Eh. I appreciate the variety of lunch options and the friendly staff. However, the sandwiches are just ok and the wait for a to-go order, if you don't call ahead, is somewhere around 15 minutes. That just seems a tad high for lunch. They do pack lunch orders really well e - I had a cup of veggie chili as part of my lunch order and the to-go cup was wrapped nicely in plastic wrap to help ensure it didn't spill in the bag. I'll go back for lunch but it's not really anything exciting. I much prefer the Jimmy Johns around the corner but I always feel like a giant cow after one of their mayo drenched, french bread stuffed veggie sandwiches. Now I'm hungry.

Have to throw out a 5 stars here, not really for the food (which is pretty decent) but for the management. One thing I've always noticed about McAlister's is that the management is very active in ensuring you have a good experience. Normally see them roaming the floor inquiring about peoples meals and if everything is up to par. This one wasn't that, it was a to go order. But while waiting I had the manager come up to me and let me know that he was sorry for the wait but it would be a bit longer as he was not happy with the quality of the Spud Max and they were re-making it. That kinda floored me because most places would just be "Eh, give it to em, they'll eat it" but I felt it was above and beyond regular service and shows their dedication to quality. Sure I had to wait a bit longer, but I also didn't go home to open up my spud and have it be crappy.

I love this place! The 1/2 sandwich and 1/2 potato is perfect for lunch. I met a group of girlfriends at this particular location and our drinks were refilled promptly and the atmosphere was perfect for an early lunch with the girls- this is a fav restaurant of mine

As others mention, the tea is hyped up and overpriced; however, the food is good, tasty, and reasonably priced. It's hard to find healthy food around Tulsa, so I fall back on this place when I burn out on others.

Another great visit to McAlisters. The staff here is ontop of their crap. I had the Spud Max this time and it was freaking great. Loaded with Ham, Bacon, Ham, Black Olives, Green Onion, and a butt load of Cheeses. This is an awesome meal.

I had the potato and soup and the tea...Ok what's the big damn deal with the tea...I was not impressed...Service was good...potato was not all of that. Maybe they are better at sandwiches..hence the name Deli...i would go back to see if the sandwiches are better but the tea was overrated...and expensive.

I concur with Beau R's review. McAlister's is a good choice. I really like their french dip. The roast beef is really tender and flavorful. I wasn't a huge fan of the chicken fajita spud, mostly because the bell peppers and onions weren't grilled. It is just a preference of my own, but I only like peppers and onions that are cooked. Overall everything I have had there is good. Aside from the food, I am a huge fan of their service. The manager there (Rob Maddox) is very very accommodating, he really does want you to be completely satisfied and enjoy your meal.

Seemed like a Panera wanna be and wasn't disappointed at all. We were seeking places with good gluten-free options and so the two soup/salads we had were good. I liked the Savannah Chopped Salad with these little sliced almonds that were a touch sweet.

I can't put my finger on it, but the few times I have visited I have always left underwhelmed. The food is just okay. The side salad on the Choose 2 is a generous portion. The 99 cent kids meal was a nice surprise. My son said his ham and cheese was okay, not his favorite. I appreciate that there are many employees to be of service, but the way they pace the dining area is annoying.

They employ a lot of local highschoolers that are just learning the ropes of working, so be patient. They are friendly. My favorite things to get are the french dip sandwich and the chili. Delicious! Nothing too special here, a chain that has decent food and great sweet tea.

I love McAlister's. Always have and always will. Never had something there I didn't like. The Chipotle Chicken hot sandwich is delicious. I love the sauce and the mac and cheese is delicious! You can't forget the sweet tea either! Great for work lunch or on the weekends!

It's a chain, but for the number of times my wife and I have either eaten here or ordered carry-out I feel like I have to review it. The big positives are the reliability and variety, though the value for money ain't bad either. The "Choose 2" option is the old standby for us, and generally speaking it hits the spot. Great salads, good sandwiches, and the desserts aren't too shabby either. I tend to gravitate towards the Savannah Chopped Salad and a few select sandwiches like the Southwest Chicken Griller or Chipotle Chicken. Their muffuletta is pretty tasty as well, even if it doesn't quite compare to what you can get down in New Orleans. The service is decent, but can be a bit hit or miss. Part of the issue seems to be a slightly high turnover and/or a lot of part-timers. Orders can come out swiftly (within 5 minutes) or inexplicably take 15 minutes when the restaurant is fairly empty. We've also had them forget various things like cutlery, napkins or salad dressing. Fortunately, that's typically been the exception rather than the rule, but it's occasionally annoying. The place can get pretty swamped at lunch time. Occasionally that means you'll have to wait for a table, but usually not long. It may not be the most charming or unique spot to hit, but for consistency and plenty of menu options it's nice and dependable.

This place is one of my favorite cafes. They are a small chain, so you don't get as much of that phony fast food feel. They are famous for their Ice Tea. All their sandwiches are made to order. Their salads are always very fresh and crispy.
