Early morning rush and only one other customer inside. The counter person takes my order for Latte and pastry. After collecting my payment, they hand the person waiting their pastry and call out her name for the beverages ordered. My Latte is delivered to me shortly after, but no pastry. When I asked the counter person who helped me about it she questions another person where it is. Strange because I am used to having it handed to after ordering, since they are in the case immediately adjacent to the cash register. Not at this place. I'm then informed it is on the counter in between the coffee machines. This is not the first time I have received indifferent service at this location. Having frequented Starbucks around the country, this store the poster child for bad service. There are too many others in town to waste time here. Have a great day! Thank you!

Great friendly service and has a drive-thru. What's to complain about? I will say though going in to get your drink is probably faster than waiting for the drive-thru. The first day we had to go park and wait for our drinks. The following days, we parked and went in, and everything was speedy, I got my coffee, and all is well with the world. The end.

I'm not a huge fan of Starbucks. If you want quick and convenient then hit their drive-thru. I personally am a fan of the local coffee shop vs the corporate-coffee-chain shop. I really think you lose a lot in national chains. I like the at home local specialized type coffee shops. Don't get me wrong, this is not a rant against Starbucks. It's just not my 1st (or 2nd) choice when I want coffee. Things going for them: The Frozen Strawberry Lemonade, the Passion Tea Lemonade (not sure if they still sell this) and the Iced Caramel Macchiato. TIP: If you want to try something really really really unique then ask the barista to make you a french press with their Kenya blend. Purchase one of their Naked orange juices and pour half of your cup full of the coffee and the other half with orange juice. It is really really good! I know it sounds weird but it's really good. Just something I learned back in the day when I worked at Starbucks....yes I used to work at Starbucks...and yes I'm serious, you should try this!

Welp. This is a Starbucks. It does what a Starbucks is supposed to do. I like this location for its convenience, however...so does everyone else. It definitely gets crowded at those often peak times of the day. If you haven't been here (and I'm not aware of anywhere else doing this) they often have you make your order in the drive-thru and then drive around to the front and park. This is awesome and not for a multitude of reasons. When you have to do this, it makes it feel like it's going to be a REALLY long time until you get your goods. Often I am in a hurry and I always wonder why I do this to myself. Anyhow, I've had only one occasion where I waited an extended amount of time and I actually called into the Starbucks (I was in a hurry) and asked where my stuff was and they said they thought I had left. I couldn't have been more visible, but oh well. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and have returned with no issues. Plus, they were very apologetic over the incident. I can only say so much about an extreme chain such as this. But I am from Seattle, and it deserved a little Bekah input. I just miss small coffee stands every 500 feet. But Starbucks will forever be a reminder of home and for that I heart you!!!

The baristas are friendly and helpful; they checked a bunch of card codes for me so I could minimize my purchase price (score!). Also, they didn't burn the espresso!

This is my joint. Say what you want about starbucks this and that but this location has got it going on! I started using the online ordering from my car when I leave my house. From the time I leave and pull up, go inside, my coffee is ready. They know what I order now.... Which may or may not be a bad thing :p Always sweet and energetic! Those are my girls and they always make my morning just a little bit better. Thanks Gals :)

This is probably my favorite Starbucks in Tulsa. The staff is very friendly and quick! I generally go through the drive-through and it's always a pleasant experience. My favorite thing about this Starbucks is that they always get my order right! I like to order my macchiatos with light drizzle and it seems like the other Starbucks don't always get it right.

This Starbucks is fast even in the morning when it's packed. I come in around 7:45 to 8:00 and its less crowded. If the line is long outside just go inside its faster. The coffee is always good and never burnt.

Starbucks is the only place that I have ever gone to get coffee in the mornings or whenever I was wanting to just have some coffee. Also their cold coffee are very delicious and Starbucks was the first place I had one of those too. Little expensive tho but not to bad at the same time.
