very sweet, and the cheese was not super melty. We've been eating a lot of Pizza Schmizza and Bellagios lately, and even though the online ordering thing was really cool, Papa John's just doesn't even come close to them. I guess we're just spoiled here in the Pacific Northwest with our vast selection of small chain and independent pizza places.

Not good. Really uninspired and blah. There is much better pizza out there (including round table). You are better off with schmizza, pizzicato or hot lipz
