Overall this is pretty good BBQ. The service needs improvement however. I like their spicy cowboy beans. The ribs are always good too. They also have a good selection of sides. If only they could train their waitstaff and people behind the counter to be more attentive.

Constantly consistent and delicious BBQ. Cowboy beans are to die for; as is the brisket. Tends to be on the drier side but they make up for it with a fantastic sauce. Definitely one of the better BBQ's in the area.

My first time here and the place was so Smokey inside . My eyes burned the whole time . I was sitting in the far back left corner. Away from the kitchen. We ordered pulled pork nachos which were good , the brisket was kind of dry.

Literally my favorite place to eat ever. Everything about it. Have not found a place with better BBQ sauce most importantly - I feel like that's a good sign for a BBQ place. Have been to other BBQ places that tend to have a plasticy tasting sauce, but not here. Everything just makes me feel right at home here. They serve the food on styrofoam plates or wax paper which just makes me feel like I'm at a true-blue OK BBQ restaurant. Can't even think about the menu without drooling... this is a place my family and I always order or go to for special occasions and birthdays. It's good to eat in but they also sell meat by the pound (take a chance on the bologna - you won't be disappointed!) as well as pints of sides. I typically order the OK Twister but really, because all of the meats are so dang good, I would order anything off the menu. You won't be able to, I'm sure, but save room for their homemade cobbler - it's not your typical cobbler but it's still delicious. The only thing, I wish they had fresh lemons for tea and water.

Rustic barn/lodge atmosphere. Excellent service. Take home cups with the logo, comparable to Eskimo Joes cups. The pulled pork sandwich was had a mild flavor, not smokey at all.

Was so sad we drove all the way to Yukon from Shawnee to try this BBQ joint on Saturday July 4th and they were shut down. Guess I learned my lesson to call first. I gave 5 stars just because I didn't think it deserved a negative review.

This was recommended in a few of our Route 66 guide books, and we agree, it's good. You can smell the smoky goodness as soon as you walk up outside. And the decorations are rustic and nostalgic. Tried the new smoked chicken wings, yummy for a light meal. Husband tried "The Boss" which is a pulled pork BBQ sandwich with cole slaw heaped on top which he said was wonderfully moist and tasty. The cole slaw was great, but avoid the green beans which were under-cooked and under-seasoned. The blackberry cobbler was good, but say no to the ice cream on top (tasted freezer-burned and affected the taste of the cobbler). Had to dig underneath the ice cream to find the good flavors. Servers are efficient but not much personality. The country music was upbeat, but a little loud for table conversation...bottom line: go for the tasty meat.

Dang bro... That's some good barbeque. That really tender brisket. Also that hot sauce that's actually got a kick. Also that fried okra that's... fried okra. I need a nap.

This is a good bbq restaurant in little town yukon. The smell of smoked wood chips burning on the bbq grill hits you right in the face while entering. It's awsome! This is my second time here, I ordered the two meat meal dinner with beef brisket and pulled pork, comes with two sides and bread. All this for 12 dollars. They have a hot bbq sauce that is amazing! Well done brad!

The food was ok at best. I had the brisket and pork sausage combo, my husband had the philabuster, and my son had a mini pulled pork sandwich. Our appetizer was good, we had the cheese sticks but they forgot the marinara, but even with the ranch they were tasty. My brisket was soooooo dry, and so was my son and husbands pulled pork, but both of our sausages were juicy. Not to mention that my home fries were cold and so were the replacements brought to me. I love BBQ, but I don't think we will be returning. The service was 100% awesome though! So friendly, attentive, and sweet! We tipped 30% just for the awesome service.

The $8 potato was small & only sprinkled with pulled pork. For $8, I expect a really nice potato with good meat. It was edible, but not great. Certainly not an $8 potato!

My bf and I got the 3 meat platter....Mine was ok...Ribs weren't that great...not fall off the bone and very fatty. The pulled pork was good....hot links were amazing. Sweet baked beans and cowboy beans were very mediocre. Cornbread was very tasty and moist. Service was great...server was very friendly. We also got the tumbleweed for dessert and it was REALLY good. Sweet tea was also VERY good. It was worth a trip back...but, nothing I would make a regular spot. Much better than Swadley's.

I had lunch here one Saturday a few months ago and ordered the brisket potato. My boyfriend ordered the special for the day, a Po boy sandwich. We also ordered some fries as an appetizer. The appetizer never showed up, the brisket in the potato tasted like dirty gym socks, and my boyfriend ended up with a smoked sausage sandwich. When my boyfriend asked about the sandwich and explained that he wanted the Po boy, the waitress giggled and said, "I'm sorry." and then walked away without offering to fix the issue. We never got a refill on our drinks either. 2 hours later we both come down with a massive stomachache and throw up in the middle of the Target in Yukon. There is a reason it is called BAD Brad's.

Great ribs and turkey. Frequently buy whole slabs and they are great. Really crowded on Saturday night.

Drove from Edmond to eat at Bad Brad's in Yukon, on the recommendation of a coworker who told me she had "the best BBQ I have ever had" at Bad Brad's in Yukon. I went for an early lunch on Saturday. Happily I was early enough that the place was not crowded, and I was seated and able to order right away. Service was very good. Several young ladies scurried around the restaurant making sure people had refills on their beverages, etc. I ordered the plate with 3 meats and 2 sides. I wanted as much variety as possible, so decided on the pork ribs, sliced brisket and hot links for my meats. For my sides I had potato salad and baked beans. A soda kept me company as I waited for my food. The food was served on plastic plates. The type you use on picnics. Utensils were also plastic, both of which can lead to issues if you want to cut anything. When the meal arrived my waitress offered to bring me different BBQ sauces, but I opted instead to use the table sauce. The flavor of everything was very good. Nothing was served with sauce on it, so unless you want dry brisket (I tried it without sauce and it was), you will want to squirt the sauce on. The problem was that the sauce was at best room temperature, so when I squirted it on, it made the meat, which was given to me warm but not hot, cooler than I would have liked. Not the end of the world, but not certainly not what I expected from someplace with supposedly the best BBQ. The hot links were delicious and pretty spicy! I loved them, and if I ever go back to Bad Brad's I think a plate of just hot links will be my order. Besides hearing how great the BBQ was, my coworker also said their blackberry cobbler was "to die for". So, when the waitress came by to ask me if I needed anything else, naturally I ordered the blackberry cobbler. The cobbler came out hot, with three scoops of vanilla ice cream on top. It was as good as my coworker said, and although more than one person should ever eat, somehow I managed to make the bowl disappear. I will have to get another hour on the treadmill to punish myself for this excess, but boy howdy was it good! I had hoped that Bad Brad's would get my personal crown for The Best BBQ ever, but unfortunately, that search will have to continue. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bad Brad's to someone who lives in Yukon, OK, but if you live in OKC or Edmond, or beyond. There are several other choices with as good or better BBQ. BBQ is generally not cheap, and Bad Brad's is no exception. My meal as described above was $20.98! After tipping I walked out the door with a quarter of a hundred gone. So, as long as you aren't driving 30 miles plus just to eat BBQ at Bad Brad's, you should be fine. If you drove way outta your way to eat there, and don't enjoy the experience, well then I tried to warn ya!

Visiting from Dallas. Amazing ribs and cole slaw. Too bad I didn't save room for the pumpkin cobbler.

I was on the fence about this place before, but after a subsequent trip I'm pretty done with it. OK BBQ, but the meat portions are bordering on rip-off territory, they don't serve any alcohol, and I think my entire family has bad abdominal cramps the day after.

I really want to like Bad Brads. I'm a huge fan of BBQ but the meat at bad brads is always so dry you feel like you might choke to death. The side are ok sometimes but terrible other times. If I had to go I'll get the dirty fries but bad brads even manages to make chop beef dry. Now that's a talent.

Was staying in the area on my way through Oklahoma. This place was recommended by my hotel. Went online and checked out the Yelp reviews which helped convince me to give this place a try. Got here an hour before closing. The servers were very friendly and welcoming. We ordered the cornbread and beans as well as fried pickles as an appetizer. You get a choice of what kind of beans you want; baked or cowboy. I asked what cowboy beans were and the server said she had no idea. We opted to try them. Basically cowboy means spicy. The cornbread was moist and delicious. Probably one of the best cornbreads I have ever had. We got the po' boy and the ranch hand sandwich as our entrees. The meat was dry, as other Yelpers have stated, but with the sauce on it then it was perfect. Had a sweet tea to drink which was perfect with crushed ice..my fave! For dessert we opted to try the blackberry cobbler. I LOVE cobbler and had high expectations. I was pretty disappointed here. It was okay but not sweet enough for me and no crispy topping like I love. Service was awesome, food was pretty great and I'd definitely stop in here again. All in all, a great local place to try for dinner and get some yummy BBQ.

Okay, I might be a little bit of a barbecue snob, so please keep in mind that little tidbit before you read on. I had the deluxe dinner (3 meat) and I want to say something good about any of them.....but I would be lying. The only thing I will say is that the flavor was good, I could tell it was all smoked, but all three meats were overcooked, and not a little bit, a lot a bit. The ribs were mushy, the burnt ends were so hard I kept looking for the "NHL" logo on the hockey pucks I was eating, and the chicken was very dry. The baked beans, I literally thought someone had opened up a can of Van Camps pork and beans and put a little more Brown sugar in them because not only is that what they tasted like but that is what they looked like. I also had the potato salad and it was actually quite tasty, but I can't say I would go back just for the potato salad as that is not why I went to a barbecue joint to begin with. The wait staff, all of them were super friendly and attentive. Why I might be a snob is that I am a certified barbecue judge and I do judge quite often. But, I don't go to a barbecue joint looking for competition quality barbecue. But, Bad Brads, was, well, it lived up to its name but not in the way I think they intended.

I stopped in here after a 2 month hiatus and had dinner. It was good enough to merit a one star bump. The brisket and ribs were right on. I wish the okra came in feedbags so that I could just strap one to my face and gnaw my way into deep-fried veggie bliss.

Great BBQ and great service. As far as I'm concerned Bad Brad's is the only BBQ joint in Yukon.
