Normal Chipotle food but this restaurant never really has it together. It is in a smaller space than any Chipotle i have visited and the kitchen is tighter. Makes for messier burrito prep area and just not quite the same. Still a great place to eat but not really up to Chipotle standards.

Great quality food! The shear size of a burrito is enough to fill you for a couple of days! If you've never had it, it's worth a couple of tries!

Best place for a clean diet with high protein. Good for post workouts meals. Their shredded beef tacos are freaking awesome!

I had my first taste of tofu at this location. Amazing! The tofu burrito has great flavor to my wonderful surprise. The chips seem a little too salty at times, but that's not a deal breaker. The service is always quick, but I sometimes feel like the employees are faking their politeness...? Either way, I love this place...a little too much!

Really like this place. The 71st street location has one cranky employee. But everyone else seems friendly. The food is fresh and good.

I love Chipotle. It is one of my favorite places to eat when I am not looking for a "nice" or more upscale restaurant. The food is always fresh and fast, plus you get a ton of food for a great price. I have eaten at several Chipotle restaurants across the country. One of the great things about Chipotle is that it is very reliable, no matter where you travel. This one was the first one that I ever ate at and it has never disappointed. The biggest drawback at this particular Chipotle is how busy it often gets. If you arrive at peak lunch or dinner time, be prepared to wait in line. Also, the interior is a little small, especially considering how busy the location is. Sometimes getting a table can be difficult. Several people have given bad reviews saying that the staff was rude or whatever, but I have never experienced that. They are often busy and try to move through the line quickly...That means there is not a lot of time for small talk. I have never felt like someone was rude though. I suggest the steak or chicken salad. The chips and guacamole are also great. The hottest salsa is quite spicy and should be tested before requesting it on a full burrito or salad.

I prefer the Cherry Street location where the employees are friendlier, the layout of the restaurant is better with more natural light, and the facilities are cleaner overall. This one works for a quick bite before/after seeing a movie. It's affordable and fast. I like the chicken burrito with white rice, black beans, hot salsa, and cheese only. The hot salsa's seriously spicy and tastes good with the chips, too.

The food is ok. Not very wide selection and they don't even have queso anymore. I got a grilled chicken bowl, and they overloaded it, and it was spilling over the edges. Kinda awkward to eat. Won't be coming back to this location because the staff was very rude. We came in 30 minutes before they closed and they were already closing down the store. They rushed us out and locked the door while we were still eating. While my husband was ordering, the employee muttered under his breath about what time it was everytime my husband asked a question. Before we even finished ordering, the employees went off to the side to gossip and use their phones. A customer that was eating on the patio came inside and one of the employees mocked his shirt when he left saying, "I hate jesus." They also made fun of other people who tried to come in after they locked the door.

I love their food but on this visit the burrito was so huge one could barely bite into it! Otherwise, our order was taken quickly and food served promptly- fresh and delicious!

LONG lines. Very slow service but otherwise the food is pretty consistent with all the chipotle's I've been to. I enjoy it!

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
