I pulled up to Jimmy Johns at 9:03pm on a Sunday when they close at 10:00pm. The employee cleaning the tables looked out the windows and seen me pull up and I could read his mouth saying "f**k" as he throws the cardboard table advertisement back on the table and storms back behind the counter and waits for me to come in talking who knows what to the other employee. I didn't realize that making a sandwich was that hard of a thing to do that you had to complain about it and if you don't like your job don't work there loved coming to this location in the past they have always been friendly but this has tarnished this location for me and I don't know if I will return

Every time I've ordered from here something has gone wrong. Whether it be they don't know where UCO is or my order is just completely wrong. I even tried to give them another chance by ordering inside, but they still got my order wrong. All I ask is for no onion or mayo, not complicated.

This location does have quick delivery service but sometimes they get the order wrong. Other than that, it's your typical Jimmy Johns. Clean interior, fast service. Yummy bread or get your sandwich lettuce wrapped instead. Meat lovers and vegetarians alike can find something at Jimmy Johns. But I have had better service at other locations.

For quite some time, I rather enjoyed this place. They have very fast delivery, the food is just great, and they're one of the few places open reasonably late. I know customer service is not as easy as it looks. Keeping track of complicated customer needs, dealing with difficult people who have it in for you just because you're an easy target, and maintaining a pleasant face all for a wage that barely makes ends meet. It's a tougher job than it looks and plenty of people who have never worked customer service underestimate what it takes and look down on people for it. These guys have, for quite some time, managed to keep that up admirably. Of course, I wouldn't be giving a one star rating if that were still the case. I already mentioned some of the difficult parts of customer service, but there are some parts that are easy. Making a sandwich is fairly easy. This, they do quite well. Taking credit card payments? Also easy. They do that just fine. Not writing "booger" on a sandwich for delivery after sighing when a delivery order comes in? That's easy. However, it's something they don't do well. Was there a booger on it? I don't know for sure. I looked, I didn't see one, but let's be honest. How could I know there wasn't one? Thanks Jimmy John's on E 2nd Street. You've made it that much easier to choose where to eat. Pity it had to be this way.

You can't get a faster sub anywhere than Jimmy's. And they offer delivery. Great simple sandwiches. Excellent bread. Great for a quick cheap meal. Very clean.
