There are multiple Bill and Ruth's in town. However I go 15 minutes out of the way to go to this one. The sandwiches taste amazing. They are very professional and always fast with orders. Their menu selection is huge. Plus they load the sandwich like a sandwich should be loaded. They are not like subway where they start peeling pieces of lettuce and olives off because it may be too much in their eyes. I love the food and the prices are spot on.

I've been here a number of times. The food is good. I usually go with a turkey and avocado sub and they don't short you on the food. I have ordered at the drive up window a couple of times with mixed results. I've come home a couple of times with mixed up orders.

Well, I take back what I said about their soups. Don't EVER get the lentil soup. I received a cup of yellow colored mush with the consistency of wallpaper paste...It was utterly disgusting! I like their sandwiches, but from now on, I will steer clear of their soups.

My husband and I love this Bill and Ruths! They are very generous with their meats. I usually get a Gyro and my husband loves all of their different sub sandwiches. Their prices are great for the amount of meat they put in the sandwiches. Their meats are freshly sliced and their breads are baked fresh daily. My husband and I will never step foot again in a chain sub place like Subways or Quiznos after eating here. They recently remodelled and they place looks nicer. The Russian owners always gives fast and friendly service. They also have moved away from using styrofoam food containers which appeals to my environmental side ! Now if they would also move away from the styrofoam cups for drinks, it would be perfect!

This place is amazing. I unwittingly discovered it recently when my generous boss offered to bring me lunch. He was headed to Reasor's and since I was starving and didn't want to ask him to make 2 stops, I asked for I asked for any sandwich from the deli counter. Surprised at my vague and food-deprived 'I'll-literally-eat-anything' response, he asked if I had any specifications about what I wanted. Seeing that he needed me to narrow things down a bit, I then said "I don't care as long as there is meat and cheese." To my delight, he became impatient with the deli counter at Reasor's and decided to head to his favorite sandwich shop instead. He brought me an Italian sub on white bread with extra dressing on the side. When I opened the unassuming box (simple, generic white styofoam,) the sandwich looked decent and pretty average. My disdain for styrofoam to-go containers is a topic for another day... I digress. The food itself... The ingredients are fresh, have great texture and color, are perfectly proportioned, and are not skimpy at all. The portions are not giant-super-size-craziness, but instead are appropriate and generous for the price. Each day they have one of their favorite sandwiches as a combo on special, and on Sunday's, it's guest choice. Choose any of the weeks specials and they honor it on Sunday's. The staff is beyond friendly, down to earth, unpretentious, efficient, and helpful. As a former restaurant manager, I have noticed in subsequent visits that they tend to 'over staff' (as far as a labor budget is concerned,) but the result is a wonderfully genuine experience every time. The interior is dated and kitschy, but who cares? It's clean and bright. This place is a must visit.

As usual, everyone in the place was very friendly. The meatball sub didn't have much taste or texture and was soggy. I wouldn't get it again. The potato soup was okay with chunks of potatoes and a lot of garlic, I wouldn't get it again. My husband's 4 way chili was outstanding as usual. I am not taking away stars because the have some great food here, I wanted to try something new and chose the wrong thing. :-)

Walking in, you're greeted by a super friendly staff and a creative well written menu. they take your order by hand the old fashioned way before you get up to the counter. Great friendly staff. As far as food goes its your classic sub/grinder shop. I've had the itallian sub when I went in both times and will probably go back again for lunch sometime. I'd say its better than subway and quizno's for quality and on par for Jimmy Johns.

The corned beef is very tasty. A filling amount of meat, special sauce that tastes like spicy mustard and mayo mix (NOT salad dressing, Thank my thighs, because I really hate salad dressing.) The price is right in line with any other sub shop. Love the HUGE bottles of hand sanitizer everywhere. Makes me feel like they really do care. Sorry about the pic.....I already ate 1/2 lol.

Great food and great service. Also, they go out of their way to help you. My son accidentally threw away his $350 mouthpiece and they helped us get in the dumpster to find it! Just because of that I'll go here anytime I want a sub. Can't say enough good things about them!

Not all Bill and Ruth's delis are equal. This one is my favorite. My children and I have been eating here for years. The three cheese avocado is our favorite sandwich. There is something about the creamy Italian dressing mixed with the hot pepper relish that's short of amazing. You cannot find anywhere else.

Love this place. I always stop for a sandwich when I'm in town. The sandwiches on their homemade bread are amazeballs. Be sure to try them with peppers and onions added (if you like that sort of thing). The peppers are added as a jalapeno puree that plays so well with the onions and creamy Italian dressing they use. The staff is always really friendly and even when busy the turnaround time is quick.

Normal, good subs. Place isn't that nice inside but I don't mind it. The cookies are awesome!!! We accidently stayed 30 minutes after closing...had no idea but they didn't say a thing, way too nice.

My husband and I eat there frequently and the food is consistently good. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. We use the drive- up window and take the food home. The order is always right. That's saying something because most places mess it up. Getting real tired of all the inefficiency in Tulsa restaurants lately. This Bill and Ruth's location will take of you. I highly recommend it.

We used to love this place for French Dip sandwiches. We started tapering off from our weekly stop when the food became really inconsistent. It seemed like every week the roast beef was completely different and they weren't able to order a consistent product. If I really like something at a restaurant, that is what keeps me coming back..freshness, consistently and knowing what I'm ordering. If its constantly changing then I'm rarely getting what I'm after. The staff is super friendly though and the store is nice. Drive thru can be very packed and slow.

I got the polish sausage sandwich. Polish sausage, pastrami, mustard, sauerkraut & provolone cheese. Full of flavor. The sauerkraut gives the sandwich an extra kick. If you don't like such, I advise to have them put a light amount or none at all because they pile it on there. They're not stingy on the meats, which is a plus. Reasonable price for the sandwich I got for a 7-inch. I definitely want to go back to the BBQ beef sandwich & (possibly) the Belly Buster. I'd have to starving to death to try something like that. Also, you HAVE to get a Baklava. Don't leave without one! You'll thank me later.

Been a Tulsa tradition since 1980. Does not get much better. Three cheese avacado sub rocks. Austin Texas subs pale on comparison to this location. Full menu deli including fresh salads, soups, and spuds.

there are few delis that I find myself wanting to come back to time and time again.. Bill & Ruth's at 15th & Lewis is just that. the sandwich bread, the toppings, the soups, the homemade dressing options (jalapeño & buttermilk ranch are must haves), the simplicity of a hole-in-the-wall deli.. they even have a drive through! (side note: I've never used it before so I'm not entirely sure if it's quick or not, but I do love me some sandwiches to go.) it's also open Sundays which is a big plus in my book. if you're looking for a good sandwich and don't necessarily care about a "cool" atmosphere, this is the place for you.
