This has to be the worst McDonalds on the planet. There is always something fishy going on here. I go often for a coffee by default on the weekends bc there is not another McDonald's for 22 miles south or 18 miles north. There is always new employees. I never see the same people. Except for the dwarf, he is the only "normal" employee. He is really nice. The other day I wanted to grab a quick coffee, the drive thru was backed up like seven cars deep. They were so behind on the orders they stopped taking orders at the drive-thru. I have never seen this happen b4 in my life. They would not even let me order a coffee at the drive-thru window. I left without a coffee. Another day we cruised up to the drive-thru hubby wanted a coffee & a cherry pie. They ask him at the drive-thru window if he wanted a apple pie? Hubby says no, he would like a cherry pie. They tell him they didn't have any cherry pies ready that we would have to pull over and wait for them to fry some. We pull over & wait. After about 15mins hubby gets out of the car, goes inside and asked where the cherry pie is? They tell him they don't have any ready & ask him if he wants a apple pie AGAIN?! We had been waiting over 15mins & they still haven't dropped one in the fryer bc they just forgot?! They issue him a refund. Another time I cruised up to the drive-thru for a coffee I get up to the window and she hands me a bag of burgers & two large drinks. I was like wait wait wait! Hold up there quick draw, I only ordered a small coffee. Then she runs around looking at tickets and seems really confused. She eventually hands me a coffee that tasted like burnt rubber. The other morning around 5:30am I went thru the drive thru for two coffees with two creams each. I pay at the first window, pull up to the second window. I am the only customer there as its super early in the morning. The lady at the second window looked stoned out of her mind & asks me what did I order? I say with a smile, "I ordered two small coffees with two creams each." She acts like a complete freak. Runs around the empty front counter looking all around for unicorns & fairies. Her hair is all greasy, pulled back in a bun & she appears to not have taken a bath in several days. Hubby is riding shotgun & he is freaking me out saying "lets go lets go! lets get the hell out of here!" Then after she left milk for the fairies in the woods she comes back asked me again what did I order?! As calm & nice as humanly possible, I repeat "I ordered two small coffees with two creams each." She goes right to the pot that was sitting there the whole time, pours the coffee, puts the cream in, hands me the two coffees all the while giving me a evil look that scared the bageebazz out of me! Not sure how or why but I lived to tell about it. I drove away feeling like maybe I shouldn't drink that coffee. But, I did & it was one of the better ones I have gotten lately. I think the fairies must have brewed that pot. Drive-thru at your own risk.

Gave this place the benefit of a doubt after seeing the bad reviews. But it's true. The RR had toilet paper in the floor. No toilet paper in one of the stalls. I felt for the old woman that told me she had to go or they would have to mop up after her as she cut in front of me. No paper towels. Then the employee hands my husband a ice coffee WITHOUT coffee in it! After waiting for them to make the coffee, he just told them to give him a Dr. Pepper even though he had PAID for a ice coffee. Unbelievable... FAIL McDonalds. FAIL!

We stopped here on our way from Texas back to iowa! Bathrooms were clean, and our service was fast. The fries were hot and fresh and our meals were both good! The lobby was clean and looked great!

Stopped here on way to Kansas for a funeral. It was 745 am. No soap and no towels in men's bathroom. The switch to notify manage that bathroom needs attention had been flipped. I flipped it again from already on to off then to on. I also notified cashier who then told the manager. She was in no hurry to fix. This is gross. Won't stop here again.

Pitiful, dirty, understaffed, cold food, grubby restroom, the only good thing I can say about it is that there is a large gravel lot in the back which was convienent for parking with a boat. The comment about mis-management is correct, but I also take into consideration the employee candidates pool is most likely quite shallow. Looking at the food prep areas it is evident that clean-up is never performed. I had the privilege of seeing the kitchen of the Benihana's in Stuart, FL, and there are surgical suites that aren't that clean and well-maintained and managed. Granted, the cost compairison is not on even ground, but that is not an excuse for lack of cleanliness in the low-ended store. If employees spent less time on cell phones and more time on mops and brooms it would make a more appealing impression on the prospective diner.

Mass Chaos. No one works together. Shift change at 6:00 am... bad time to get breakfast. Bathrooms dirty. Trash and food all over the parking lot. Omgosh, wake up the manager and tell him to make a visit at 6:00 am on a holiday weekend.

Don't go here! I stopped to use their facilities and grab a bite to go on the way back to Tulsa from Fort Worth. The order took atleast 15 minutes, while staff were standing around talking (it looked like a bunch of teenagers with no supervision joking around). Seriously, what is fast food when you can't get it fast. Some people here need to be fired!

Wish I saw the last review before stopping here. Same experience. 7 employees, plus a "manager". 2 people in line in front of me when I walked in, and my husband was able to go get gas, walk the dog, and use the restroom before I was helped. 10 minutes more before we got our food. I've never seen this many employees in a small McDonalds, nor have I seen one run this inefficiently. In addition, there was no soap in the men's room, and nobody seemed to care when my husband brought this to their attention. Horrible management!
