On 3/13/12 10:30pm After telling my server my food order was incorrect and missing my friends entire order cause the server forgot to punch it into the computer. I was greeted by the door man who's first words to me where "Im the guy who beats people up and throws people out. What's the problem here". After he said that I was completely intimidated and scared to be there. I was never rude or out of line with the server. It was very loud in the establishment due to the loud music. So I had to talk loud to the server. Nothing ever got resolved I paid for my food I didn't even eat and left the establishment. I would never recommend going to Doc Feelgoods. Their door guy was totally out of line for what he did. I tried to contact the owner and just got the run around.

Do not go on weekends as they have cover charge. It is not worth paying 3-5$ to get in while the whole environment is blech. there is no neighborhood feel into it. this is a dive. i don't mind going every once in a while but then again. you'll see the same bar hos and flies giggling and running around the place. it gets stale so fast. bar fights? on occassions. smoking- yes and it can get very smoky. characters, special and unique flock this place. it's for you to find out what and who they are. you might have a blast. everyone has their place. this is not mine. the drinks are priced good as they are a dive (what do you expect, it'll be priced as a downtown drink?) lol. go get two while you're at it as the servers and the bartenders are superbusy and it'll take you almost an hour to get an order.

When I walked in I like to scan and look at everything before I enter, as security was checking my ID. How could I miss noticing who were the regulars and who were not. Because the feeling I got when I was waiting in a short line was like "fresh meat enter" but hey my girl said its the next place to be at. So what do I know I'm visiting. No problem finding a table near the door but enough to sit about 6 of us plus we were waiting for a few more. No problem finding extra chairs, everyone was so nice well the table next to us. The Bartender was so friendly and not rushing my order. She made my drink and I was happy w/it. Met the DJ when I happen to ask if they take request (some bar's don't) he said he really didn't but I was feeling homesick for some freestyle music. So he did me a favor. (thanks DJ Dave) Fun crowd even the table next to us were joining in conversations and we all had a great time. So I danced the night away and will so do it again.

what a skank hole of a bar. Atmosphere is nasty, drinks suck and the help should be shoved off to Gitmo. Last time I was in there played a little video poker. I won 5 bucks, no big deal. The bartender cashed in my ticket and threw the money into his tip bucket. I didn't do anything to provoke or piss him off. It was an easy decision to never revisit this place. There are way too many other decent places around. Hope they go out of business

All the smokers gather in a mob in front of the entrance, so plan on walking through them just to get in the door. You literally will have to thread your way around and between them, they are quite clueless. Once inside, ff you want a drink you, plan on going to the bar and getting it yourself. The guys tending bar are good and can make pretty much anything and will hold your card so you can run a tab, but it seems nobody will come to your table anymore to take a drink and food order. The dance floor is some kind of linoleum tile, which doesn't work very well. Its positioned between the bar and dart boards and pool tables, people are constantly crossing the dance floor with drinks in hand. The current DJ (as of this writing) knows his craft, and spins a wicked mix of beat matched tunes with seamless cross fades and effects. BUT...its nearly all gangsta rap, and what isn't gangsta rap isn't far from it. And it also isn't the version you may have heard on the radio. The combination seems out of place in a suburban strip mall, and its TOO LOUD in a place where almost nobody is dancing. There is an interesting cast of regulars, including one gentleman that can often be seen dancing by himself. If you ladies like to jump out on the floor alone or in a group, I can guarantee you he will move into your group and start dancing with and around you. Don't worry, he is a nice guy and keeps his hands to himself, so enjoy it and consider it part of the atmosphere. If you are looking for pool or darts, or a drink after work without having to dress up first then you might give this another star. Ten years ago Dr. Feelgoods used to be a solid 3-4 star hangout, but since around 2010 this place has been sliding slowly downhill. I kept coming back every few months hoping it would go back to the way it was, but it just keeps getting worse. My most recent visit in November 2013 will probably be my last for a long while. If I do go again, I'll be sure to update this review.

Stopped in briefly since it was convenient. Bartender gave me a salt shaker instead of putting salt on rim of a $9.00 drink(!) and the lime was void of any juice or flavor. The restroom was so disgusting I didn't want to even breathe thru my mouth. How drunk to you have to be to find this place acceptable? If you have any expectations of cleanliness or if you like to get something for your money, avoid this dump. I'm giving one star since there isn't any negative star rating. If you're looking for a bar you can get drunk, this would probably be it.

HAI I LIKE THIS PLACE. I've been here twice now, and both times I definitely enjoyed my visit and the service here. I'll definitely say some of the reviews are outdated below. I've only come on weekends and never paid a cover. The crowd reflects the area but there's never been trouble or craziness, and everyone's always been pleasant enough! We always start off by getting our own drinks, but both times the waitresses are very good at swinging by to make sure you've got what you need - even quarters for the dart machines (if you're playing them). They have fancy digitized dart machines that, if you are not so proficient at the game, may confuse you but are a lot of fun. Especially when you beat your partner TWICE. HA! There's also cheap pool on the opposite side. The DJ pretty much plays current hits and there's often a few people "dancing" (allegedly) on the floor. Plus there's your typical gambling machines too. Overall a good place, quite spacious and close to home makes me like it a lot!

All I have to say is: wow. And I don't mean that in a good way! We stopped in at this pub on the way home from a night out in Portland and I wasn't very impressed. It was fun to sit and people watch - a crazy over-sized lady dancing off-beat all alone on the dance floor, some old people straddling each other making out (think 50 year olds acting like teenagers), and a long line at the bar with only 2 bar tenders, the place doesn't have me wanting to go back. However, this is a place where everyone is welcome - young or old, business man or farm worker. Everyone is friendly, there is lots of activity (pool, dark, dancing) and plenty of seating. I would suggest buying 2 drinks for yourself once you get the bartenders attention, because you'll have to wait a while for another.

okay okay... so i've grown to like this place. like i said before... they have the best tater tots. always crunchy on the outside and nice and soft in the center... and the give you enough to please two people. i usually end up eating most of 'em cuz they're so darn good!! the service has improved. they now have a cocktail server during really busy hours. my only gripe about the place now is a specific bartender/server... she just sucks at her job. she's the only person that makes me avoid Doc Feelgood's cuz i dread having her as my server. but all in all i like the place now. they have awesome specials too. and so far the food has been tasty... they've never let me down!

This place seems god-awful. When I first moved to the Beav I frequented a neighboring bar (Paisano's) for karaoke. We stopped by Dr Feelgood's to see if it was worth checking out. $5 to get in? Ye/. Packed with meatheads and local liquor-soaken skanks? Uh-huh. Smokey as hell? Check. All signs of an awful local bar were in place so we headed back to Paisano's to belt out another tune.

Regulars bar. Friendly staff. Nice beer selection. Did not eat here. I used their WI-FI. Talked to a couple regulars. I felt welcome. Sports bar in a Aloha strip mall, not too shabby for my standards. $4 for a 23oz Mug -Microbrew, pretty good deal. Better than ordering a pint for $3. This is during Happy Hour.

Walked in and walked out. It smelled foul in there. And though they were not occupied by guests every table in the place was dirty with dishes all over it.

This place is like the Walmart of bars. Please go here if you: Enjoy getting "sexed up" by gap toothed straggly haired crackheads. Want to spend the rest of your life using Valtrex. Want to watch two G-funks with chips on their shoulders box. Enjoy getting hit on by tiny, drunken Oaxacans. Get pleasure out of hanging out with hood rats. Enjoy the company of trailer park champions. Like a limited beer selection and crappy drinks. Like to listen to jiggy music while chicks who have sausaged themselves in to shirts, 9 sizes too small dance like it's 1987. Are in need of an 8 ball of coke.

It smells. Every time I come here, it's a different bad smell with an underlying musk. During the day, it's pretty quiet and its busier in the evenings. It's a large space with a decent dance floor in the middle. There's pool tables to one side, tables on the other where the bar is. There is a little room with the video poker machines. I've only been here for drinks. The staff is friendly and service is good. It's a good place to do some people watching. The various conversations can contain some gems. Smoking is out in front of the place and sometimes there are more people outside than there are inside. Last week, as we were leaving the place, we overheard this woman ask her girlfriend where this guy was to which her friend replied that he was out of town. She exclaims, "Girl, I wanted you to hook me up with him! What about his friend?" You know when you're mom tries to be cool but talking as if she's got some street cred? That's how she sounded. As some of the locals put it....Welcome to Dr. Feelbads

Fuck them unless you are a washed up regular. I have tried coming here for months and still get treated like shit. Half the time it's hard to even get served. Then I get charged $6 for a well drink during happy hour when their sign says well drinks $3. Not coming back. Fuck you Dr Feelgoods.

Not a super happening bar, but friendly and pour heavy. Crowd is definitely less than it used to be, but the btenders are friendly and inviting. No good looking people though. Kinda hillbilly backwoods feel.

This is a great place to stop in after work or at lunch or whatever.. I love going in here when I get off work, great place to meet friends and knock back a few. I have been going to this little dive for years. I remember the first time I went in and how different it is now. It's location is perfect because when I meet friends here it's in between where we both live. It's on the divy side with Karaoke and a juke box. You can play pool or video poker here and the menu is typical bar fare. I haven't been in awhile but love there are two places next to it you can eat dinner at first then shoot in here after for drinks Yummo! I thought I had posted some other pics of this place, I guess not and need to. Stir Crazy Kitchen and a Mexican retaurant are right next to it.. make it a date night!

Ouch, the older reviews on this place sure drag it down. Seems like Doc Feelgoods has done some growing up in the past few years. Here's what I like: 1. No cover, ever, since I've come here on any day of the week 2. Big, rarely too busy to find a spot to sit. 3. Good selection of draft beer for not too much. Ditto for shots if I'm feeling shot-y 4. Darts! We are terrible at darts but love to play it on those wonky electronic machines. 5. Decent music with DJs, on weekends alone. It's nothing super special, but it is a good place to relax and have a brew or too & people gaze. It's always a mixed bag of people but I've yet to see a fight or disturbance. Of course, last time we went there a window was out because someone shot it out...from the outside...but hey, things get crazy in Aloha...I guess. Service can be hit or miss, but a lot of the times the waitresses will check on you and bring you another drink so you don't have to go to the bar and wait. Nice!

So Friday night, 8 of us walked in, sat down, and 10 minutes later the bartender STILL hadn't even acknowledged us. Not even a "be right with you," nothing. There were 10 or so regulars at and around the bar and I guess that must have been max service capacity. So, we cut our losses and had a few rounds a few doors down.

The last two times I have gone here my glass has been visibly dirty. Drinks were warm. A cook brought a spider out from the kitchen in a cup and brought it around showing all of the patrons how "nasty" the spider was. The regulars are older folks, and tend to get rowdy. Nice people, but the bar is a dump.
