Becca the drive up girl has the worst customer service ever! She was so negative that when we were paying we can here her imitating the car behind us and rolling her eyes

I'm sure Becca has helped me before and I may have even been the car that she was imitating and rolling her eyes about behind the previous reviewer, but all I can say is this is my favorite Braum's location. I've never, ever had a bad experience with these guys and part of that may also be that I always make it a point to be friendly as I'm ordering, patient as I'm paying and waiting for my food, and always smile at the employees. Working can definitely be tough (especially when you're under-appreciated and underpaid) and sometimes we all, regardless of who you are, have to let off some steam. Unfortunately Becca was caught letting off steam and I've personally seen some warn out employees that look like they have just been running for three miles at this location, but a smile does wonders and can definitely help make someone's day better. One thing that I feel is good to remember is that you are not the only person in the world and sometimes other people have things that happen in their lives that stress them out or put them in a bad mood. Help fix that by being nice and don't take things so personal. You have no idea who was the customer right in front of you and what type of attitude they just had towards your server. Also... I really love Braum's burgers. They're really tasty! ** Update 10/05/13 ** Serious props to the employees here today! I pulled up at 9:30am and ordered my usual Big Country Breakfast with gravy meals for John and I. The person taking the orders didn't even have a hint of stress in her voice which amazes me because as I turned the corner to get my food I saw five cars ahead of me and noticed three more pulled up behind me. I kid you not I was in that line for 5 minutes. That's it. It was amazing AND they got my order correct AND they had great attitudes. I applaud these guys here!

We saw these EVERYWHERE after getting out of New Mexico so my mom wanted to stop to see what the fuss was about. Meh. I've had better. I got my son a soft serve waffle cone and found out that their soft serve was yogurt based, not a big deal but it tasted a little weird. Cheesecakey almost. My moms mint chocolate chip was okay. The reason for the three stars is the fact that the employees were sweet as pie, and my brothers banana split was HUGE.

This Braum's had decent food, but the dining area was not clean and it took a very long time to be served our burgers and fries. Simple order, yet it took forever. I noticed several people in the grocery area standing in line at the register, yet no cashier. When she did emerge from the back she was in no rush to get to the register and didn't apologize to the customers for their wait. Not the kind of standards I'm used to seeing in Braum's I went to in Lawton.

I give Brauns four stars because they do not have WIFI. They are behind in the customer service times! Other than that The food is great the employees are awesome and friendly at this location and they have a great little grocery store area and I love it

Here we are seating in the drive-thur waiting for some cold ice cream after getting hot moving things an happy there's only one car in front of us. It's 17 minutes later and severals sweat molecules have fallen off my cheeks and we are still sitting exact one car away from the cold ice cream are hearts desire. Just as I was pulling out my cell phone to call the store as see what was holding up the one vehicle between us and are desperately needed cold treats the car pulls out of the drive thur. As we pulled up to the drive-through window we saw what the slowdown was a new employee was being trained on the drive-through register and proper procedures. The ice cream cones and milkshakes we had patiently waited on were excellent and really fresh.

Very poor experience, I'm glad some get it good there, but I did not. Lunch: I am a cheese lover... so i ordered the 4 Cheese Burger. Now, I may not be used to Braum's and the way it works, but I expect toasted buns, melted cheese and normal toppings like lettuce, tomato and mayo - I got none of that. a dry bun, a nasty mixture of unmelted cheese, and a dry patty with burnt edges. Fries were fine, I just don't like that style of fry (call me spoiled by every other restaurant switching to natural cut potato fries) Service: The cashier was so rude that the person in front of me didn't order and just left, answering questions very rudely. They weren't busy, she just had no tact or cheer in her posture or tone. She treated me similarly (and I wasn't being rude, smiling and being kind), I'm just glad I didn't have any questions to ask. Though I should have...I really would've liked some lettuce, tomato and mayo on my burger! I won't be going back, the McDonalds across the street will do just fine if I want over-priced garbage for lunch again.
