This place is the best Mexican food around. If you're looking for boring generic "Tex_Mex," go find an On the Border. If it's good ol' tacos al pastor that you're looking for? Go here. I had a stomach bug for a week and for sime reason I only had an appetite for the tacos here. And after a week, I still wasn't tired of them. They literally restored my health. Plus this place is convenient and it's always nice supporting local businesses.

Umm, yeah... If convenience is your top priority, then this place is great. Otherwise not worth it. Stomachache inducing greasy food, sad queso, and an inability to communicate all add up for a hard pass from me. Unless you are in a hurry, speak Spanish, and need a mediocre barbacoa quesadilla right now, skip and maybe try one of the other billion Mexican places in Enid.

THIS seems more like the authentic mexican food i was looking for. Carne asada tacos are my go to for mexican food and they really hit the spot. Very cheap, but they could be a little quicker, but i'm still full from last night, so still 5 stars

Have been there several times now. And yes it is small and the wait may be 10 min. But for freshly cooked authentic Mexican food yes it will take a little longer than fast food places. I like to just call in my order and pick it up in 10 to 15 min. I've been living in enid my entire life and this is my favorite place for Mexican food by far!

Quick and easy yes..but you'll pay for it later. Very greasy food causing stomach aches for days. Horchata tastes like it comes from a pre-made dry mix and is awful close to the same flavor profile as chai tea.

Mama Tita's is great if you want quick, authentic Mexican. Minus one star only because I think they overdo it with the beans as a filler in their burritos.

Love Mama Tita's. I've found that a lot of Mexican restaurants in OK to serve very bland food- not the case here. The drive through is super convenient and the staff is very friendly and professional. I usually get the steak quesadilla, and my husband gets a burrito, and both are very tasty and flavorful. Occasionally the beans can be a little watery for my taste, but that is pretty rare. I wish they had a seafood offering, but I guess that's too much to ask from what's essentially a stationary food truck. Their queso is the best I've had since moving to Oklahoma.

I have seen this mysterious little box in the Hobby Lobby parking lot; often wondering how do they cook in there and how many people can squeeze in there?! Lol. Can the food really be that good as the other reviews claim?! Cruised up to the drive thru window and was greeted by the cutest little grandma ever- who asked me to wait a moment. Ordered 1 barbacoa and 1 pollo taco w hot sauce. Hot sauce not really hot. Homemade flavor tho. Came with additional hot sauce. limes, cilantro and onions. All for $2.70!!!!! Perfect quick lunch! Will def be back!

The best Mexican food in Enid (along with Octavio's) this is real Mexican food I love it and any time I want a nice taco or burrito this is where I go. Service is nice and friendly, large orders take more time to make but still a wonderful place. Also this is not anywhere near close to fast food call me crazy but I would call this the best food in Oklahoma.

The real McCoy. An old drive thru coffee shack converted to a drive thru Mexican place. Good authentic Mexican food. Not a fan of the rice, but like the beans and green sauce. Enchiladas were good. Tacos are Mexican style (soft corn tortillas, served open faced). Mexican sodas (real sugar) and drinks available. It's not fabulous, but it's good and fairly consistent. Solid 3 stars.

This is some of the best Mexican food I've ever had. In a little a drive up stall in the Sunset Plaza. Very pleasant people to deal with. Authentic Mexican is what I've been told it is. Not the Tex-Mex cheesy stuff.

Greasy & gross. Drive a little further and go into the city if you really want good mexican food. Spastic and poor service as well. Definitely will never go again.

This is the best "fast food" Mexican restaurant in Enid! The burrito's are a meal in itself - worth the stop!

First things first, this is not a sit down restaurant but a drive-through food stall. It is located in the unfortunately placed building on the verge of the Hastings parking lot, resulting in a bit of a jam if there is a line. That aside, this is a great place to go for authentic tacos. Meat, onions, cilantro, corn tortilla, and a bit of sauce. Simple and delicious. They also carry Jarritos soda for those of you who appreciate the sweet fruity flavors of Mexican soda with real sugar. This is the first business located at this difficult location which seems to have their act together. There's not much to say about atmosphere, but I'd call it pretty solid for being a simple drive-through stand with pretty good prices. Four stars because I don't think I mentioned enough times that it is in a terrible location despite being really good at being what it is.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
