I LOVE Buffalo Wild Wings, but the both time I have gone to this location they really got things messed up. The 1st time I dined in and it took 30 minutes just to get the food, then it was suppose to be boneless and they gave me traditional wings. Since I was on my lunch break, which at this point was already getting close to being over I didn't have them fix the order. 2nd trip was today, I again on my lunch break went and go it to-go (thinking hey it would be faster NOT). Well I got my food, stupid me did not check it just hurried back to the office to eat, since I had to be back. Sat down and what do I get? Order completely messed up! 1) I ordered the boneless lunch, they forgot the fries 2) I ordered no celery, only carrots. Got celery no carrots. 3) Ordered the garlic Parmesan, got spicy garlic.... Called was told I could come back and they would fix it, gees I can't leave work again for another hour! She took my name and number to see if the manager will do something to remedy this situation..... Waiting for a call back.

The wings are pretty awesome and it's a great spot for football season! The only downside is it reminds me of a cafeteria in here

This was a horrible lesson in culture shock: My brother was getting married and we stopped here for drinks before the big day on a Friday night. FRIDAY NIGHT! Tell me why my birthday was two weeks earlier and on a Monday, yet when I was at home it was literally 3-4x busier on a Monday night there than a Friday night in Tulsa. There was this godawful smell when we entered. It was like someone downed two gallons of Sriracha mixed with vinegar and puked all over the floor. Even being there for nearly two hours didn't ease the smell. I didn't look at the menu, so I can't judge the food. They made a pretty good rum and coke, so no complaints there. The waitress was friendly and nice too. I was disappointed that we went out for drinks and people brought children into the bar. And it wasn't just one table... apparently here it's socially acceptable to bring the kids along for a drink. I'm sorry, when you go to malls, get on planes, go to the store, etc. and have to put up with other people's kids, you sometimes long for child-free bastions, like bars, strip clubs and casinos... but alas, no respite at this place. In the end, if they banned children and if there were a larger crowd for a FRIDAY NIGHT I could probably give this place a somewhat better review.

5 Stars? Decent wings. Some sauces are good. The "boneless" wings are really just mini-Tyson chicken strips (75% breading, 25% meat) and are tough. Nachos were worse than taco bell, even worse than the crap you get at a ball park. Avoid. There are many other and better (local) wing places to eat at.

1st time. Meal was very good. Asst manager came by and wanted to be sure we were happy. GM came by as well. This store is sincere. Will be a regular customer.

I have been here a few times and it has always been alright. Generally all of the staff seems to be nice and pleasant and my waiter/waitresses have always done what they need to do. It is always loud and busy but that is to be expected at Buffalo Wild Wings, so I don't hold that against them. The prices for the wings are pretty reasonable but the prices for the appetizers are ridiculous. Our young and sweet little waitress on this past trip must have been new because she was a little jumbled and clearly on too many tables because it took easily 20 minutes between getting our appetizers to being asked if we were ready to order (again I'm not really complaining, I'm just saying what happened). I will go back here again in the future whenever I'm in the mood to deal with too many people sitting too close to each other. :) I do want to add that the review below mine from Tyler D is unfair because it *is* the law to ID everyone, regardless of age, when it comes to serving alcohol. I feel sad for Chelsea that she had such an unnecessarily complicated table when most people are happy to be asked for an ID because it makes them "feel young" and shows the waitstaff is doing what they're supposed to be doing. I was going to give this place 3 stars but because of Tyler's review I'm giving 4 now because of what some of the waitstaff is forced to deal with...

meh is right, i've been here a few times. Each time i've tried something different, a burger, a salad, wings. The atmosphere is nice, a little dark. The food is always very under seasoned and it takes a really long time for them to turn out tickets. Either that or the server is slow putting in the order. I havent really walked away satisfied with the food, the service has only been good once. Not really a fan of this facility.

Always a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings and this one is better then most others that I've went to. The most recent time the wings were perfect with the right amount of sauce. But the chips and queso were just mediocre and it's really a hit or miss on food quality like most locations.

I have frequented this establishment a countless number of times. I, however have not returned for the food but for the games. Football season has passed but I can tell you that the entire season I was there every weekend and the waitstaff is very helpful and eager to please. Managers as well were always helpful when needing to change channels or volume, never once was I disappointed. As far as the food goes I don't go in there with high expectations. It is game day food after all and I was always happy with it, wing sauces especially.

Went here on Easter, with the 'rents. It wasn't super crowded in there, and the place seemed clean. Mami says the bathroom was clean; didn't go in and look myself. Kinda loud in here (they have a zillion tvs going on at the same time), but I guess that's what they do there? Our server was nice, but almost seemed like she was in a rush. It was Easter, folks. Not at all crowded. Kind of felt like she was talking really fast and gave us our check pretty early (I was still eating) and started clearing the table early. They get docked a star for that, for sure. The 'rents and I all had various boneless wings (me and mami had eight piece and papi had the 13 piece). I liked my seasoning, but I think Dad might have gone a little too far on the spiciness scale. But, you win some, you lose some. You don't go to places like this for gourmet dining, and I didn't expect it. The chicken seemed fairly fresh and tender. It's fine for this genre of restaurant, which I do not do a lot.

Buffalo Wild Wings is a solid choice and a fun place to watch a game. Their wings are good - they offer similar flavors to most places, including the typical hot wings as well as all of the rubs and spices that have become popular. They have typical bar beers but there aren't any good specials. (In fact, when I asked the waitress for specials, she said that she could only remember two of the three they offered. I took her up on one, boulevards for $2.95, and she ended up charging me $4.10 a pop. Not a huge deal, but you can find good beer around $3 at many great places in Tulsa.) We went on a gameday so we knew going in that getting a table would be a challenge. They have a HUGE bar area in the backroom, and although they allow smoking, it's actually pretty spiffy. Amazingly, didn't notice the smoke that much during the game and my clothes didn't stink when I got home. Despite the huge crowd, I thought our server was really great besides the beer special mishap. They were all very patient and attentive and all had a gazillion tables to take care of. (And, they balanced what they showed on the TVs very well. This can make or break your gameday experience!) A good place to watch a game - if you just want somewhere good to eat or drink, you probably have better options elsewhere.

We go here often. Love the atmosphere, love the food options. It is a very fun environment and the selection of sauces is great. The main dining room is surrounded by huge TV screens but somehow it doesn't distract from the purpose: enjoying a meal. The staff is always friendly (even when everyone in my party makes special requests.) It's a "westsiders" favorite place.

I usually have lunch at "Bdubs" about once a week. It's a great place to get wings. My favorite is the Honey BBQ and the best flavor will be the traditional wings of course. I have always got good service for the most part. No complaints really. This is not the place you want to go with your wife for a nice quiet romantic evening. It is LOUD! This is where you go with your buddies from work. If you're not in the mood for wings they have a great burger!

Buffalo Wild Wings is a great place to eat wings and watch a game. I was not always a fan of wings, however, after eating at BWW, I am addicted. The wings are always so tasty and the fries are simple and delicious. The prices are fair. We always try to get the lunch special. The lunch special is from 11-2 PM, with 10 wings, fries, and a drink for $7.99. Great deal! This is a great sports bar, with lots of TVs and different games on. Perfect place to watch an OU football game or go to lunch. I do not enjoy the smoking in the bar, but there is also a non-smoking area separated by a wall and doors. This location is a little annoying to turn into, but in a good part of town. The staff are always friendly and very attentive. I do suggest getting there early to watch popular games. It tends to fill up fast on game-days. One downside of our last visit: we were there to watch an OU basketball game and Kansas was playing as well. I asked for the TV to be changed to OU basketball and they did it for me no problem. But, when I asked the sound to be changed to the OU game and not the Kansas game, they told me that ONE man had asked for the Kansas sound. The place was full of OU fans and they are doing what a Kansas fan wanted. If this was a bar in Kansas, I would have no problem. But, when any Oklahoma team is playing, the TV and the sound should be on that team. Just a little surprised by that at an OKLAHOMA BWW. When we want wings and football, we always go to BWW!

Decent wings. Try potato wedges. Usually order to go. Service has been up & down from dine in. Good selection of wings. Try the naked tenders if you want something a little lighter. Classic chain. Staff never too excited to be there. Cannot blame them. I suspect they've endured more than their fair share of $.25 tips.

Service is mediocre to go along with the food. Have eaten at several different BWW'S and this one is by far the most disappointing. Probably will not be back.

They always have Pretty good food but I seriously feel like in in a school's cafeteria. They need to dim the lights. I would go into the bar but it's smokey. I do love the spicy garlic wings and fried pickles!
