    Oh Arby's you are a guilty pleasure. I know its fast food...how can you forget in that environment. But every few weeks I get the craving and come back. I tell myself the roast beef is healthier then a burger...but then I eat it with curly fries and a Pepsi so I know health is not the reason. The staff is pleasant, The drive threw convenient when I am in a hurry. They have just finished a big remodel so are all new and clean looking inside. I like that they usually tell me to sit and they bring my food out to me.

    This particular location has consistently shown that they don't have their act together. This usually shows itself in very long wait times (for fast food), both in the dining room and in the drive-through. The thing is that the long-waits never coincide with a "rush" or being too busy, it just seems everyone is milling around unsure of what to do. It has also been a consistent issue, not just an occasional annoyance. The incident that launched this review is that today they actually forgot the order for my wife and I. We ordered, sat down in the dining room, and waited for a good long while. My guess is 10-15 minutes, because we watched an employee go out on her break and come back in. There was at most 2 other customers that came and went, we were the only ones sitting down. They quickly rectified the issue once we went up to the counter, but come on... no excuse really.

    They messed up my order and I didn't realize till I got home. I drove all the way back and they refused to remake my food and refused to refund me. Bad bad bad customer service. You can remodel all you want but if your employees suck, no one will ever appreciate your renovations.

    Remodeled, but worse than before. The seats are new, but as I waited to order I noticed that menu was dark and almost unreadable. It was about a 5 minute wait for the food. This happened to be the hottest day of spring, but no air conditioning was blowing and the restaurant was filled with smoke. The food was and the staff were nice.

    Besides the great roast beef sandwiches (love the roast beef slices), they actually make fresh hot curly fries when I asked for it. They always have great service. Even bringing out my food when I forget to go get it after calling out my number. For a fast food joint their roast sandwiches are more healthier than a hamburger. (to the other reviews with pictures) If they didn't cook the food right, just let them know how it should be and they will be happy to remake it to your satisfaction.

    Arby's used to be the place my family would go for a "splurge" dinner...My dad totally loved this place for it's non-greasy meat, and fast food sensibilities.....oh, and I think he had a healthy appreciation for the curly fries back in the day.... Fast forward 30 years, and I still think Arby's is a solid choice for fast food that is not as greasy as a burger. My favorite used to be the Ruben on marbled rye....I've brought that into lunch meetings and people thought it came from a deli!! Lately, my diet sensibilities have drawn me to the French Dip....it is the lowest in calories and fat of the toasted subs, and I just like the au jus factor.... So, today I was celebrating my middle child with lunch at school, and she wanted Arby's as her treat. I ordered 2 French Dips, curly fries (for her friends), a mint chocolate shake (for her) and a Diet Coke(for me). Long story short....THEY BURNED MY SANDWICH.....a photo will follow.....it was crazy bad....burned on the outside and scorched on the inside.... Once upon a lifetime ago I worked in fast food....I know that there is no way someone didn't notice this...they had to have known that both sides of my bun was scorched....someone made the conscious choice to say to themselves "WTF"....and for that I give this place one sad star.

    I drove thru here once...'cause I used to love their mozz sticks. But in the last year, they've changed -- and now they are little and not as good. Boo on you Arbys!
