Late night drunken craving for my first ever Hot 'n Juicy (I can't believe I just typed that) completely hit the spot. Using the drive-thru I thought it took a little long, but then again, I was being attacked by the drunk munchies and at nearly 1am in Enid, I was probably their only customer for the night and threw them off guard. Don't eat here. Ever. Seriously. This is terrible. This is NOT the Wendy's that impossibly cute little redhead is promoting on TV. And if Dave Thomas were alive he'd take a flamethrower to this place and make orphans of the worker's children (get it?). If you ABSOLUTELY have to satisfy a Wendy's jones drive to Stillwater. That Wendy's is great, as is the town of Stillwater. Enid Wendy's is an awful filthy nasty disgusting place. The type of place you can get a side of staph and strep. And the service is worse. I wouldn't let the folks working here pump my gas - they are definitely not handling my food.

Horrible. I'll keep it brief as the other reviewers below captured a lot of it: inside is old and dirty, staff is incompetent (had me waiting outside for 10 min for French fries and forgot my drink- I had to go inside and remind them and they were like- wh-at?), food sucks compared to other Wendys. Needs some serious help in there!

I like Wendys but I will never step foot in this place again. Absolutely filthy. There was an infestation of flies the last time I stepped foot in this wendys. The manager didn't care and said he knew about it. It made me sick to my stomach thinking about the terrible food they were serving out to unsuspected people in their cars. I almost called the Oklahoma Food Service Establishment to let them close the kitchen. The management there is just terrible- slow service and they don't care at all.

I have stop at this location for different times only one of those times was I actually satisfied with my experience. Two of the times my sandwiches made a wrong on the other instances that my service was unsatisfactory the sandwich was dry. On my most recent visit today my sandwich was made wrong. One of the key contributing factors to to the S was undoubtedly the fact that the order taker continuously interrupted me during the ordertaking process. When I called the store to notify them of my complaint I will add that it was handled very well andto the level that I would expect they did not go above and beyond what did attempt to rectify the issue.

We have only been to this Wendy's twice in two years and every time they take forever to get your order. Interrupting you when your giving them the order the whole time and the price is outrageous! Could of spent money at a real restaurant. Never will come back to this place.

10/10 times I come here, my order is wrong (horrendously) and the staff s' customer service behavior is questionable. It literally takes them 5 minutes to take an order through the drive-thru when the person taking the order is acting like he is poorly educated or sincerely lacks basic social skills. It really takes a lot for me to want to spend 15-20 dollars for two meals and have to deal with the mess of returning back inside to get the things I asked for from people who obviously hate their job or had a really bad day. On one occasion when my boyfriend and I thought to try going inside (as if that made it any better), not a single table was clean. We waited for what felt like forever and to pass the time I tried not to let the completely filthy lobby disgust me. I could only imagine what behind the counter looked like, you know, where food was being processed for me to consume.. The food is never outstanding, otherwise I would consider putting up with the bullshit to come back for it. But it is NEVER worth it. Oh and this may have been a year or so ago, but I didn't like seeing a girl's infected snake bite (lip) piercings when she handed me food. That was just gross. When the food (very rarely) is made correctly, I think it is delicious. But, if it takes 20 visits to get two good meals, you won't find me going to Wendy's.

Believe it or not I actually love wendy's and everytime I have been to this one it has been a disappointment which sucks cause its the only wendy's around here. the food is below average and the employees are usually not to friendly somehow half the time I go here they are out of something such as lettuce.
