To the waitress I overheard who thinks customers don't know that she doesn't make minimum wage: yes, I know. I've done my time in servitude, I'm familiar with current issues, and have a formal education. Get to know your customers and don't belittle our knowledge. Perhaps you should not work somewhere that forces you to serve moldy lemons, and/or you should do a little quality check on the plate in your hand. I still tipped reasonably. Enjoy that.

Friendly service and good food. Their sauces taste homemade. The menu has a lot more to choose from than the other local Italian places. Their lunch menu is a great deal for the price. My kids especially enjoy their pizzas. The decor is somewhat aged. The booths seem broken down so if someone sits behind you it feels as though you can feel their every move.

I Placed take out order for pick up on our drive through town and was told that it would take 20-30 minutes. I thought the wait time was kind of long but decided to fill up my car with gas to pass time. When I arrived to pick my order the cashier said they did not have the ingredients for lasagna! No return phone call was provided and no apology was offered.

I'm a new fan. After not wanting to pay for P's Place prices for mediocre Italian food, my family decided to try Napoli's. It's not much on the outside and old but clean on the inside. The wait staff was friendly and attentive but didn't hover while we were talking and we didn't run out of drinks. But wow, when they put a basket of garlic rolls on the table, I knew we would be ok. We ordered the fettuccine Alfredo, eggplant rollatini, sausage pizzaoli and the pasta sampler. No salad before but more than enough to get us full. All dishes were great, flavorful and tasted fresh. I personally fell in love with the eggplant rollatini and will be trying to make it home since this is 5 hours away from our home. Now, let me say that I am a tiramisu snob and the only disappointment was that we got the last piece to share. Wow! I may make the drive just for it. You can't go wrong.

Stopped in for lunch. Excellent service especially for being there during the height of the lunch rush. Rolls weren't much to speak of but the salad house special dressing was excellent. Overall the food was good, but not outstanding.

we stopped in for sunday lunch, we had the sliced italian sausage appetizer,I don't care for most italian sausage, but theres was good. I had the house italian dressing on my salad and it was good also. I had the Eggplant Parmigiana,I've never had it the way they made it. it was good and every cheese, my husband had the fettuccini alfredo with chicken he liked it couldn't eat it all, the meal comes with fresh baked italian dinner rolls,I like my breads & rolls and try to stay away from them,I didn't care for there's. the service was every friendly and helpful. the decor was not as nice as some of the other Italian restaurants in Mcalester, I will go back and try some of the other items on the menu

A more diverse menu that the other Italian restaurants around the McAlester/Krebs area. The food is good and the waitstaff is excellent.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
