Great service and great bagels. I like to walk here from my office to grab a quick snack mid day when I have a lot of work waiting for me. The people who work at Einstein's are always friendly and attentive, and service is very prompt. The bagels are pretty good - I dig the thintastic bagels because I'm not trying to eat all the carbs in the world, but sometimes this girl just needs an everything bagel with garden veggie schmear to get the day going. The bagels always taste fresh and the schmears are delicious. I've only ordered a couple beverages - fresh orange juice and an iced caramel latte - and they were both very good...the coffee was exceptional for a bagel shop (I feel like coffee tends to be an afterthought at most food places). I've never been to another Einstein's location, but if they're as good as this one is, they're doing a pretty fine job.

I came here yesterday when they were giving away their new *thintastic* bagel for free. The bagel itself was okay - it tasted like a wheat bagel. It was nicer than a regular bagel, though, in that it wasn't as chewy. I got it with the lox shmear, which was also okay. The place is actually pretty nice looking and really open - something I wouldn't really expect from a restaurant downtown. The guy taking orders (the manager, I'm guessing) was really nice and friendly...I mean REALLY nice and friendly. I was impressed he kept (what looked like) a genuine smile the whole time I was there.

Winter blend coffee is heavenly. Also, the to go mug with $1 refills is a pretty solid deal! Good service and unbeatable location. Their pretzel bagels are carbs on crack.

This location of Einstein Bros Bagels is pretty good. The service was really friendly; you could tell the guy taking the orders wanted EVERYONE to be happy. There is plenty of natural light from the windows, and there are plenty of seating options. Food-wise, it's on par with other Einstein locations. I ordered a bagel with lox, and it came topped with a decent portion of lox, cream cheese, some capers, tomato slices, and some kind of dried-up looking onions. My chai tea latte was well-balanced and had plenty of foam.

The bagels are good, but not being a bread person, I normally stop by in the morning to refill my coffee mug. The coffee is decent, although it has grounds in it half the time. But it's cheap, like a buck nineteen. So for the price you can't beat it and they have good half and half. If you're downtown in the morning and decide instead to get coffee at that All About place across from the BOK, don't! Oh and the employees are generally always friendly.
