This is a good place if u want to take a long lunch break. It took 1 1/2 hours for lunch when we ordered the salad bar. So service gets 2 stars at best. I have also been another time and got a hamburger and it was pretty good. I only go to the duck club if I am not in a hurry or if there is no other choice. I came back 6 months later the service was a little faster this time and I ordered off the menu too. So that's much better than before. I'm not sure the price I paid was worth it but since it's just next door to my work place it does offer other conveniences.

I came here last night with my family because I had bought a Groupon (this place is EXPENSIVE otherwise. Actually, it was still expensive even with the Groupon). First of all, parking is annoying. You have to valet or park in their garage. Either way, you have to walk through the hotel to actually get to the restaurant. We went on a Tuesday @ around 6 - the place was pretty empty (only 4 tables were occupied). I feel like the Warren Duck Club isn't as fancy as it used to be. Most of the people that were in there were in casual clothes/jeans and they all ordered the $10 burger, rather than the $30 duck. When we first walked in, there wasn't even a host, so we awkwardly stood by their "Please wait to be seated" sign until someone came from the bar/lounge outside to seat us. Food was eh. Good, but not AMAZING (and not worth the original cost of $40/plate). All of us got something different, so I was able to sample their famous duck (not bad), salmon (also not bad, cooked well), beef tenderloin (not bad), and a filet mignon (which I had ordered medium rare - it was cooked medium well. It wasn't dry, but it wasn't as good as it could have been if it had been medium rare!!). Everything came with a side of rice pilaf (eh), mashed potatoes (yum!!! But I love potatoes), and mixed vegetables (asparagus & shallots. Also yum). Based on food itself, I would give this place 2 stars. However, the service was AMAZINGGGGGGGG. Our waiter was Hamid, who was AWESOME. My meal came with a Caesar salad starter and he asked if I wanted to split it with everyone so we all had a first course (Good idea, Hamid!!). He split it for us 3 ways (1 person didn't like salad). I'm pretty sure he just gave us all FULL sized Caesar salads (and an "extra large" portion for my dad) and even brought out hot soup so the 4th person had a starter also (which I thought was incredibly sweet and thoughtful). For one of the entrees, we ordered the "Sampler," which was beef tenderloin + salmon/duck with a choice of 2 sides. We told him 2 people would be splitting it and he brought it out on 2 separate plates with 2 sides for each person (going above and beyond, Hamid!!). It didn't stop there!! When we were done, he asked us if we wanted anything else (dessert, coffee). We were full, so we passed. I got the bill. Next thing I know, he's laying out forks for us. He brought us a piece of carrot cake (eh. Not a big fan of carrot cake in the first place) and chocolate coated chocolate cake (SO GOOD), which were beautifully presented. Gah, Hamid, you almost make me want to fork over another $100+ for dinner.

I've been coming here to this hotel since the mid 90's. the duck club used to be top notch - had breakfast buffet this am, most of the hot foods were very cold. Sadly - I come to TUL a lot and won't be enjoying the duck club again due to the drop in quality.

I am not a professional psychologist. I am merely an amateur psychologist. But I know dissociative identity disorder when I see it. And the Warren Duck Club has it bad. It serves food that is on a par with the Green Onion. Yet it thinks that it's Flemmings, or even Mahogany. My wife and I visited the Duck Club on a Saturday night, about 7:30 p.m. By all appearances, we were literally the only people in the restaurant apart from our waiter. Presumably there was somebody in the kitchen as well. But from where we were in the dining room, it was like being on the set of "Omega Man" or "I Am Legend" depending on how old you are. Anyway, the place was deserted. If the empty dining room wasn't sufficient warning that this wasn't going to be a good experience, any doubt was resolved by the wine list. Without putting too fine of a point on it, let me just say that they offered a bottle of Black Opal for $50. That's about a 500% mark up over retail. I don't mind dropping $50 on a bottle of wine provided that it isn't the stuff that they squeegee up off the floor. No offense to the folks at Black Opal, you make a drinkable product, it's just not worth $50 a bottle. Bottom line- the Warren Duck Club is a decent restaurant. The food is tasty but it is ridiculously over priced. You can get food of a way higher quality for a lot less money within just a couple of miles in any direction.

My wife and I ate at the Warren Duck Club recently. The staff was great. My duck was good. The restaurant itself though has not changed since I was last there, probably over ten years ago. Not only has it not changed, it seems to be somewhat neglected. Worn wood work. Flooring in rough shape. Windows were dirty. Bottom line- it is way past it's prime. I don't see myself going back.

we celebrated our first wedding anniversary here and it was fantastic. Very warm, quiet and romantic...we sat by the windows overlooking their courtyard. Dinner was fabulous from champagne and appetizers (the mushroom/polenta appetizer was amazing) through salads, main course and dessert. Service was impeccable and they took every care to help us celebrate our first wedding anniversary in style. I highly recommend this restaurant for a romantic date, special occassion or even a business dinner if you need to impress clients.

I've eaten here quite a few times when I've been in Tulsa. The food is always well prepared and served and the service is good. I do think the Duck Club was better when it was the Doubletree Hotel's separate restaurant but it's still ok. The steaks are fine, lamb is great and, of course, the duck. They have a pretty good wine list and the setting is quiet and peaceful, overlooking a park-like spread on the Doubletree property at Warren Place.

Stayed at the Doubletree Hotel and had two meals at their restaurant 6/5-6/6. The restaurant itself looks nice. But i don't know about their 4 Diamond rating. First I went their for breakfast. Supposedly someone was suppose to seat me, but I ended up seating myself. I opted for their breakfast buffet ($15.99). They had quite a decent spread: biscuit and gravy, sausage/bacon, oatmeal, eggs, potatoes, and a lot of cereal, muffins, and fruit. They also had made to order omelettes. Service improved. Just took a while to get the check. Lunch- waited even longer to sit down. So I just sat down myself again. I opted for the soup and all you can eat salad bar ($7.99). Ice tea was included and the salad bar had some nice selections. It included potatoe salad, chicken salad, a caprese salad, among other things. It suited me fine. I believe that they were understaff and I felt bad for both the waitresses and the other guest. One of the guest had to even flag down a hotel manager to pay her bill. All in all, a decent place to grab a meal. Nothing special to my knowledge.

Place was totally vacant. I had the duck, and it was awesome! Tender and crunchy. The rice it came with was flavorless and hard. You get a choice of sauces with your duck, I prefer the ginger soy. Eat the duck, avoid the rice.

Bought a Groupon for this place and for a Friday night, they were completely empty. I wasn't too impressed with the meal and the service wasn't that grand either -- the waiter kept asking who ordered what. Considering it was a party of two, he was either a dual bell hop or suffering from dementia.

I was staying at the hotel for a conference and happened to walk into the Warren Duck Club for lunch. Well... when I walked in, I saw a bunch of older ladies playing cards. Bridge club perhaps? I don't know. In any case, the server seems like she had no idea what she was doing. Perhaps her attention was strained with all the ladies playing cards. The burger that I ordered was so-so. Nothing to write home to mom about. However, it was the service and atmosphere that ruined it for me.
