Though very tempted by the Drive-Thru, I kept to my plan of accomplishing work, parked my car, and strolled inside. Planning ahead of the anticipated closing hour of 10pm, the staff was mopping, cleaning, throwing away items like the night was over...I walked in more than an hour and a half before they closed. Not a deal breaker for me so I pushed passed the young man mopping onto a wet floor and waited to order my drink. Emphasizing the "waited to order my drink" portion of the last sentence, I was surprised there was a wait with three employees and two guests inside. Also not a deal breaker for me. The staff was very friendly and filled my order correctly just like every other Starbucks I have been to all over the country. Getting Splenda to put in my iced tea, I noticed the store was particularly clean. A cut above other Starbucks in fact. Kudos to the staff for this. Another thing I noticed as I procastined finishing my work and chose to people watch instead was how close the staff seemed to be, how friendly they were to each other, and how well they treated the guests that arrived after me. All together, well done 111th and memorial Starbucks. Though customers come before mopping (unless someone puked or something), so next time put down the mop and take an order (the mop will be waiting for you, don't worry).

The staff taking my order was very friendly and polite. I order a cold brew coffee. I heard the employees talking about how they were out of cold brew/only had a small amount left. I then watched as someone i perceived to be the manager poured an inch of cold brew into the cup and filled the rest with water and cream. I was appalled, as I had previously worked for Starbucks for several years. I would have gladly taken an iced coffee instead of the water/milk concoction they presented me. The poorest customer service I have ever experienced.
