Got the 3 piece meal with dark meat. TASTY Chicken! A little on the salty side but I really liked it. The corn on the cob was cooked just right and the sweet tea will give you a thrill - it was as sweet as my mama :) The best thing of all? The service - all smiles even in the "voice" over the speaker at the drive through. Great experience all around and I'll definitely be back :)

Read good reviews so I decided to check this place out but was very disappointed. Was served burned, cold fried okra with my chicken. Pluses? The chicken was warm and the service was quick, although they only offer one gravy option. While I was eating my meal I watched a manager get in an argument with another patron who ultimately left in disgust. I won't be returning here.

Mmmmm. Never had chicken express before.. they did not disappoint that is for sure! I got the 4 piece chicken strip dinner with a biscut and mashed potatoes and gravy. Everything was very delicious! Also try the fried pickels. They are pretty good too

This franchise comes and goes with me. I think they changed their gravy so I will avoid the tenders for a while. In fact, the tenders were also not my favorite. A little too much breading or overcooked, not sure. I am not going to mark them down on this one visit because I know the chicken is great. They also have fried fish but I didn't see the menu for that in time. I will give it a try. Small place, a couple of televisions, clean restroom. I wish they had a spicy version.

When I saw there was a Chicken-E in Tulsa, I dropped everything and had to have it for dinner. I got to try a wide variety- ordering meals for a group of 6. We had chicken (of course), corn on the cob, fries, mashed potatoes, and cheese sticks with rolls and sweet tea. The chicken was pretty standard- not quite up to the high expectations I have for chicken express. But still it was good enough and nobody had any complaints. The dipping sauces had something wrong with them, creating an awkward tangy taste, but the gravy more than made up for that. All of the sides were what was expected. Decent and delicious. Except I am left wondering about the cheese sticks- they were okay in flavor, but you only get two small cheese sticks... Which was pretty underwhelming. I'll be going back. I expect to update and hopefully have a better experience once the kinks are worked out.

I've always heard great things about this place, but I couldn't have been more impressed! Great chicken and gravy. And the side selection is amazing!!

I had never had Chicken Express before, although I knew it was a popular choice in Texas and had heard friends rave about how good it was. I ran through the drive thru on a Tuesday evening. The drive thru was moving pretty slowly. I don't know if it was that the cars in front of me just ordered a lot of food or if this is common for them. I was impressed by the amount of options they had available, but decided to stick with the first thing I saw-chicken tenders. Along with your main dish, you get to choose a side. I was impressed by the amount of sides available. I initially wanted the fried pickles, but they were out of them, so I went with the friend okra. The meal also comes with your choice of biscuit or roll (I went with biscuit) and gravy. The chicken had a really good flavor to it. I enjoyed the breading on it and the sizes of the tenders were good. By biscuit tasted decent, but was pretty small. The best part of my meal, by far, was the fried okra. The breading had a little bit of spice to it, and I liked it! They also gave a good sized portion of it. One tip-Don't order mozzarella sticks as your side. My fiance' made that mistake and they only gave him two small sticks, which was disappointing.
