Decent sushi, okay prices. No ambience and they are SLOW. Good for takeout. I guess....

Not a good choice for Valentine's day. They were so severely understaffed, that we watched 5 parties walk out, while they were waiting to be served. We had the Sashimi platter, and the menu picture appears to be greatly magnified. They had put some krab legs on it in addition, and they were quite tasty. I didn't see any salmon on our plate. The tuna was overly fishy tasting. The octopus was quite tasty. If there was squid on the plate, we couldn't determine which it was. My wife had the tempura shrimp and vegetables. The vegetables were sweet potato slices. The tempura batter was tasty.

We actually love the sushi here. We do not go often because the past two times we have gone the atmosphere and service have been odd. The staff or what seemed to be the staff were just kind of going about their business instead of making sure customers were the priority. We are totally not against small sushi places, but I wish the service was a little better.

Don't let the strip mall by Walmart location fool you, this is an excellent sit down sushi restaurant. Take out out is great as well. Highly recommended.

Service seemed very uninterested. The waitress dug in the olive jar with her fingers to get olives for my martini 2 ft in front of me. The sushi chef wanted to finish his video game he was playing on his telephone before he made my roll.

Great sushi. Fresh and wonderfully prepared. "Super Dave" is fantastic. The staff and chefs really try to make you feel at home and enjoy yourself.

The sushi is good. It isn't amazing, but the food is about what one would expect for this price range. With that said, I really like the Spicy Huy Roll. In my opinion, that one is always good. The service, however, isn't that great. The waiting staff seemed a bit unorganized and overall awkward. Although one of the guys working, who wasn't our waiter, made sure we always had enough water in our cups. Props to him. I think the main issue is the waiting time on getting our food out to us. There only seems to be two people preparing the food (I've been there when only one person was making the food). This waiting time leads to unhappy customers, and subsequently, waiters/ waitresses not wanting to be around to handle their unsatisfactory remarks. With all of that said, I only go here because of it's convenient location and reasonable prices.

Hidden gem in Bixby!! Very casual and we found the service good on a Sat night. They must have read the complaints about slow service?? I noticed they have alot of call in/take out orders. Good quality and fair pricing! Glad to have this option down south!!

Clearly the only thing people are eating here are heavily sauced / deep fried rolls. You might as well eat a bloomin' onion at Chili's. (But I hear those heart attack rolls are DELICIOUS) I don't eat rice and nothing deep fried, so I love sashimi. I tried one bite of the yellowtail and it tasted like.., Lord I don't even know. The salmon was slimy. I took a bite and almost got sick. I asked for a check and she kept asking what was wrong. I said," I'm sorry but this is bad. ". She kept trying to explain that this was sashimi and I let her know I have sashimi at least once a week. And this was bad. I was trying really hard to be polite She said, "I'll take off 20%". I paid $35 for horrid, slimy sashimi. I have no doubt my untouched bits went into someone else's sauced up rolls. Yikes. That aside, the waitress was really sweet and tried to be helpful, but you can't polish a turd.

The fish here is fresh and the rolls are simply amazing. Let it be known that this is a Tulsa sushi bar so many rolls do follow the Tulsa guidelines of cream cheese and fried with a lot of rice. However, the taste is so good that those things don't seem to matter. Flying Fish is tucked away by the Wal-Mart on 107th and Memorial and it is a small restaurant, but there is rarely a wait. I recommend the house salad, the mixed tempura (appitizer), the Emiroll, the Break-Up roll, and the Brandon Roll. Also, if you don't like sushi their sesame chicken and steak is also good.

Service is typically good to very good. Good quality fish and the Fire Starter roll is always excellent!

The hubby and I thought we'd try a new place for lunch. Though he was skeptical at first, we had a very plesant meal. He ordered the Kristen roll, which was good, but I'm not much of a fan for sauce on my sushi. I had the Huy roll, it was excellent! We will dine there again, even though it is quite a distance from home.

I wasn't highly impressed. But the sushi was good so can't complain. It was tucked in behind Sonic and really tiny inside. I had the Brandon and the J-Z both are just as good as at Fuji. But I have the same complaints here as I do for Fuji. It takes about 30minutes to get your food. Which is crazy. My husband and I make sushi at home and we always wonder what takes the sushi chefs so long to make a sushi roll. Another same complaint as Fuji is that there is to much rice.

Located behind SONIC, just so you know. It is hard to find from the road. Wife and I had lunch here with one of here coworkers. The sushi was actually pretty good. According to the waiter everyone there used to work at Fuji. I am not a big fan of Fuji and found this sushi quite a bit better. The service was ok as well. It was definitely worth trying if you are wanting sushi or are in the area.

Great service and some really good Sushi. Lots of their own and customer inventions make selections fun. Will need several visits to sample the great sounding selections and appetizers. Next trip Gyoza and Prime Tuna Sashimi, yum yum.
