I just waited 10 mins for a tall frapp when people behind me in line got their frappe before I did. THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE SHOP. One person came in after after me and NO ONE was before me. Either these girls are stupid or incompetent. I'll never come come back to this location. They said hi when I came in but other than that they were not friendly especially the short haired girl making drinks.

Wish they had a drive thru bc sometimes I'm feeling kind of lazy :) but they sure hustle when they are swamped! Kudos baristas!

Didn't give me the stuff I asked for! Charged me for it though, & took forever on my dang drink! The hipster barista making it was too busy chatting with his friend, who got his drink FIRST...argh! But honestly, what did I expect from Starbucks?

Oh man how I wish Starbucks was consistent from store to store, but they're not. As crazy as it seems, Tulsa only has a handful of Starbucks and this one is the best. They are consistent and your order is correct every time. Robert and his crew will treat you right.

The baristas here are nice, but clearly don't give a sh*t about the coffee. I'm from Seattle and a bit of a snob (I'll admit it) when it comes to espresso & coffee quality. TO BE CLEAR... My brewed coffee tasted fine. However, I was watching them condense their espresso machines (where they shut one down after "rush" and move to using just one machine for the rest of the day), and the barista doing the condensing turned to the other barista and stated "um, I got some of the regular beans in the decaf... Should I scoop them out?" To which the second barista replied "no, it's fine. Just leave it." ... The first barista looked at me and tittered, "looks like someone will get an unexpected buzz later!" ... Not ok. I will admit, I did not get in her face about it, but I did tell her that it would be a shame if someone with a heart condition who wasn't supposed to drink caffeine got that surprise. She did not fix the beans, even after I made this statement. Yeah, I'll be going elsewhere.

As much as I love staring at your back while standing at the register waiting for your to finish your conversation while nobody else is in the store, I'd really rather order my drink. Five minutes before my order was taken, five minutes for crew to talk again, five minutes to make my drink, and then I get "here you go. I made it with love." Sad.

Why are you reading a review of Starbucks? Why am I writing one is a better question, well this is a nice Starbucks but just because of the crew. It kinda takes the fun out of it as you find a parking space next to Papa Johns and choke back the fumes from the neighboring gas station. Don't even think about sitting outside to sit your coffee and watch the cars go by. Quite small if you are just looking for a place to read and have a coffee. The one on 145 and Garnett is the prettiest the one on 71st and memorial is friendly too.
