They make a good cookie! Been here several times, and I've never been disappointed. We usually hit this place for desert after eating wings. The pros 1) Variety 2) Good flavor across the board. I haven't had a bad cookie from here. 3) In-and-out. No frills, just quick and tasty. Don't make your own cookies anymore! This place is cheap, around the corner, and has a variety to keep everyone happy. A nice addition to the area.

Exactly as it should be. Delicious cookies, cheap prices, quick service. The oatmeal scotchie is out-of this world good. Lemon on lemon isn't too bad either.

So I don't usually go out of my way to stop at cookie or cup cake shops but I won a dozen of Eileen ' s cookies at work and went to pick them up at the store. Of course I ended up buying extra because they smelled and looked really good. Sandy at the shop was really friendly and all the staff seemed eager to help. The cookies are a great hit at home and the triple chocolate cookie was awesome. I'm not a huge fan of frosted cookies but these are really good. If you are close and have the need to bring something for a bbq or party or want to just bring a surprise home to the family I highly recommend this store. Thanks Sandy for the cookies and the great service!

My boyfriend is a bartender at a restaurant in OKC and he has a bar regular that brings him snicker doodles from Eileen's. I could probably eat all 12 in one sitting. They are to die for and honestly the best cookies I've ever had! I really need to stop into the shop and see what else they have.

It is not very often that one stumbles across an opportunity to allow a bit of Heaven to dance across one's tastebuds; finding Eileen's nonchalantly gracing the back end of a strip mall afforded us such an opportunity. Bursting through the door shortly before closing we were certainly not disappointed. Our eyes were met with far more cookies than could possibly be good for our waist lines. I not so easily settled on a dozen Super Bowl Sunday decorated mounds of melt-in-your mouth goodness. Why a whole dozen? Because if I am going to devour such buttery, sugary goodness, I MUST share with friends. Glancing down the display case; I could not leave without a few more oversized bits of goodness...cherry chocolate chip, oatmeal monster, double chocolate walnut...yes I stopped the filling of my sack with those vowing to return as soon as my visits to the gym burned off this week's picks. If you're visiting the Edmond area, don't delay in making Eileen's one of your stops. The staff is awesome but they don't stay out past dinnertime. I'm giving Eileen's five stars..only because I cannot give it ten.

Wonderful cookies! The peanut butter cookies are delicious. These cookies are just right. Not too sweet and delicious! The staff was friendly and explained all the flavors even though there was a line behind us. The only complaint that I have is that it is so close to my home and I may end up gaining 300lbs by the end of the month.

Eileen's is probably one of the best cookie shops I have been. The cookies are enormous and soo tasty! Mhmmmmm FROSTING!! The frosted cookies are melt in your mouth delicious. They are to die for. To boot, the prices are really good! ~$2 max for a huge cookie. You can also get a dozen and save a ton. They have about 10-15 different types of cookies that you can get in "dozen pack". They have cookie cakes that you can order and personalize for birthday occasions, etc. They also have catering service for dessert for private events. As the other review mentioned, the only reason Eileen's didn't get five stars for me is the hours. They only open til 5pm most days. I think they open til 5:30pm on Saturdays, but that is it. I would love to be able to grab an Eileen's Colossal Cookie after dinner, but unfortunately not. Overall, wonderful cookies, cheap prices, lots of variety, no night hours.

Eileen's gets 5 stars--the cookies are the best, prices are unbeatable and service has always been great. You can pick up a dozen packaged iced sugar cookies for cheap--great when you need to bring something to a work or school party, client, etc. I've also ordered big cookies for birthdays...choose from many designs! Oh...they do close around 5 or 6 so plan accordingly! The hours are consistent with other specialty bakeries that start baking in the early wee hours.

These cookies are easily the best in town. Prices are good. We love taking our daughter here on a Saturday for a treat. Downside is they are not open in the evening.
