Clean place, with food cooking smell. They have "tech savy" order placing units on the table. If you are in a hurry, non alcoholic drinks and appetizers can be ordered super quick. As for me, I put a napkin over it because it bothered my husband. The server, McKenzie, saw the napkins shrouded unit and asked if we wanted the unit removed. I said we didn't want anyone watching "date nite". She grinned so big and said she could totally take the thing away. She proceeded to bring us fresh salad, steaming fresh Zuppa Toscana, and perfectly baked bread.

Went there tonight. Got their new dish (and I use that word loosely) - large sausage stuffed rigatoni. It was BEYOND GROSS. Tasted and looked like sausage flavored cat food. It was not even edible. I took two bites and couldn't eat any more. As soon as I got home, I couldn't wait to puke. NO, I am NOT sick. NO, I don't have a stomach virus. NO, there was nothing wrong with me. The dish is positively beyond disgusting, I wouldn't feed it to a dog.

Colin and I found a gift card we got from our wedding (almost 3 years ago...) and kablamo! Date night at OG! I love this location in Utica Square. It's enormous inside with all of the traditional Italian decor and there is a bar area where you can wait before you're seated. We were seated immediately on a Tuesday at 7pm in our choice of a booth or table. I love when the hostess asks for a preference! Our server was professional and sweet. We started with the Parmesan asparagus along with the salad and breadsticks. It's hard not to get full before the entree but we paced ourselves well. I ordered the steak Gorgonzola pasta with wheat linguini. Magnificent! The sauce was savory with a little kick and the noodles were perfectly al dente. My steak was a little undercooked from what I asked for and when I asked for a couple extra pieces 3 managers came to make sure I was ok and comped my meal. This was customer service at its finest!

This is a great place to go for special occasions or with groups. I like the chicken fettucini alfredo. Soup, salad, and breadsticks is always good though. Good service at this location too. I love the vibe that Utica Square adds to this location.

From the outside it looks like a regular tasty Olive Garden, but once you get inside it is a whole different story. The unprofessional customer service was rude, hateful, incompetent and immature. They completely ruined the allure of the place. Also, the walk space is like when in a small jet and it doesn't help when the workers are chatting away, instead of actually waiting on customers during lunch. The food belongs in a small run-down restaurant. I had to douse my soup with salt and pepper to make it edible. My kids even said Kraft Mac and Cheese was better than what they got served. I do not plan to go here ever again.

This is by FAR the best OG in the Tulsa area. The service is very prompt and the servers really know their products. We'll drive across town to dine at the Utica Square OG over the other 3 locations (71st & Memorial, Broken Arrow, or Owasso).

Walked into the bar and say right down. Friendly service and fast, even during the dinner rush.

The waiter was a very nice guy and helpful. But the food was bland no taste very dry pasta. Our appetizers were the stuffed mushrooms they were bland no seasoning . The area is very nice the food was way over priced!! I should of went to Wendy's across the street!

We met friends at this location on Friday evening 1/30/15. The restaurant was not full or overly busy. We were about a half hour late, and our friends were already seated. Surprisingly none of them had an adult beverage. I found out it was because they were not asked. Our waiter was a bit surly. The bread was standard Olive Garden Fare and the family style salad was good. In fact every one enjoyed their meal. When the main course arrived the person carrying the food for the waiter, did now know who had what plate and simply started barking orders and asking who had ____. The waiters did not pick up the empty salad plates or bowls nor would they move them as they served the main dish. Twice an arm was thrust into my face as a plate was handed to the person on my right (who was easy for the server to reach by taking two steps to the right). It appeared as though there was no training given to either of these servers. The final disappointment was the failure to bus the table while we were waiting for desert. The table became a pile of dirty dishes in the middle of the table. This was ignored by two people who appeared to be managers (or who had radio ear pieces attached to their head). Food was mediocre, service was poor. I will be avoiding this property in the future.

Food is "okay" today, but server is awful...watched one of his tables simply leave without ordering.

This location is usually just great, however today it was not at all. There were 4 of us. The waitress showed us how to use the computer ordering and then did not come back to serve us for a while. Then our salad came (1 very small bowl) and we ate that, but were never offered a refill. Our food came. Mine was very good, but my friends lasagna was burnt on the bottom and NO ONE really ate much of their food as talking later in the car, we all thought is was not what this location normally provides. Then we had to order our dessert on the computer as the waitress did not have time to take our orders. The dessert order was wrong and when the waitress finally showed up, she argued with us. The manager took the wrong desserts off of our bill, but never offered to replace them with the correct ones. We had to use the computer to call the waitress for drink refills several times. Won't go back - too much like work having to order on a computer!

This used to be our favourite Olive Garden in Tulsa. Sometime last year, we noticed a change. They began setting table with paper napkins instead of cloth. Okay... weird, but we could live with that. But the food- it became simply unremarkable and then not good. The last time we dined there, I ordered the Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo- an old favourite. Tasteless and tough as leather. What happened here?

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
