Previously liked their food but won't stand for bad service. Visited three hours before they closed. Had to wait 10 minutes for the lone employee to stop what he was doing and address me. Before I ordered told me they were out of "everything" Really? You're still open and I see crust and toppings all over. He said he could do a plain cheese and then stomped off to the back. To do what I don't know. He returned and made my pizza, all while fist pounding and swearing about there being a lack of ingredients. Finally he rings me up where he overcharged me and then charged me twice. Next time I will order in or go only if I see the owner in there.

Was not impressed...I've had better frozen pizza.

I've had better frozen pizza. Their pizza is on par with Tony's or Red Barron, and $13 for a large pizza of that quality is a huge rip off. Go to Papa Murphy's if you are looking for take and bake. They do growlers as well which is why I am giving them two stars.

I really dislike writing review like this but... Spend your money elsewhere. Customer service is great and very nice. The product however isn't that great. I was really excited that they had a deep dish sicilian style so, I decided to give it a try. It wasn't deep, very little toppings, and not even close enough with the cheese that a deep dish should have. I also noticed that they were measuring everything out before putting on the pizza. I also had to ask for more sauce to be placed on the pizza. The taste: Sadly no real good flavor. The dough looked amazing but did not taste amazing. The person who helped me was raving about the sauce and because not enough was placed on the pizza, I had to add my own prego sauce to it and the prego sauce taste similar, if not better. We didn't even finish the pizza. Ill just stick to Nona emilias and papa murphys. What I would suggest is this, maybe make the crust a garlic crust. it says unlimited toppings and they should probably actually mean it. don't measure, just poor it on. Change the sauce. it was flavorless. Sorry

Finally got over to Noble Roman's/On the Growl. I work nearby and don't know why I haven't dropped in to make dinner easy on myself before! We just devoured our pizza and we're washing it down with some delicious beer from one of the 25 selections (and they let you try as many as you want before buying-yay!) They have some special growler filling system so it doesn't go flat or get all foamy, they filled my growler-don't have to buy one of theirs (they will fill any growler that they can see through, so no stainless steel) The pizza crust was good-we got the traditional. The toppings were fresh, the sauce was yummy. The BBQ pizza we got was particularly delicious-I was bummed that I only got one slice-the rest of my family gobbled it up. The guy in there was very friendly and informative about the pizza and beer-knew his stuff. Bottom line-above average pizza and a growler of awesome beer for $24-I'm sold, I'll be back. Give it a try for sure, you won't be disappointed!

A friend brought over Noble Roman's deep dish pizza a couple months ago and left the menu at our apartment. Neither my partner nor I are big deep dish fans, but this pizza blew our minds. The location was in Beaverton and we live in Tigard so we have just been waiting for some free time to make our way over there for the repeat experience. Tonight was the night! We were gonna drive to Beaverton (20 min), grab the pizza, maybe a growler, and then head home for the Game of Thrones finale! Well, we get to the address from the menu and find that the Beaverton location is closed. Not one to be deterred when it comes to deliciously new pizza options I googled and figured out the only remaining location is in Hillsboro... another 15 minutes away. We decide we're already half way there and that deep dish was really good so, why not! We pull into the "Hillsboro" location which is actually in Beaverton and settle in to wait. One employee is helping a couple check out, the other guy is making a deep dish and a thin crust for the customers in front of us. While waiting we decide to add bread sticks and a growler! Finally, our time has come and the guy making pizza is wiping down the counter while asking what we want. I proudly announce that I want a deep dish! Without making eye contact he mutters "we're out of deep dish. It doesn't sell well on Sundays." No offer of other options, no apology, no trying to work with me, just a half assed excuse. At this point I'm pretty frustrated at all the driving, the lack of delicious pizza in my life, and this guys shitty attitude. As I reach the door he mutters one word, "sorry." Well, perhaps the lack of product and disregard for customer service (despite the 10 steps to Wow sign hanging on the wall) are the reason there is only one location left. I will probably go out in search of new delicious pizza instead of driving all over the Portland metro area just to be disappointed.

I don't understand the previous reviews, the pizza doesn't taste bad at all! It tasted fresh and pretty flavorful (without a nasty chemical/additive aftertaste that frozen pizza has). My whole family (all picky eaters) loved it. My only criticism would be about the service. The one employee there came across as disinterested, disengaged, and bored.

Way too expensive - 1 round pie, 1 deep-dish, 1 cheesy sticks = approx $36. Crust has a funny texture to it that gives a somewhat "soda bread" mouth feel. I like the idea of a standard price for any number of toppings, but that standard price is too much. I understand that for good bake-and-eat-there pizza, that's pretty cheap, but for food you're hauling home to cook, it seemed on the high side. Got a regular crust "round" pie and a deep-dish pie. I went hunting for ANYTHING that wasn't Papa Murphy's. Well, I found it, but I'm going back to Papa's for the time being. Round pie (Hawaiian) was a little skimpy with the toppings, considering it was $13. Cheesy bread sticks are $8, and just not very good. I liked the "sauce-on-top" style of the deep-dish, but overall taste and texture just wasn't there. They told me that there will be lots of new locations opening soon, but I have a feeling that it's not going to turn out well. My quest for ANY take-n-bake that isn't Papa Murphy's continues.
