Went looking for Eddies Steakhouse and couldn't find it so I stumbled upon Cactus Jacks, when walking in it didn't feel welcoming saw hostess walk by 2 waitresses look at me and kept talking I was just about to leave when the lady tending the bar came to me and asked if I would like to sit in her section I said ok. From there the service got better she recommend wings I said ok they came out they were great she also recommended steak so I ordered the 8 oz sirloin with steamed veggies man that was a good steak as well food was great will I be back yes but not to sit in restaurant area they were unhelpful and rude lady tending the bar area has great customer service.

Was not happy in the least with the cost to quality. My daughter's food came out cold, mashed potatoes were cold and the cream gravy was horribly bland- IT'S CALLED SEASONING- TRY ADDING SO ME My wife's chicken fried steak was good though- batter was flaky and delicious- funny: that was seasoned well. My burger was bland and just boring. For the price we paid I wanted to be happy and say something good- but this joint is over priced and drab. Waitress was even wearing sweat pants........

Great food. Sometimes slow service, but really one of the few choices you have in Guymon for a nice meal.

Like every other place I ate in OK, nothing to write home about. Seems like food in these parts is just plain, plain. I'm from California, so I expect PLENTY of fresh veg abounding, and in Oklahoma there seems to be NONE. The greenest thing there are the pickles. The salads are all made with yellowing iceberg lettuce. The fried okra was 75% batter around little teeny pieces of okra. We went there 2 times with a family reunion in town, and both times ordered the fajitas. They were passable, but lacking enbough onions and bell peppers for my taste. The second time we ordered them with mushrooms and instead of frying the mushrooms up with the beef, they gave us a little tiny plastic cup with some sauteed mushrooms in it. It lokoed like they were probably canned mushrooms too. served flour tortillas only, no corn. Not too impressed. But, given the options around there, it was a decent meal we could count on.

Our waitress was awesome! Very friendly and prompt. I have had many meals that were delicious there. My husband ordered the Reuben sandwich and there was only 2 thin slices of corned beef. Not acceptable for a Reuben. Other than that, the food was good.

Meh. I ordered the jumbo shrimp over rice. Shrimp was waayy over cooked. Soo chewy and the rice tasted old. Tired my bfs southern chicken thing, wasn't impressed. Even the beer was meh!! Not going here again.

Food was good despite it being close to closing. I just didn't like how they did their Philly. Food came out quickly. Everyone was friendly.

We were there on a slow Monday evening. Service was prompt and friendly. The food, sirloin steak and beef tips was very good. All in all, a good choice. I would recommend.

I ordered the beef mushroom wrap with a side of baked potato. The wrap reminded me of a Philly cheese steak, a small cup of ranch dressing to dip and the big potato was very good. The restaurant is family-friendly there was a lot of families enjoying their dinner. Waitstaff was very friendly.

Love the environment, friendly and comfortable. Traveling by myself and was made to feel at home right away! Asked to be reseated because of a group with 10 kids and they had no problem with that, did so with a smile! Had the Texas toothpicks for an appetizer and they were good, lots of flavor in the onions And the peppers! Yum! Had the flat iron steak done medium and it was done to perfection. I had two sides that came with it, the steamed veggies were frozen veggies and not good!! The sweet potato fries were pretty awesome! My waitress Heather was awesome and so very attentive, loved her!!!! She and I are going to take over the world!!! Other than the frozen veggies in the middle of summer and farm country I liked this place a lot! Heather tried to tempt me with fried ice cream but I had to decline as I was stuffed full! Would stop here again in a heart beat!

Waitress we had was phenomenal and very on key. The rib eye I had was awesome. The beer on happy hour is 2 bucks. Cant beat that!

Service was good. Prices very reasonable. Food was served hot. French dip was tasty; chicken fried steak was large, but a little bland. Based on portion sizes, if really hungry I would eat there again.
