This was a pretty good B&B. It had everything you'd expect, so I'll just list the things that stood out to me. Pictures don't do this house and grounds justice. The whole place is much larger than I was expecting, with a beautiful staircase/grand entrance. Our room was probably a bit larger than the living room and kitchen of our apartment at home. In addition, the four rooms share two very large balconies on opposite sides of the house. You don't feel cramped at all, which is sometimes not the case with b&bs established in old houses, even if you never go into the two common areas. The owners are friendly and willing to recommend local places to eat or visit, but also don't bother you unless you specifically extend that opportunity. The gourmet breakfast was definitely good, but I could have preferred more of it. If I was a bolder person, I probably could have asked for seconds and they would have accommodated for that, but I'm kind of shy. There's free wifi access as well as a computer in one of the common rooms, and tvs in both common rooms and in the bedrooms. I liked the little bookshelf in our room. Until at least December, construction around this area makes GPS use and map navigation to this location almost impossible. I suggest calling the owners and asking for help with this once you get to Tulsa.
