I'm a big fan of Chick Fil-A because their values as a company, their food and their excellent service. I haven't had one negative chick fil-a experience in the past 12 years or so that I've been coming on a regular basis. I love Chick Fil- A.....if you ever experience any issue with your order they will fix it immediately! I highly recommend coming here!

This place has awesome fried chicken! I'm sure everyone knows that though! I love getting the chicken strips and dipping it in the chick-fil-a sauce! So good!! Also, the place is normally packed during lunch and the staff always takes my order and gets my food out pretty quickly! Great staff and great chicken!

We don't eat fast foods much, but we've heard this place is one of the better ones. The food was ok, but I got a headache both times I ate there. Usually for me, that's a sign of MSG. So what gives? I did a little research and found they put monosodium glutamate in their food. Ding Ding Ding That'll do it. Further digging found they use soybean oil * sodium aluminum phosphate * dimethylpolysiloxane (an anti-foaming chemical) * high fructose corn syrup * ammonium sulfate * soy lecithin * sodium benzoate * polysorbate 80 * yellow 5 * blue 1 * potassium sorbate and TBHQ! I thought I was getting chicken. I guess I shouldn't be surprised, but if I wanted all that crap I'd go to KFC. Just held them to a higher standard I guess. I stand corrected. So meh. I've experienced better.

Everytime that I come to Tulsa for business I stop in here to grab breakfast for my first call. The staff is always on top of everything and exude warmth and gratitude for the business that comes in the door. The food is always fresh and the service is top notch. I recommend going in to the establishment for your order though as the drive thru line typically can wrap around the building, whereas you can walk in and be out in under 2 minutes. Great job to all those at this location.

Best service ever....plus as an adult love the educational books, yes they have books in the kids meals. So if you want a level of service that is one of the best in the fast food world and good quality food...this is the place.

If I am going to have 'fast food', I want a place that has a good variety with some options that are not just fried balls of grease. Chick-Fil-A is one of the few fast food chains that keeps a good balance. The service is always great. The cashiers are almost always smiling and they actually respond to you when you say things (you know, like real humans should). The food has never disappointed. I like to go for the Deluxe Chicken Sandwich with PepperJack cheese or the Cobb Salad. My girlfriend has become obsessed with the Apple Cider Vinaigrette dressing. If you have never tried the Chick-Fil-A Sauce, then you should do yourself a favor and give it a try. It is kind of like a smokey honey mustard and is fantastic on just about anything (especially the Waffle Fries). I only have two small complaints about this Chick-Fil-A in particular. First is how busy it gets. It is not uncommon to pull in thinking you will hit the drive-thru only to find the line of cars literally wraps all the way around the building. Obviously this is a testament to how good the food and service is, but it gets frustrating when you are hungry and then have to wait in a huge line for long periods of time to get a meal. Second is that this location has an indoor PlayPlace so it isn't uncommon for there to be wild, screaming children running around. I know that is really the fault of bad parents, but it can be disruptive when you are trying to sit down and eat. If you are looking for some fast food, you can't do much better than Chick-Fil-A.

First bad experience at chick-fil-a.... Waffle fries were dark shade of what they usually look like and taste like chips. I ask Caleb at the register who was in training if they had military discount here, he asked the manager who never acknowledge me, the manager very loudly said no. Not sorry we don't but a good loud no. I than asked Caleb if they gave police discount he said yes... Still trying to figure that one out. While talking with Caleb the manager came up to Caleb and asked if everything was OK, not once acknowledge me... The one asking the questions. Caleb was very polite and funny... The manager on the other hand could have acknowledge me and could have been a little more professional and not served me hard dark waffle fries ... Maybe it was the uniform who knows! Worst time ever especially the day me and my family actually gets a chance to be together. P.S. the restaurant was very dirty... Bathrooms nasty...

The traffic at this location is terrible! The drive through is always a mess. It usually wraps around the building and into the parking lot. I've quit going to this place because of this reason. The food is great if you can get there.

Not sure what all the hype is about, dry tasteless sandwich, waffle fries were hard and not fresh. I ask the clerk if I could get fresh fries and she ask the manager and they said it would be 8 minute wait. I couldn't wait that long so I just forgot about it. Won't be back.

Went in at 5:50 PM Christmas eve. Did not know they were closing at 6:00 PM. Friendly greeting as we placed our order. I said something about maybe getting it to go since they did seem eager to close even though several people came in behind us. The associate taking our order assured us eating in was fine. We placed the order and waited, and waited, and waited some more. We watched everyone who came in behind us get their food, eat, and leave. It was just me and the Mrs. So I know it shouldn't have taken 25 minutes. We finally asked for a refund and only then did they figure out they'd overlooked us or just plain forgot. At any rate the Manager who refunded our money didn't offer so much as a "I'm sorry". As we left one of the very nice girls chased us to the door to tell us we could have our food because it was now ready. We wished them a Merry Christmas and left. Everyone can have bad day.
